We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our medical simulation products while contributing to and supporting our strategic initiatives. In this role, you’ll combine your expertise in product development, clinical workflows, technology, and customer insights to shape solutions that advance healthcare training and outcomes.
You’ll own complex product initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and shape the roadmap for your product area, collaborating closely with engineering, clinical, marketing, and commercial partners. This is a chance to influence products that make healthcare education more effective, while working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
This position will be based in our HQ in Gothenburg, reporting to Senior Director, Product Management.
What you'll do:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and development to launch and iteration
Translate customer, clinical, and technical needs into clear requirements and actionable plans
Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams
Conduct market analysis and prioritization to inform roadmap and long-term strategy
Support product strategy, value propositions, and core messaging as the source of truth
Represent the product in key stakeholder engagements, both internally and externally
Collaborate with Marketing on global events, exhibitions, and supporting materials
Support go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution, ensuring alignment and measurable launch success
Support product marketing and sales enablement materials (e.g., positioning, demos, FAQs, competitive insights, clinical value)
Act as the product authority, ensuring all materials are accurate, consistent, and strategically aligned
Contribute to best practices and continuously improve ways of working
Travel locally and globally as needed to engage with customers and partners (few times a year)

What you'll bring:
Around 2~5 years' experience as a technical Product Manager
Experience in clinical/health care/medical industry/products, for example through education or work experience, ideally within an R&D software environment
Strong technical and product expertise, with a track record of managing complex projects
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive product execution
Project management skills, with experience working in remote and global teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Swedish language is a plus
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make sound product decisions
Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

The Role
The Marketing Technology Manager will be responsible for optimizing the marketing technology stack, integrating platforms for seamless workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The role involves managing tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, ClickDimensions, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant systems. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead nurturing, and lead scoring models.
Experience with integrating marketing platforms or other relevant digital solutions

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments both on-site and remote

The Role
The Director of Customer Success will be pivotal in driving our organization’s growth, efficiency, and customer-centricity. Reporting to the Head of Customer Services, this leader will oversee a global team focused on driving adoption, learning, and renewal throughout the customer lifecycle.
As the head of Surgical Science’s newly established Customer Success function, this leader will ensure customers realize measurable value from our solutions, achieve their intended outcomes, and become long-term advocates for our company. This leader will design and implement a scalable Global Customer Success framework, while also be engaged in practical Customer Success activities, across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
We’re seeking an operational, hands-on, leader with proven experience in customer success, subscription/recurring revenue models, ideally in MedTech or adjacent technology sectors. The Director will build a high-performing team, implement best practices, and align the function with Surgical Science’s growth strategy.

Define and implement KPIs and success metrics to measure customer health, value realization, and business impact.
Lead initiatives to improve customer lifecycle management, including onboarding efficiency, learning adoption, and renewal processes.
Standardize tools, systems, and processes globally, ensuring scalability and operational consistency.

Customer Value & Adoption (20%)
Drive product adoption, effective usage, and measurable customer outcomes across the global customer base.
Develop success metrics, playbooks, and customer journeys that span onboarding, training, early use, growth, renewal, and expansion.
Establish systematic feedback loops to capture customer insights and translate them into actionable improvements in products, services, and engagement.
Directly engage in Customer Success activities to ensure customer impact.

Revenue & Growth (15%)
Collaborate with regional sales leaders to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities through Customer Success initiatives.
Support the company’s transition toward recurring revenue models by embedding value-driven usage into renewals and expansions.
Partner with Finance and CRO on forecasting, pricing models, and customer success ROI tracking.

What You Bring
10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ in senior Customer Success or related leadership roles
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
Proven success in building and scaling global Customer Success functions within MedTech, healthcare technology, or other B2B industries with complex, high-value technologies.
Expertise in customer lifecycle management, and data-driven success metrics/reporting frameworks
Skilled at leading multicultural, cross-regional teams and collaborating effectively across functions, with strong people development and leadership capabilities
Excellent communicator with proven ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level; strong presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Operational and execution-focused leader with a customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering measurable value

The Role
Join a small, high performing legal team at our Gothenburg HQ that supports colleagues around the world. Your core mission is to draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts in English. You will handle redlines to our templates and customer paper, spot risks quickly, ask the right questions, and help the business reach practical outcomes in a fast-paced environment.


What You Will Do
Draft, review, and redline international commercial agreements in English for various customers.
Lead or support negotiations, explain trade-offs, and align terms with business objectives and risk appetite.
Identify issues and propose solutions, prioritising must fix items to keep momentum.
Maintain and improve templates and playbooks that increase speed and consistency.
Support contract lifecycle activities and team operations so the function runs smoothly.



What You Bring
Swedish law degree (Juristexamen, LLM).
2-5 years of legal experience in house or at a law firm.
Proven track record drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international commercial contracts in English.
Strong business and legal English, written and spoken, with clear stakeholder communication.
Ability to learn quickly, manage competing priorities, and deliver accurate work at speed.



Nice to Have
Experience with US or other common law contracts and cross border matters.
Familiarity with AI tools, legal tech, or process automation.

The role
In this role, you will be working in our Angiography or Ultrasound team based in Israel, but you will work from our HQ here in Gothenburg, Sweden.
With your C++ skills you will be creating realistic simulations in a global, distributed team. You will be working with our huge C++ code base involving simulation engines, computer graphics and robotics. Together with your team you will be enabling efficient training of healthcare professionals in the use of c imaging devices.

About the position
As a customer support and QA specialist at Surgical Science you will be a key person, responsible for maintaining the demo fleet and expected to interface with customers at a professional level. You will be responsible to verify the demo units with focus on service and maintenance and together with the team make sure that everything works great!
You will work with quality assurance of the simulators, both hardware and software. This includes carrying out stress testing, performance testing and functional testing. You will work closely with the development team to provide feedback in order to implement improvement areas to meet client satisfaction and market requirements.
