Responsibilities
What you will do:
Ensuring all business standards, security and service levels are met for project deployments. You will play a key leadership role in the organization, managing project delivery practices to ensure client success is achieved.
In addition to managing the budget, you will be expected to produce detailed technical plans, resource schedules and reporting, taking delivery of solutions from requirements, design, build, test, client acceptance, deployment, through to service handover and project closure tasks.
There will be a requirement for you to work closely with technical architects and products owners, having sufficient technical understanding to drive any solution changes, addressing any gaps required to meet contracture work.
As part of a continuous improvement processes within Oracle you will contribute during the course of project delivery, bringing together lessons learned from the various different elements of project delivery
You will lead by example, sharing knowledge and experiences with the team. You will be responsible for maintaining a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognise their accomplishments.

Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Management Information Systems or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 8 years of relevant experience related to the role including at least 2 years of Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

Preferred Experience
6 years of technical project management, matrix management, working in a framework such as PRINCE2, PMP & ITIL
Experience of working in Agile approach and Scrum methods.
Proficient in use of project management tools such and MS Project and Version One
Superb communication skills verbal and written

What you will do

Background
With over 20 years of experience delivering EMR systems in Sweden, we are now implementing our Millennium products in two of the three largest regions in Sweden, Region Skåne and Västra Götaland, positively impacting over a third of the Swedish population.

The role
As Senior Director & Client Program Manager, located in Gothenburg, you will be the key leader of these programs, responsible for ensuring the investment in the programs achieves the anticipated benefits as outlined by the region. Your leadership team includes a Program Executive, an Engagement Executive, and other senior roles for each program. You will also be a part of the Nordic leadership team given the significant importance and impact of the role. You will report to the General Manager for the Nordics. The program is hugely influential on both the regional healthcare system and at a Nordics level. The success the programs will have a direct impact on future growth in the region. You will be the trusted advisor to the clients and delivery teams and be accountable for the creation of a shared governance structure with a shared vision of success, optimization of current and future roadmaps, and an overall focus on identifying outcomes and achieving value for all parties.

To be successful in the role it is crucial that you have held similar roles delivering complex full-suite implementations (Acute + Ambulatory) with a large number of internal and external stakeholders, including political interests. The successful candidate should have proven success managing programs incorporating multiple project leaders, both internal and external, and a number of organizational units with separate leadership structures (i.e., numerous hospitals, primary care centers, laboratory, and home care in the same system). This includes helping your team create and manage the end-to-end project plan in close connection with your client counterparts. You will have an understanding of organizational change management ensure best practices are used for program success. Working with the client, you will be creating a strategic plan to obtain value achievement across service lines and identify workflow and process improvements, making recommendations to both client and project leadership.

Your role will involve driving cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and propose solution enhancements, workflow efficiencies and client relationship strategies.
You will also be responsible for providing solution specific education to local hires.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care, General Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5 years of work experience in implementing the following Cerner Millennium Primary Care software solution
Completed 2 projects within the last 3 years using the Consulting Framework Methodology and/or Iterative Methodology.

As Product Mgmt/Strategy Manager-ProdDev, you will lead revenue cycle integration, workflow and technical design across all revenue cycle solutions and venues. You will influence workflow and technical decisions, articulating operational and financial impacts to client and Oracle project teams. You will participate in executive-level client discussions regarding revenue cycle expectations and opportunities for improvement. You will manage and resolve project escalations as a point of contact for revenue cycle leadership. You will lead clinically driven revenue cycle (CDRC) conversations across venues. You will consult with CIO, CFO, and revenue cycle leadership to define financial metrics, key performance indicators and reporting prior to conversion. You will participate in legacy accounts receivable planning conversations and decisions. You will contribute to continuous process improvement opportunities within the Revenue Cycle Architect community.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent relevant work experience
Plus 4 years completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:
At least 2 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
