Job Description


As a test engineer in Polymer System Solutions, you will be working with our polymer quick connects and the systems they are used in. Our customers are all major OEMs and we are focused on e-mobility.
You will be working out of our Center of Competence in Lindholmen, Gothenburg, where we have our R&D including test lab.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Collect product and process (testing) requirements for polymer quick connectors and systems from customers and define appropriate inspection and testing methods.
Drive test plans for validation of parts under development as well as for revalidation of production parts.
Perform testing of parts in internal test lab / coordinate testing at external test labs.
Create comprehensive test reports in English suitable for customer viewing as well as internal publication.
Initiate and complete key documents such as engineering test lists, DVP&R, etc.
Develop the test lab capabilities and coordinate all activities associated with the test lab.
Support analysis of issues reported via customer feedback, help to understand the underlying causes and be part of developing successful measures.
Support in other areas as needed within the Polymer R&D team.





Qualifications


5+ years automotive testing and part measuring experience, preferably with plastic parts and / or fluid systems
Degree in engineering (BSc/MSc) preferred
Strong knowledge in IATF 16949 and APQP
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English
Able to collaborate effectively across departmental functions
High integrity, fair, emotionally mature
Pro-active, self-driven

We are expanding our team in Gothenburg and are looking for a Project & Product Development Engineer. You will be responsible for developing innovative polymer connecting solutions for thermal management applications in electric vehicles as well as for designing robust assembly processes for these solutions while meeting quality, time and cost expectations.

Develop innovative polymer connecting solution and fluid system concepts, including 3D models, detailed drawings, mockups, pretotypes etc.
Support sales as technical expert in interactions with customers and provide system integration design support to customers to integrate our solutions into their systems

You will be responsible for assuring quality in all phases of our polymer value stream from raw material supply to customers' utilization of our products. Responsibilities
Quality Management System
Maintain and improve the Oetiker Sweden Quality Management System (QMS)


Ensure compliance to quality standards such as APQP, IATF 16949, ISO14001 as well as to other applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. REACH, RoHS)


Plan and coordinate internal and external audits

Quality Assurance & continuous improvement
Implement and oversee the quality assurance and control processes

Qualifications
Higher degree in engineering (BSc/MSc)


7+ years experience leading a Quality team in automotive


Strong knowledge of APQP, IATF 16949 and ISO14001 (lead auditor certificate is a plus)


Strong knowledge of polymer processing techniques and plastic material properties

Job Description
We are expanding our team in Gothenburg and are looking for a Global Supply Chain Manager. You will be responsible for leading and managing our global supply chain strategy and operations for all our new polymer products. This includes building and managing the supplier base, supporting demand and supply planning, coordinating the global roll-out of new production processes and ensuring smooth and efficient customer order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a global supply chain strategy for polymer products that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
Identify potential suppliers, analyze capabilities and build and manage a network of capable suppliers and production partners
Lead RFI/ RFQ/ RFP and strategic sourcing process and review, analyze and clarify quote packages from suppliers
Lead contractual negotiations with suppliers and manage relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
Act as interface between process development and production teams and plan & coordinate the roll-out of new production processes in different Oetiker production locations
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement and implement process changes if needed
Partner with KAM, Program Management and Production to plan sales projections and production capacity needs (Sales & Operations Planning)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement global logistics and distribution processes for polymer products to ensure smooth customer order fulfillment
Create procedures for inventory management and maintain inventory controls for all materials
Act as an advisor to Engineering, providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials
Work closely alongside Program Management and other key stakeholders to ensure milestone fulfillment in customer programs



Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
5+ years working experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in automotive

Job Description
The role holder is responsible for driving development projects of innovative polymer products and processes. This is an end-to-end responsibility from ideation to product launch with the task to fulfill ambitious time-to-market, quality and cost deliverables. Essential Functions
Technical project management from idea to series production, incl. contribution to product and process development activities, while meeting quality, cost and time (QCT) deliverables
Responsible for deliverables of relevant project work packages. Plans, tracks and reports project progress

Qualifications
5+ years experience as Technical Project Manager, or equivalent role, preferably in automotive or in a high-mix/high-volume global OEM environment
Higher degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSc, MSc) combined with relevant work experience
Experienced in 3D-CAD software, preferably in SolidWorks
Experienced in the development of injection molded parts is an advantage
Experienced in Quality Systems such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
Proven analytical and engineering expertise (Design for Six Sigma, Finite Element Analysis)
Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English
Proven drive (energy, determination, motivation) and a can-do mentality
Excellent project management skills with relevant experience in new product development

Define all quality-relevant product and process requirements for new polymer products and ensure that customer-specific requirements are considered and included
Define appropriate inspection and testing methods and make sure that they meet pre-defined performance and reliability requirements
Define core documents such as Process flow, PFMEA and Control Plan and coordinate ECRs
Keep an active dialogue with production partners to ensure that processes follow predetermined quality standards and assist in smooth transition from engineering to serial production
Analyze issues reported via customer feedback, understand the underlying causes and be part of developing successful measures
Work closely with the global product quality team to ensure that global standards are followed and lessons learned are incorporated in new products and processes

Job Description


Define all quality-relevant product and process requirements for new polymer products and ensure that customer-specific requirements are considered and included
Define inspection and testing methods and perform testing of samples to make sure that they meet pre-defined performance and reliability requirements
Define core documents such as Process flow, PFMEA and Control Plan and keep an active dialogue with production partners to ensure that processes follow predetermined quality standards
Analyze issues reported via customer feedback, understand the underlying causes and be part of developing successful measures
Coordinate with the global product quality team and ensure that lessons learned are incorporated in new products and processes
Closely cooperate and network with Application Management and Sales and support them in product quality related matters





Qualifications


Degree in engineering (BSc/MSc), preferably with a focus on polymers/plastics
3+ years working experience in a Quality function in automotive in connection with plastic parts
Hands-on testing and part measuring experience
Strong knowledge in IATF 16949 and APQP
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English

Job Description


Collect product and process (testing) requirements for polymer quick connectors and systems from customers and define appropriate inspection and testing methods
Drive test plans for validation of parts under development as well as for revalidation of production parts
Perform testing of parts in internal test lab / coordinate testing at external test labs
Create comprehensive test reports in English suitable for customer viewing as well as internal publication
Initiate and complete key documents such as engineering test lists, DVP&R, ECR, DFMEA etc.
Develop the test lab capabilities and coordinate all activities associated with the test lab
Support analysis of issues reported via customer feedback, help to understand the underlying causes and be part of developing successful measures
Support in other areas as needed within the Polymer R&D team





Qualifications


5+ years automotive testing and part measuring experience, preferably with plastic parts and / or fluid systems
