We are looking for a brave Product Owner who dares to take bold decisions and lead the Product Team in a passionate way towards outstanding business value. You will join the Procurement product cluster within the Production Planning & Procurement area of Digital at Volvo Cars. We digitalize work processes, make data instantly available and workflows highly automated for internal and external consumers. By doing so we enable our organization to make fact-based decisions and maximize value add.

You are experienced in driving product strategy, vision and operations as a Product Owner or equivalent role.
You have experience of working with new development as well as operations in a product landscape with high demands on stability.
You have experience working with global stakeholders both within business and digital to build trust-based relationships and open communication.
You have experience in facilitating collaboration between teams and management with agile development methodologies. You are excellent at communication, presenting and relationship building with teams and global stakeholders.

Role Description
As digital Product Owner, you will maximize value by owning and deciding upon priorities in the digital product team’s backlog from a business perspective to streamline the execution, while maintaining the technical integrity of the features/components for the team. You are the voice of the user, you have a business perspective and some technical know-how. We use modern tools and agile methods to create business value continuously. We ensure high quality and adaptability in our delivery. Of course, we have fun together while doing it. 

What Qualifications do you need to do the job?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with translating a product vision into actionable work
Experience with agile methods and related tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Rally, Miro, etc.)

Background
With over 20 years of experience delivering EMR systems in Sweden, we are now implementing our Millennium products in two of the three largest regions in Sweden, Region Skåne and Västra Götaland, positively impacting over a third of the Swedish population.

The role
As Senior Director & Client Program Manager, located in Gothenburg, you will be the key leader of these programs, responsible for ensuring the investment in the programs achieves the anticipated benefits as outlined by the region. Your leadership team includes a Program Executive, an Engagement Executive, and other senior roles for each program. You will also be a part of the Nordic leadership team given the significant importance and impact of the role. You will report to the General Manager for the Nordics. The program is hugely influential on both the regional healthcare system and at a Nordics level. The success the programs will have a direct impact on future growth in the region. You will be the trusted advisor to the clients and delivery teams and be accountable for the creation of a shared governance structure with a shared vision of success, optimization of current and future roadmaps, and an overall focus on identifying outcomes and achieving value for all parties.

To be successful in the role it is crucial that you have held similar roles delivering complex full-suite implementations (Acute + Ambulatory) with a large number of internal and external stakeholders, including political interests. The successful candidate should have proven success managing programs incorporating multiple project leaders, both internal and external, and a number of organizational units with separate leadership structures (i.e., numerous hospitals, primary care centers, laboratory, and home care in the same system). This includes helping your team create and manage the end-to-end project plan in close connection with your client counterparts. You will have an understanding of organizational change management ensure best practices are used for program success. You will lead and develop a team to deliver the programs over the implementation’s lifecycle. You must have strong communication skills with demonstrated competency in sustaining positive relationships with client executives. You will need to have excellent presentation skills and be able to have an open dialogue with both Cerner and client executive leadership. Due to the nature of the project, the role demands a combination of strategic, tactical and operational responsibilities.

This position requires a cross-functional individual who is focused on the details but is also works strategically across the programs, region, and internal Cerner business units to drive high-quality program execution and continual improvement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders including consulting, IP development, technology, sales, and support to ensure the program’s success.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 10 years of project/program management, sales, consulting, or client relationship management work experience, meaning
Proven track record of working with leaders in large programs to create sustainable structures and governance that ensure program success.
Experience in taking a systematic approach to breaking down large, complex problems and leveraging the structure of the program to resolve the issue.
Proven leadership skills
Coaching ability and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent understanding of project management processes, governance and effective ways to utilize appropriately (PMP, Prince 2, Six Sigma, Agile knowledge or certification a plus)

You know the basics of how Scaled Agile Framework works or related execution of development activities in an Agile environment.
You should have an experience working with Atlassian’s tools (Jira and Confluence). Your leader skillset is very important in this role, and we hope to see you with an education background from computer science or similar. You should have some years of experience from either project management or a consolidated role within the agile framework.

Du kommer att vara en del av P3:s redaktion i Göteborg som sänder radio mellan 8.30 och 12 lördagar och söndagar. Du kommer jobba tillsammans med en producent och medarbetare inom hela P3 för att ta fram innehåll till programmet tillsammans med redaktionen, där ni bokar gäster och bollar fram de mest intressanta snackisarna just nu.

P3 är kanalen för alla som älskar musik, både de senaste topphitsen och de bästa låtarna i alla genrer som gjort ett avtryck i pophistorien. Det är kärleken och intresset för den musiken som förenar P3-lyssnarna, inte en specifik ålder. Vi vet också att våra lyssnare är intresserade av samhällsfrågor och populärkultur och vill bli underhållna när de lyssnar.

P3 i Göteborg är en del av den stora P3-redaktionen där Stockholm, Malmö och Umeå är de andra huvudorterna. Alla jobbar tätt tillsammans oavsett om det gäller att sända radio, gräva fram nyheter eller kurera de senaste musikmixarna. Den som jobbar på P3 är alltid del av ett större sammanhang.

Who we are? 

At Volvo Cars Global Supply Chain we are enabling Volvo Cars end to end business, with the mission having a highest service, zero waste supply chain, through data-driven planning and intelligent network design.

The logistics function Parts Supply & Logistics within Procurment & Supply Chain organization, is responsible for making sure spare parts and accessories are available for customers world-wide to enable a hassle-free consumer experience. The responsibility covers the procurement, storage and distribution of spare parts and accessories to Volvo Cars customers globally and includes operational control of all Volvo-owned parts inventory, warehouse management and transportation, as well as the long-term development of the global logistics process. 

The Project Management Office at PS&L drives the strategic development work making sure we further improve our logistics concepts and network as well as drives strategic projects to improve the overall supply chain performance. Just now we are looking for a super star who will managing logistics projects globally, strategically driving one of the focus areas and making sure we are constantly working towards sustainability targets following circular economy standards.

What you’ll do?

Throughout the work you will be representing PS&L in cross functional projects and Volvo Cars in external projects on different markets and regions. 

An important part of this is to help us level up this role by impacting the business and thereby Volvo Cars on a broad scale. In collaboration with your business partners, you will through continuous enhancement of digital solutions and new ways of working identify areas of opportunity. You will work strategically and pave the way for new solutions in the organization. This role will also drive cross functional- & organizational and global initiatives and collaborations in order to level up the business support of Parts Supply & Logistics within Volvo Cars. We need to be creative, knowledgeable and fast to catch up all the changes that are on the Volvo Cars agenda, such as moving car sales online and following sustainability standars with zero waste guidelines. I rollen ingår också att ta arbetspass som spelledare, i lagom utsträckning för att nå upp till den grad av sysselsättning som önskas. Stora delar av de ansvarsområden som ska skötas som platsansvarig kan utföras i de tidsluckor som brukar uppstå mellan bokningar.

What You Need:
University degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering) or appropriate graduation
Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in project management (team size >2-5 project or team members)
Excellent skills in MS Office, MS Project or PRIMAVERA P3e. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
High sense of responsibility, can work independently in the area of planning, controlling; esp. cost/budget controlling
Fundamental knowledge in terms of methodologies in project management especially w/r to planning and controlling
Experience with functional safety considered a plus
Experience with electronic manufacturing a plus
Technical and commercial English fluently

What are we doing?
The department Infotainment, within Connected Experience product stream, is responsible for the development and enabling of Volvo Cars Infotainment system. As first Car company Volvo Cars teamed up with Google and develop a system together, which re-thinks the nature of car infotainment, defined by a user-friendly interface and an unparalleled connectivity. You and your skills
You have a passion of coaching & building teams and as a servant leader you support the team with their needs keeping the ownership in the team.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who have previously coached software engineering or system teams to become high performing. You have a degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience of cross-functional collaboration, large-scale system design and hands-on software development.

Familiarity with SAFe and previous work as Jira administrator is beneficial for the position.

The wireless hardware team develops products within number of different technology areas like 3G/4G/5G communication, V2X, telematics and NFC and UWB/BLE. All wireless technology needed to create an always connected experience. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Scrum master for 2 teams, wireless HW and wireless COM.  Main objectives for those teams are to develop hardware together with supplier developed SW for integrated connectivity and wireless modules. What will you do?
As a Scrum Master, you will be an important part of our Agile Release Train (ART). You will work together with other agile leaders to create a high-performance organization. We are relying on our Scrum Masters to be servant leaders and coach the teams using agile team practices with a focus on flow and taking lead in continuous improvements. 

You will support the teams to embrace, adopt and apply agile principles and practices as well as facilitate the team’s progress toward team goals by focusing on improving performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity as well as staying focused on the team’s iteration goals. You will also facilitate team meetings like the daily stand-up, iteration planning, demo, and retrospective. Hej musikälskare!

Under 2022 kommer P3 i Göteborg att sända mängder av flödesradio och nu letar vi efter dig som älskar musik och som framför allt har förmågan att engagera. Du är nyfiken, snabbtänkt och den där personen som på ett nästan irriterande sätt ofta prickar full pott på musikquizet. Du har ett genuint musikintresse och bottnar i P3s musikprofil som inkluderar stora hits genom tiderna, pop, rock och ny musik.

Som programledare i P3s dagpass är du spindeln i nätet som både presenterar P3s spellista, river av en rapp och rolig artistintervju, levererar smarta musikspaningar och som påannonserar låtar på ett sätt som aldrig blir tråkigt. Kort sagt: när du står på scen får du och det du säger publikens uppmärksamhet till 100 %.

Gissningsvis är du journalist med stort intresse för musik, van att pitcha vinklar och ämnen och inte nog med att du är superambitiös och bra på att snacka: du är dessutom både rolig och ödmjuk. Du kommer att jobba tillsammans med en producent och med innehåll från P3s alla redaktioner, vilket gör att vi ställer höga krav på att kunna samarbeta.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av redaktionellt arbete och programledarskap, gärna från radio (men viktigast är det där med att vara A. Nyfiken B. Snabb i tanken och C. Engagerande).

Med andra ord kommer du att:

• Programleda direktsänt musikprogram och vara kanalens ansikte utåt

We are looking for a passionate and experienced person with at least 3+ years of experience in the fields of business, entrepreneurship, international trade, development, project management and/or sustainability. Specifically, if you have experience in Africa, even better!
The candidate should be:
· An individual passionate about sustainability and with a drive in working towards the Sustainable Development Goals
· Proven programme/project management skills
· Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field (business, global studies, etc)
· Experience in working with developing markets (ideally Africa)
· Consulting skills – an ability to run workshops, advise clients, etc
· Fluent in English (Swedish and French is a plus but not required)
The following qualities are also highly desirable:
· Experience in working as an entrepreneur or with entrepreneurs
· Strong financial skills – able to develop and manage budgets
· Strong written communication skills – experience with making project applications, analyses and/or reports desirable

Tider
