Job Description


In this role you´ll become an important link between Volvo Group and Bosch. You will be a part of our global customer team and you will be involved in interesting projects with state-of-the-art products within e.g. Vehicle- and Powertrain Electronics, E-mobility and/or Services.

Job Description
We are looking for a Resident Engineer for operational support and maintenance at our customer location. Facing a vast variety of customer requests, you answer questions regarding our products and support customers to use them effectively. Working together with an international team of engineers, you will conduct analyses and work together to develop and propose solutions for customers.
Your Tasks:
Take care of customer requests and answer product-related questions

Awareness for automotive quality requirements (e.g., MISRA C, HIS) and process frameworks (e.g., aASPICE, ISO26262).
Familiarity with ETAS Tools - INCA/MDA, EHandbook, INCAFlow, ASCMO, as well as AVL Puma , Delphi VISU.
Willingness to learn and work in an agile environment. Team player attitude within a diverse and multicultural environment
Strong motivation, customer orientation and communication skills.
Fluent in English. Swedish language skills are a plus.

As a member of the Sales Original Equipment team*, you will report directly to the VP Sales for Bosch Mobility Solutions (BBM).

Some of your tasks

Ensure that the global team working for Volvo Cars is up-to-date with customer information and intelligence. SOE needs to collect, analyze and distribute customer information such as car/platform road map, volume, technical trends, investor reports, organizational structure.
Collect, present or support customer teams in tracking and analyzing account KPIs.
Coordinating and preparing internal meetings such as: MBM; monthly board meeting, CSM; customer strategy meeting, Weekly stand-up / teamboard, Alignments with regions (CN, US).
Preparation of management meetings / workshops with customer.
Support new business opportunities and innovation management: act as central interface of Bosch Mobility Services to customer for product/business opportunities not yet established in the customer teams; address inquiries to the right divisional teams; promote customer to divisions to motivate acquisition release; coordinate first discussions to establish exchanges between customer and divisional teams.

What you’ll do
We are looking for a Field Application Engineer at our office in Gothenburg, to support with the "Real Time Applications" product portfolio. Facing a vast variety of customer requests, you answer questions regarding our products and support customers to use them effectively. Working together with an international team of engineers, you will conduct analyses and work together with the developers to develop and propose solutions for customers.
Your Tasks;
Take care of customer requests and answer product-related questions
Analyze reported issues, e.g. by recreating customer environments and reproducing them, debugging the software and developing fixes when necessary
Support product demonstrations, execution of pilot projects and evaluations with our customers
Work together with the Product Development team helping to understand customer requirements
Teach customers and colleagues how to use and integrate our software
Help to enhance and maintain our internal and external knowledge base



Qualifications
Who you are
M.Sc. in Computer Science, Control Engineering/Theory or similar
Solid experience in embedded SW engineering (AUTOSAR experience would be a distinct advantage).
Awareness for automotive quality requirements (e.g., MISRA C, HIS) and process frameworks (e.g., aASPICE, ISO26262).
Familiarity with embedded systems design and low-level hardware interactions, ideally with TriCore, ARM, PowerPC and Renesas architectures as well as embedded operating systems like OSEK/AUTOSAR OS
Willingness to learn and work in an agile environment. Team player attitude within a diverse and multicultural environment
Strong motivation, customer orientation and communication skills.
Fluent in English. Swedish language skills are a plus.
Committed and willing to travel

We are looking for a Solution Sales Engineer at our office in Gothenburg, to support with the Cybersecurity Solutions portfolio. The Solution Sales Engineer will drive strategic opportunities by engaging with key business and technical contacts, understanding customers’ use cases and technology priorities as well as imparting the value proposition of our solution.
Your Tasks;
Drive complex and strategic opportunities in alignment with the responsible Key Account Manager
Act as technical sales expert for the Cybersecurity portfolio at our customers and develop a deep understanding of the customers’ use cases and pain points to be accepted as a competent and respected partner
Work with product management, sales, and other stakeholders in defining, implementing, and executing go-to-market strategies for new solutions

Till vårt kundteam för Volvo Cars söker vi en Sales Acquisition Manager - Vehicle Computing för Cross-Domain-Computing-Solutions.
Som Sales Acquisition Manager hos oss kommer du att jobba med en av våra viktigaste OEM-kunder, där du kommer att representera vår division XC, som utvecklar nya produkter framförallt inom Autonomous Drive (AD) och Connectivity.
Du driver aktivt vår försäljning och hittar tillsammans med kund nya affärsmöjligheter och skapar lösningar som är anpassade efter deras specifika behov. Detta kräver att du håller dig uppdaterad om kundens verksamhet och du kommer att ha många kontaktytor, gentemot både utveckling och inköp. Säljprocesserna är komplexa och involverar flertalet parter och intressenter hos kund och internt. Du har här en projektledande roll och blir en viktig länk mellan utvecklingsorganisationerna på Volvo Cars och Bosch. I de här projekten skapas framtidens bilar och affärer och därför blir din roll central hos oss.

För att matcha rollen tror vi att du har minst fem års erfarenhet av komplex B2B Solution Sales inom fordonsindustrin, OEM-affärer med ny teknik i fokus de senaste åren. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet inom områdena Software & Electronics, Infotainment, Connectivity eller Autonomous Driving (AD, ADAS) och är van att jobba i agila utvecklingsmiljöer (SAFe/Scrum etc).
Du har troligen en teknisk utbildningsbakgrund som t.ex. högskole- eller civilingenjör och behärskar både svenska och engelska flytande i tal och skrift.
