Picadelis Trade & Activation Marketing Lead för Skandinavien är motorn bakom vår synlighet och den kreativa kraften som förvandlar vår marknadsstrategi till säljdrivande aktiviteter i butik, på event och andra varumärkesbyggande forum.

Rollens innehåll:
Skapa genomslag i butik: Översätt affärs- och försäljningsbehov till högpresterande butikskampanjer, POS-material och displaylösningar som ökar synlighet och konvertering.
Leda Trade- och varumärkesaktiveringar: Äga kampanjer end-to-end; från brief och produktion till lansering, uppföljning och löpande optimering.
Marknadspartner till säljorganisationen: Den självklara marknadspartnern till säljorganisationen som översätter behov till slagkraftigt aktiveringsmaterial.
Expansion: En viktig stöttepelare vid nyöppningar, till våra restauranger och andra initiativ som bidrar till Picadelis synlighet och expansion.
Genomföra event och mässor: Planera och genomföra mässor, event och lokala aktiveringar med ett starkt och konsekvent varumärkesuttryck.
Analysera och optimera: Följa upp kampanjer och aktiveringar, analysera resultat och driva kontinuerliga förbättringar.
Du är en del av det skandinaviska marknadsteamet och tjänsten är placerad på Picadelis HQ i Göteborg. Rollen innefattar både nationella och internationella resor. Du rapporterar till Nordic Marketing Manager.

Din profil
· Eftergymnasial utbildning inom marknadsföring, kommunikation eller motsvarande
· Dokumenterad erfarenhet av trade-, retail- eller activation marketing i nära samarbete med försäljning
· Stark förmåga till självledarskap och att självständigt driva projekt från idé till mätbart resultat
· Gedigen erfarenhet av produktion av tryckt POS- och butiksmaterial
· Mycket god visuell, språklig och layoutmässig förmåga
· Avancerad användare av Adobe Creative Cloud samt goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office
· Bekväm med att använda AI-verktyg för att öka effektivitet, kreativitet eller analys
· Flytande svenska och engelska; andra nordiska språk är meriterande

Your mission
Be a key part within Supply Planning which is the backbone of our operations and essential for delivering genuinely fresh products with short shelf lives to our customers worldwide.
Plan and coordinate product flows from production to warehouse and onwards to the customer.
Manage and investigate forecasts, orders, deviations, shortages, invoices, and quality issues.
Analyse demand and optimise inventory levels.
Work closely with purchasing, logistics, sales, and suppliers.
Administer product data and ensure parameters are accurate.

Your profile
Hold a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
Agile and proactive; you enjoy solving problems as they arise and take immediate action
Analytical, structured, and enjoy working in a data-driven environment
Proficient in Excel, and preferably have experience with business systems (e.g. ERP)
Communicative and enjoy working in a team
Fluent in Swedish and English

Your Mission
As HR Business Partner at Picadeli, you will be at the heart of shaping our workplace culture, playing a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations across our markets. From handling HR administration in our HR System to supporting day-to-day HR inquiries, you’ll work closely with both managers and employees to create an engaging and well-organized work environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting managers and employees with HR-related matters and fostering a positive working environment. You will be the go-to person for employees in any employment related questions.

A Bachelor’s degree in HR and at least a couple of years experience in a HR-generalist role, preferably from a multi-national environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Ditt uppdrag
Picadelis First Line Support är ett sammansvetsat team som gör sitt yttersta för att ge förstklassig service till kunder, konsumenter och kollegor. Via telefon och mail hanterar du olika ärenden som kvalitetsfrågor, logistik, orderhantering, produktinformation och fakturor. De flesta ärendena löser du på egen hand och behöver du hjälp slussar du enkelt dessa vidare till rätt kollega. All dokumentation sker i Zendesk.
En viktig del i uppdraget är att stötta dina kollegor på fältet och du bidrar till ökad försäljning genom att proaktivt kontakta kunder och hjälpa dem lägga beställning i vår webbshop. Du ansvarar även för kundupplägg och leveransplanering i affärssystemet Jeeves.
Picadeli utvecklar ständigt sitt koncept vilket medför att förbättringsprojekt pågår ständigt och är en naturlig del i uppdraget. Du utgår från vårt huvudkontor i Göteborg och rapporterar till First Line- & Logistics Manager. Arbetstiderna är måndag-fredag enligt schema.

Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Business Controller to join our finance team at Picadeli HQ. As the Group Business Controller, you will be the driving force in visualizing and creating clarity and excitement around our financial goals across the organization. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, providing strategic insights and supporting decision-making processes.

You Mission (Key Responsibilities) :
In this role you will lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting. As Group Business Controller, you will provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability by monitoring and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities as well as develop and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making processes.
You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting systems, such as PowerBI and work closely with various departments to ensure financial stability and growth.
The position is based at Picadeli’s HQ in Gothenburg, where you will lead the Controlling team and report directly to our CFO. Some traveling (domestic & international) is included in the role.

Your Profile (qualifications) :
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. You have some years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational or FMCG environment. Experience from management consulting is a big plus.
You have a strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers and the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and experience in implementing and developing financial reporting tools such as PowerBI/QlikView.
Further we think that you have proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills, are highly analytical and have the ability to provide actionable insights and communicate them clearly.

What You’ll Do As a Business Controller at Picadeli, you’ll be part of a team that’s focused on shaping the financial future of the company. Your primary mission is to analyze financial data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting and analysis.
Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process.
Responsible for weekly cash flow forecasts
Conducting variance analysis to monitor business performance against targets.
Assisting in cost analysis and profitability tracking across products and markets.
Working closely with other departments and functions to ensure accurate financial data and insightful reporting.
Supporting ad-hoc projects to drive business improvements and growth.

This is a fixed-term position for ca 18 months, covering a maternity leave. The role is based at Picadeli’s HQ in Gothenburg and you will report to the Head of Business Controlling.

Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning. Here’s what will set you up for success:
At least a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics.
2-3 years of experience in a finance-related role.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into insights.
Proficiency in Excel is a must, as is experience with BI systems (like PowerBI & QlikView).
A team player with a strong attention to detail and a passion for improving processes.
Excellent communication skills in English.

YOUR MISSION

As Quality Assurance Coordinator at Picadeli, you will be a part of the Quality department, ensuring food safety in every step, from supplier to the salad bar in the store. This includes ensuring that the products comply with legislation, regulations, standards and requirements, and that there are clear routines for the stores in how to manage the salad bar.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you work systematically with quality and food safety issues. You will be central in handling questions, sampling, and follow-up to make sure that Picadeli's products meet agreements and expectations. You will also have a key role in the development of new and existing products where you will work in close collaboration with product development ensuring that the products comply with our requirements and that the master data in our business system is correct. Picadeli is present on several markets, and a part of your mission is to guide and support quality functions in other countries.

You will for example:

Create and review specifications for central launched product.
Be responsible for ingredient declarations and labels according to current legislations.
Update and manage master data in Jeeves, connected to labelling.
Plan, implement, and follow-up of our product control programs
Support other functions and markets when it comes to food safety issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in quality work within the food area, preferably with HACCP and product information.
Bachelor’s degree in food science or equivalent.
Fluent in Swedish and English both in speech and writing.
Ability to focus on what’s most important and be able to explain why.
Experience from working with Jeeves or similar business system.
Well organized and thorough with an understanding of the importance of correct master data.

Marknadskoordinator

Vårt marknadsteam är med där det händer och arbetar tätt ihop med säljteamet för att tillsammans skapa de bästa event- och marknadsaktiviteterna. Som marknadskoordinator har du egna ansvarsområden och detta uppdrag är inriktat mot trade och event. Det innebär planeraring, koordinering, genomförande och uppföljning av taktiska aktiviteter/kampanjer/event och givetvis analyserar du hur vi gör det ännu bättre till nästa gång!

Du har daglig kontakt med säljteamet och är en nyckelspelare med att göra kampanjer framgångsrika i butik. Du säkerställer att våra kampanjer, precis som övrigt butiksmaterial, sticker ut och är anpassat till kund. Stundtals är din tid uppslukad av roliga event eller mässor eftersom du ansvarar för allt från planering, genomförande och summering. Det betyder även resor och övernattningar på annan ort.

Erfarenhet av digitala marknadsföringskanaler är ett stort plus och är du duktig på SoMe finns även möjlighet att koordinera våra sociala medier, samarbeten med influencers mm.

Uppdraget är ett föräldravikariat på cirka 15 månader med önskvärd start senast den 1 oktober 2023.

YOUR MISSION

As IT Training and Support Specialist, your mission is to focus on creating the best possible user experience and training for all system users to perform their best.

The IT Team at Picadeli HQ provides IT Services to all Picadeli markets, both in Europe and the US. In the role as IT Training & Support Specialist, you will be an important link to all countries, supporting the local markets with system-related questions & trainings.
One of your main focuses will be to actively work to reduce support issues, focusing on improved user friendliness and training of users. As part of this, you are responsible for providing a good introduction to our IT systems, identifying areas where users need more education and providing feedback to the development team on how to avoid problems in the future.
You will create training material and carry out trainings to ensure a proper level of competence among all users.
The role further includes working actively with the user interface in our ERP and CRM, adapting it to the needs of the different departments and markets.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Support local superusers in all markets and departments (ordering, sales, purchasing, finance, item master data..)

2nd line support to ERP & CRM users for all markets and departments

Lead the user training for new processes and systems in current and new markets

Work with continuous education of both new and existing users, identify areas where the users need more education, prepare education materials and educate either digitally or on site.

Identify and communicate need for improvement in our systems based on recurring support issues

As our company is constantly growing and developing, the position might in the future also include further systems and tasks.

This position is based at Picadeli HQ in Gothenburg, and you will report to the IT Manager. Occasional travelling, both domestic and international, is included in the role.



QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role we believe that you have experience of working with an ERP, preferably Jeeves, in e.g. customer support, purchase or finance departments and an interest in how systems are setup to support work processes.

You are curious and interested in how people work, what challenges may appear and enjoy creating solutions to simplify workflows and tasks.

Further, you have great system knowledge and find it easy to familiarize yourself with new ones.

You have excellent pedagogic skills.

Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement for this role, knowledge in French, German or Finnish is meritorious.

Knowledge in meritorious but not required.

Uppdragsbeskrivning
Till vår First line support söker vi dig som tidigare har arbetat med teknisk kundsupport. Du hanterar i huvudsak ärenden av teknisk karaktär gällande våra salladsdiskar i butik. Detta betyder att du har lätt att sätta dig in i hur en konstruktion är sammansatt; mjukvara som hårdvara. Hantering och beställning av reservdelar är också en del av uppdraget. Du är Picadelis förlängda arm till säljkåren där du stöttar och supportar dem i deras dagliga arbete. Det sker genom att du löpande informerar om pågående ärenden hos befintliga kunder samt kontinuerligt informerar om status i öppna ärenden. Detta görs i huvudsak via Picadelis ärendehanteringssystem Zendesk, men kan även vara per telefon.
Du arbetar strukturerat i Cloud och Zendesk vilket betyder att du har god datorvana och gärna arbetat i affärssystem innan. Mycket goda språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska är ett krav. Du bidrar till hög kundnöjdhet, arbetar proaktivt, följer upp ärenden, dokumenterar och återkopplar till kund, alltid med en positiv ton och hög servicenivå!
