Assignment description? The Program Manager (PM) is the "single-threaded owner" for large-scale customer programs within the Connectivity (MNO) and TSP/CMP domains. This role bridges the gap between high-level strategy and granular operational delivery. You will own the end-to-end value chain—from contract negotiation and financial oversight to technical implementation and incident reliability. Your mission is to drive measurable business value, operational stability, and high customer satisfaction across multiple global markets.
Relevant knowledge/experience: Expertise: Proven experience in Program Management within the Cloud Services, Telecommunications (MNO), or Connectivity sectors. - Technical Literacy: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/K8s), SIM technology, and global connectivity standards (5G/VoLTE). - Commercial Acumen: Strong background in contract negotiation, financial reporting, and vendor management. - Tooling: Proficiency in Jira, Ivanti, and standard Project Management software.

What you'll do

We are now looking for a Unit Program manager to strengthen our team.
You will part of SVA extended leadership team and will have an important role in our ability to deliver. You will work in early vehicle program phases, concept phases, and be an important part of creating our technical solutions, but we don’t want a sharp hand over to industrialization, we believe that the implementation will be at it’s best if critical architecture changes are followed in a smooth hand over.

You will work close to our Lead Architect at our unit and together with both architects and our Unit program managers to secure maturity of the solutions we further on will industrialize.

You will drive technical investigations and participate in creating our strategies, content & plans.

You will part of SVA extended leadership team and will have an important role in our ability to deliver. You will work close to our Lead Architect at our unit and together with both architects and our Unit program managers to secure maturity of the solutions we further on will industrialize.

What you’ll do
As a project leader within Industrialization Engineer team, your role is to introduce and verify product and develop process changes within programs & non-product projects in a safe and quality assured way. You work in a global environment with a cross-functional team and support your team members in a flexible way. What you'll do 

The program manager is responsible for the overall coordination and management of a program within Digital to secure the participation and execution from associated delivery teams within the scope of the program.

You will serve as the senior advisor to – and part of the leadership team within – two complex implementation programs supporting our Swedish customers. You will support the optimized efficiency and effectiveness of the programs by:
Identifying gaps in operational services preventing optimal delivery, both within the Program Management Office (PMO) and within the programs themselves
Consistently refine the PMO operating model, working alongside the PMO Manager
Evaluate reporting needs within the programs and the PMO in order to support strategic decision making
Establish and operationalize strategic cross- and intra-program governance



Basic Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 5 years consulting experience
Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 8 years of work experience implementing Cerner Millennium solutions

Det är kärleken och intresset för den musiken som förenar P3-lyssnarna, inte en specifik ålder. Vi vet också att våra lyssnare är intresserade av samhällsfrågor och populärkultur och vill bli underhållna när de lyssnar.

P3 i Göteborg är en del av den stora P3-redaktionen där Stockholm, Malmö och Umeå är de andra huvudorterna. Alla jobbar tätt tillsammans oavsett om det gäller att sända radio, gräva fram nyheter eller kurera de senaste musikmixarna. Den som jobbar på P3 är alltid del av ett större sammanhang.

Background
With over 20 years of experience delivering EMR systems in Sweden, we are now implementing our Millennium products in two of the three largest regions in Sweden, Region Skåne and Västra Götaland, positively impacting over a third of the Swedish population.

The role
As Senior Director & Client Program Manager, located in Gothenburg, you will be the key leader of these programs, responsible for ensuring the investment in the programs achieves the anticipated benefits as outlined by the region. Your leadership team includes a Program Executive, an Engagement Executive, and other senior roles for each program. You will also be a part of the Nordic leadership team given the significant importance and impact of the role. You will report to the General Manager for the Nordics. The program is hugely influential on both the regional healthcare system and at a Nordics level. The success the programs will have a direct impact on future growth in the region. You will be the trusted advisor to the clients and delivery teams and be accountable for the creation of a shared governance structure with a shared vision of success, optimization of current and future roadmaps, and an overall focus on identifying outcomes and achieving value for all parties.

To be successful in the role it is crucial that you have held similar roles delivering complex full-suite implementations (Acute + Ambulatory) with a large number of internal and external stakeholders, including political interests. The successful candidate should have proven success managing programs incorporating multiple project leaders, both internal and external, and a number of organizational units with separate leadership structures (i.e., numerous hospitals, primary care centers, laboratory, and home care in the same system). This includes helping your team create and manage the end-to-end project plan in close connection with your client counterparts. You will have an understanding of organizational change management ensure best practices are used for program success. You will lead and develop a team to deliver the programs over the implementation’s lifecycle. You must have strong communication skills with demonstrated competency in sustaining positive relationships with client executives. You will need to have excellent presentation skills and be able to have an open dialogue with both Cerner and client executive leadership. Due to the nature of the project, the role demands a combination of strategic, tactical and operational responsibilities.

This position requires a cross-functional individual who is focused on the details but is also works strategically across the programs, region, and internal Cerner business units to drive high-quality program execution and continual improvement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders including consulting, IP development, technology, sales, and support to ensure the program’s success.

• Hantera situationer så som att hitta inhoppare vid sjukdom, avbokningar etc.
• Åtgärda mindre fel och problem i banor som spelledare inte lyckats lösa, och vid behov eskalera och rapportera till verksamhetens reparatörer.
• Administration: inköp av förbrukningsvaror, kvittohantering, nyckelhantering etc.
• Jourtelefon kl 10-20 för att ta emot eventuella bokningsförfrågningar, frågor från spelledare etc.
I rollen ingår också att ta arbetspass som spelledare, i lagom utsträckning för att nå upp till den grad av sysselsättning som önskas. Stora delar av de ansvarsområden som ska skötas som platsansvarig kan utföras i de tidsluckor som brukar uppstå mellan bokningar.
Vi erbjuder en intermittent anställning.
Rapportering kommer ske löpande till verksamhetens reparatörer (tillika delägare) i Göteborg samt delägare lokaliserad i Göteborg, samt koncernens VD lokaliserad i Norrköping.

What you’ll do?

The department Infotainment, within Connected Experience product stream, is responsible for the development and enabling of Volvo Cars Infotainment system. What’s in it for you?
You will join an organization working in the forefront of infotainment, with a solution based on Android running in our cars, a pioneering product developed in close collaboration with Google. As a Scrum Master (ScM) you will be coaching the teams towards increasing team maturity, empowerment, and value-flow. The trinity team will help each other and define work package as a team to flexibly utilize the capacity and knowledge of the trinity team. You and your skills

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who have previously coached software engineering or system teams to become high performing. You have a degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience of cross-functional collaboration, large-scale system design and hands-on software development.

The wireless hardware team develops products within number of different technology areas like 3G/4G/5G communication, V2X, telematics and NFC and UWB/BLE. All wireless technology needed to create an always connected experience. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Scrum master for 2 teams, wireless HW and wireless COM.  Main objectives for those teams are to develop hardware together with supplier developed SW for integrated connectivity and wireless modules. Wireless COM is an expert technology team with deliverables developed through advanced engineering and research projects.

What will you do?
As a Scrum Master, you will be an important part of our Agile Release Train (ART). You will work together with other agile leaders to create a high-performance organization. We are relying on our Scrum Masters to be servant leaders and coach the teams using agile team practices with a focus on flow and taking lead in continuous improvements. 

You will support the teams to embrace, adopt and apply agile principles and practices as well as facilitate the team’s progress toward team goals by focusing on improving performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity as well as staying focused on the team’s iteration goals. You will also facilitate team meetings like the daily stand-up, iteration planning, demo, and retrospective. You are to support the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog with respect to priorities and scope. You will communicate with management and stakeholders, collaborate with other Scrum Masters to learn and improve your own profession. You are to f acilitate preparation and readiness for ART ceremonies like PI Planning, System Demos, and the Inspect and Adapt.

Another dimension of the department responsibility is to build and nurse the solution architecture team competence and capacity that will be part of Solution Technical Team building the technical roadmap and securing architecture governance across the whole solution. You will build empowered teams to support speed and quality of impacted main value flows as well as proactively work with competence development to assure the right competence in line with strategies. As a part of Connected Experience leadership team, be part of our work to define and execute the Connected Experience strategy towards the business goals of Volvo Cars through facilitating transparent communication and represent Connected Experience in relevant platforms where we interact with external partners.

What will you be doing?
As our Agile Program Manager, you will lead and translate the voice of customers into developed User Experience and Human Machine Interface products. • Work with Product Platforms to understand and align customer needs for short term and long term
• Continuously evaluate business value for UX features
• Develop and communicate the UX roadmap
• Manage and prioritize the backlog on product level
• Define PI vision via prioritized features and enablers
• Define and drive releases
• Participate in demos/signoff during the development and implementation process
• Build effective Product Management Agile Teams
• Define, manage, and communicate the Product Maintenance plan

What you will do
In the role of Product Owner, you will describe your area’s short and long-term goals based on business value and product needs with support from tech leads and the product manager. You will work closely with your team as well as cooperate with Design, other POs, departments, stakeholders, and partners. You will also be a member of the extended Product Management team within Infotainment, reviewing and contributing to the program-level vision, roadmap, and content presentations.

The role includes preparing necessary conditions for creating features, stories, and acceptance criteria, taking part in the team’s backlog refinement, as well as validating deliveries, and involve in release planning. You will coordinate content dependencies with other Product Owners, be available for the team’s questions, and support in escalations. Additionally, the position is located at our new office at Linholmen in Gothenburg.

You carry experience in driving software product development as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role. You have previous experience with agile development methodologies, you believe in building relationships with teams and stakeholders, as well as inspiring and motivating others to work towards a goal. Dina arbetsuppgifter
On Air är en underhållningsstudio i Linnéstaden dit företag och privatpersoner kommer för att delta i Game Shows. Showerna består av olika utmaningar och tävlingar som programledaren lotsar deltagarna genom. Lokalen är utformad som en TV-studio med ljud/ljus-anläggning, buzzerknappar, dekor, vinjetter, tävlingspodium, talkshowscen, mm. De vanligaste grupperna är företag, svensexor/möhippor och barnkalas.


Vi söker nu personer som kan anta programledarrollen. Uppdraget som programledare går ut på att leda showen från start till slut och se till att besökarna trivs och har roligt. Vi söker därför dig som gillar att underhålla och prata inför små och stora grupper. Förmåga att kunna improvisera, få besökarna att skratta och skapa tävlingsstämning, är viktigt.


Tider
Jobbet är ett "extrajobb" med oregelbundna arbetstider. Arbetstiden är främst förlagd till eftermiddag/kväll på vardagar samt lördagar. Tillträde omgående. Arbete 1-4 dagar i veckan.

Showerna består av olika utmaningar och tävlingar som programledaren lotsar deltagarna genom. Lokalen är utformad som en TV-studio med ljud/ljus-anläggning, buzzerknappar, dekor, vinjetter, tävlingspodium, talkshowscen, mm. De vanligaste grupperna är företag, svensexor/möhippor och barnkalas.Vi söker nu personer som kan anta programledarrollen. Uppdraget som programledare går ut på att leda showen från start till slut och se till att besökarna trivs och har roligt. Vi söker därför dig som gillar att underhålla och prata inför små och stora grupper. Förmåga att kunna improvisera, få besökarna att skratta och skapa tävlingsstämning, är viktigt.TiderJobbet är ett "extrajobb" med oregelbundna arbetstider. Då är du kanske den vi söker som programansvarig till Världslitteraturhuset! Här får du vara med och bygga upp en programverksamhet från grunden och bidra med dina idéer för att utveckla Göteborgs nyaste bibliotek!

Världslitteraturhuset är beläget i nybyggda lokaler i knutpunkten Gamlestads Torg. Vi öppnade dörrarna den 1 december 2018 och verksamheten är fortfarande i en uppbyggnadsfas. Världslitteraturhusets mål är att vara en interkulturell arena för möten och samtal, samtidigt som det är ett bibliotek för alla. Vi vill bli något av ett andra hem för mångspråkiga författare, genom att erbjuda både små grupprum och större scen för framträdanden. I beståndet strävar vi efter att erbjuda medier på samtliga språk som talas i Göteborg och vi vill ge både vuxna och barn utrymme för eget skapande av berättelser och texter. Världslitteraturhuset är ett av biblioteken i stadsdelen Östra Göteborg, vid sidan av Bergsjön och Kortedala bibliotek.

I den nya tjänsten som programansvarig kommer du självständigt att ansvara för planering, genomförande och utvärdering av Världslitteraturhusets programverksamhet, vilket inkluderar författarsamtal, föredrag och andra evenemang. Tillsammans med övriga arbetsgruppen bestående av bibliotekspersonal och en samordnare, koordinerar du programverksamheten till att ske i samklang med övriga evenemang, såsom språkcafé, utställningar, bokcirklar och visningar.

En viktig del i arbetsuppgifterna är att knyta kontakter med samarbetsparter som leder till ett brett utbud av evenemang, där du gjort ett aktivt urval utifrån verksamhetens mål. Vidare ansvarar du för att ta fram både tryckt och digital kommunikation till samarbetsparter och besökare. Du har eget budgetansvar och ansvar för administration. På sikt kan det komma att ingå uthyrning av lokaler samt andra uppdrag som berör hela verksamheten.

Vid evenemang är det i första hand du som är ansvarig för genomförandet, vilket innebär att arbetstiderna kan variera och att kvälls- och helgtjänstgöring ingår. Det ingår att, med hjälp av kollegor, vid behov möblera om och säkerställa att teknik fungerar inför evenemang, då verksamheten inte har vaktmästare.


KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom relevant område, såsom kulturproduktion, bibliotek- och informationsvetenskap, projektledarutbildning med inriktning kultur eller eventkoordinator.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid att du har dokumenterad praktisk erfarenhet av arbete med program/kulturverksamhet. Du kan exempelvis ha arbetat som programansvarig på bibliotek, på kulturhus, som lärare på kulturskolan eller på annat sätt ansvarat för kulturevenemang. Viktigt är att du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med samtliga steg i processen: kontaktskapande, planering, genomförande och uppföljning. Vidare behöver du ha erfarenhet av att arbeta med digital såväl som tryckt kommunikation och ser programverksamheten som en viktig kanal för att marknadsföra Världslitteraturhuset till potentiella besökare.

I din yrkesroll är du gärna socialt aktiv. Du har vana av och uppskattar att nätverka samt att tala inför grupper. Genom att engagera och entusiasmera andra skapar du goda relationer med de du möter och hittar möjligheter till relevanta samarbeten. Du tycker om att möta olika slags människor. Mångfald och lika värde är för dig en självklarhet, liksom ett gott bemötande och en hög servicenivå.

Du håller dig uppdaterad genom omvärldsbevakning, tar fasta på nya idéer och reflekterar regelbundet över vad som kan utvecklas i verksamheten. Oavsett om du arbetar ensam eller tillsammans med andra, tar du initiativ och ansvar för att arbetet går framåt. Grundläggande kunskaper om AV-teknik är ett krav, då du behöver kunna se till att tekniken fungerar inför evenemang.
