Gruppchef och Delivery Lead – Power & Electrical Engineering

Vi söker nu driven ledare med erfarenhet av elkraft och/eller elektronikutveckling.

I den delade rollen “Gruppchef och Delivery Lead – Power & Electrical Engineering” får du möjlighet att jobba både med ledarskap och personal samt med teknikinnehåll och teknikleveranser.

Gruppen Power & Electrical Engineering ingår i avdelningen Software & Electrical Engineering. Utöver elingenjörer återfinns även ingenjörer inom disciplinerna embedded- och automation software i teamet. Totalt består gruppen idag av 15 ingenjörer, varav 4 tillhör Power & Electrical Engineering.  Gruppen ansvarar för utveckling av el-hårdvaran till kontrollsystemet som används för styrning och övervakning av individuella TES.POD samt för integrationen av flera TES.POD i en större energipark.

Din roll

För att lyckas som i denna roll behöver du vara väl insatt i vilka utmaningar dina medarbetare står inför i utvecklingen av både produkten och företaget, samt aktivt bidra till att utveckla verksamheten.

- Du leder gruppens verksamhet inklusive kvalitetssäkrade tekniska leveranser, övergripande tidplaner, budgetansvar, personal och kompetensutveckling.
- Du skapar förutsättningar för ett utvecklande och positivt arbetsklimat där medarbetare får möjlighet att utföra sina uppdrag på bästa sätt.
- Du säkerställer en god arbetsmiljö och tillser att arbetet sker inom gällande lagar och regler.
- Du bidrar aktivt till Azelios utveckling, avdelningens och gruppens strategiska planering, målformuleringar, uppföljning och framtagande av processer mm.

 

Vem är du?

Du har arbetat som ledare i en produktutvecklande verksamhet under några års tid, med god dokumenterad ledarförmåga. Du har förmågan att motivera, skapa teamkänsla och arbetsglädje där varje medarbetare trivs och känner sig sedd.

Du är ingenjör med universitets- eller högskoleutbildning eller har motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet inom produktutveckling av komplexa produkter. Du har tidigare arbetat med utveckling av elsystem, samt har erfarenhet av hela produktionskedjan fram till en industrialiserad produkt.

Som person har du lätt för att skapa kontakt och bygga relationer både internt och externt. Du gillar att jobba i en snabbt föränderlig miljö, har en positiv attityd och ett lösningsfokuserat synsätt. Du agerar på eget initiativ och får saker att hända. Du har en förmåga att inspirera andra och drivs av att skapa engagemang. Du har lätt för att organisera och planera, samt att driva fram leveranser mot överenskomna mål.

Du har allmänt goda IT-kunskaper, MS Office är en självklarhet. Du har erfarenhet av elkraft och/eller el-konstruktion. Har du kunskap inom certifiering och elsäkerhetsansvar är det meriterande. Du har god kommunikativ förmåga i tal och skrift i såväl svenska som engelska.

Största delen av utvecklings- och testarbetet för gruppen görs i Åmål, regelbunden närvaro på plats i Åmål är en förutsättning. Resor i Sverige och internationellt ingår i tjänsten.

Din roll

- Ansvara för stödsystem som exempelvis CBI

Vem är du

- Minst 3–5 års arbetslivserfarenhet
- Högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi eller teknik
- Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel
- Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga i tal och skrift i såväl svenska som engelska

Erfarenhet från internationella projekt är meriterande. Arbetet är självständigt, din egen initiativ­förmåga och noggrannhet är av mycket stor vikt. Vi ser gärna att du har arbetslivserfarenhet som inköps- eller projektcontroller.

Sektionen Mechanical Engineering

Sektionen Mechanical Engineering ansvarar för produktutveckling av TES – Thermal Energy Storage – hjärtat i det unika energilagringskonceptet och Stirlingmotorn, POD – Power On Demand. TES ger oss möjlighet att lagra energi och leverera till Stirlingmotorn under dygnets mörka timmar. Vi befinner oss nu mitt i den spännande produktutvecklingen, samtidigt som vi utvecklar vårt företag för volymproduktion.

Som Delivery Leader för Mechanical Engineering har du det övergripande ansvaret för att koordinera och leda de tre teamen framåt. Idag består sektionen av grupperna TES – Energy Transfer, TES – Store samt POD – Convert. Vi är totalt cirka 20 medarbetare i sektionen.

Vi ser framför oss en fortsatt resa där vi går från huvudsakligen ett stort projekt till en produktionsstart för volymproduktion som medför olika Product Maintenance uppdrag samt flera nya projekt som bygger på vår lanserade produkt. I den här processen fortsätter organisation och arbetssätt att utvecklas steg för steg.

Din roll

För att lyckas som Delivery Leader behöver du vara väl insatt i vilka utmaningar dina grupper står inför i utvecklingen av både projekt och företag samt hur du kan bidra och utveckla verksamheten.

- Du leder hela sektionens verksamhet inklusive kvalitetssäkrade tekniska leveranser, budgetansvar, personal och kompetensutveckling
- Tillsammans med Chef El/SW samordnar du helheten av Engineerings leveranser i form av till exempel releaser, artikelhantering, packningsledning, Change Management samt tekniskt ägandeskap över tid
- Du ansvarar för att sätta strategier kring verksamheten, fortsätta att vidareutveckla organisation, arbetssätt och processer för att möta nuvarande och framtida behov. Du överför strategier till mål som du tillsammans med sektionen driver igenom
- Du skapar fungerande samarbete både inom och mellan sektionen och andra interna/externa samarbetsparter
- Du ingår i Developments ledningsgrupp och rapporterar till VP Development

Vår produktutveckling sker i Göteborg och Åmål och dina medarbetare är positionerade på båda orter, regelbunden närvaro på plats i Åmål är därmed en förutsättning i din roll.

Vem är du?

För den här rollen söker vi dig som

- Är senior ingenjör med högskoleutbildning, BSc/MSc
- Har god erfarenhet av nyutveckling av komplexa produkter i volymproduktion
- Har erfarenhet av hela produktionsutvecklingskedjan från koncept till industrialiserad produkt
- Är en erfaren ledare inom produktutveckling och projektledning. Du har erfarenhet av att utreda och leda frågor om tekniska strategier, kvalitets- och leverantörsfrågor samt utveckling av verksamhet
- Har erfarenhet av att leda tvärfunktionella team och att utveckla arbetssätt och metoder
- Har god kommunikativ förmåga i både tal och skrift, på såväl svenska som engelska
- Har erfarenhet av något PDM/PLM system

Vem är du

Du har en högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi och har arbetat med olika delar inom ekonomi, erfarenhet av bokslutsarbete, deklarationer och löpande redovisning. Du har god erfarenhet av konsolidering och har du kunskap inom IFRS 15 och 16 är det fördelaktigt. 

Vårt affärssystem är Monitor G5. Du behärskar Excel och MS Office väl och besitter allmänt goda IT-kunskaper. Du har god kommunikativ förmåga i tal och skrift på såväl svenska som engelska.

Som person är du ansvarsfull, strukturerad och noggrann. Du uppskattar även flexibilitet då arbetsuppgifter kan variera från dag till dag. Var med på vår resa framåt och bidra till att utveckla arbetet inom Supply Chain Management! Vi ansvarar för Planning & Logistics, Product Procurement, Supplier Quality, Cost Management och Strategic Sourcing.

Product Procurement & Supplier Quality ansvarar för Projektinköp, operativt inköp samt leverantörskvalitet och vår utmaning framåt är att förstärka och utveckla samarbetet mellan Supply Chain och de olika utvecklingsavdelningarna, samt de projekt vi bedriver tillsammans med övriga funktioner i Supply Chain organisationen. Vi är idag fyra Projektinköpare/Operativa inköpare och fem SQE och är placerade i både Åmål, Göteborg och Uddevalla.

För att ytterligare öka vår kapacitet inom området söker vi nu en ny kollega som vill ansluta sig till oss som Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE).

Din roll

Som SQE arbetar du i nära samarbete med våra leverantörer. Du säkerställer leverantörens kvalitetsutveckling, inledningsvis i produktutvecklingsprojekten men i framtiden innefattar det serieproduktion. Vidare utför du gransknings- och kvalificeringsprocesser för potentiella nya leverantörer, fram till slutligt godkännande. Du driver och följer upp leverantörsavvikelser.

Vi kvalitetssäkrar nya och ändrade komponenter med hjälp av PPAP, vi utför audits och run&rate; (tester) i samarbete med våra leverantörer på plats. Du deltar internt i utvecklingen av SQ-relaterade rutiner, operativa instruktioner och rapporteringssystem.

Vem är du

Känsla för detaljer, en positiv attityd och ett lösningsfokuserat synsätt är en självklarhet för dig. Vi arbetar tvärfunktionellt i verksamheten, att kunna se helheten i flödet är viktigt. Du har lätt för att skapa kontakt och bygga relationer internt och externt.

Du har arbetat minst två år inom till exempel kvalitetssäkring, konstruktion/utveckling eller produktion. Det är en fördel om du tidigare arbetat med PPAP, APQP eller liknande, eller har intresse av att lära dig.
Kanske har du erfarenhet av Lean, ISO eller revisioner, Six Sigma är meriterande.

Du har mycket god kommunikativ förmåga i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska samt goda datorkunskaper i MS Office, framför allt Excel, kunskaper i Monitor är en fördel. Resor i Sverige och internationellt ingår i tjänsten.

Azelio är nu i en ny fas, där vår första produkt går mot serieproduktion samtidigt som vi bedriver flera nya projekt som bygger på vår lanserade produkt. I gruppen Store är vi tolv ingenjörer som är placerade på Lindholmsplatsen i Göteborg. Vi både konstruerar nya lösningar och sluttestar dagens produkt, så hos oss är du med hela vägen från tomt papper till färdig produkt.

Din roll

Du ansvarar för att leda teknikutvecklingen i delsystemet Body där ramen, inkapslingen och isoleringen av vårt termiska lager ingår. Du driver komponenterna mot serieproduktion genom de olika utvecklingsfaserna tillsammans med teamets konstruktörer.

- Leda och fördela arbetet för de konstruktions-/utvecklingsresurser som ingår i modulen och vid behov själv aktivt delta i konstruktionsarbetet
- Bidra till bästa konstruktionslösningar för att säkerställa balanserad kravuppfyllnad för modulen
- Driva samarbetet med det tvärfunktionella modulteamet – Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, CAE, Verifiering
- Delta som projektmedlem i tvärfunktionella team, i första hand inom delprojektet för att avrapportera utvecklingens framfart, eventuella risker samt kravuppfyllnad
- Skapa tidplan för modulens komponenter/leveranser

Vem är du

Vi ser gärna att du har arbetat med produktutveckling för kvalitetssäkrad volymproduktion och/eller mekanikkonstruktion. Det är dessutom meriterande om du har kunskap av konstruktioner i högtemperaturapplikationer, svetsade konstruktioner och korrosion.

Du har tidigare drivit teknikutveckling i projekt och ansvarat för att utreda frågor kring kravbild, funktion, kostnad, verifierings-/valideringskrav, tillverkningsprocesser och montering. Har du erfarenhet av att leda leverantörsutvecklade komponenter är det en fördel.

Vi tror att du har högskoleutbildning med inriktning mot maskinkonstruktion eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. Vi konstruerar i Inventor och använder Vault som PDM-system, kunskaper i dessa eller motsvarande program är fördelaktigt. Du har god kommunikativ förmåga i tal och skrift på såväl svenska som engelska.

Som person är du nyfiken och ambitiös. Ansvarstagande och noggrannhet är en självklarhet för dig, du driver dina uppgifter på ett effektivt och strukturerat sätt och är lösningsorienterad. Vi söker en mjukvaruutvecklare till den nystartade gruppen Control Systems, som är en del av sektionen Electrical Engineering & Software.

Gruppen Control Systems består 12 ingenjörer som ansvarar för utvecklingen av mjukvaran till kontrollsystemet som används för styrning och övervakning av TES.POD.

Din roll

Som mjukvaruutvecklare ansvarar du för framtagandet av mjukvara till vårt kontrollsystem tillsammans med dina kollegor inom gruppen. Du deltar i projektets alla faser och jobbar med allt från specifikationer till implementation och testning. I rollen stöttar du även våra avdelningar Test och Service, vid till exempel idrifttagningar och testkörningar.

I arbetsuppgifterna ingår bland annat:

- Bryta ner övergripande systemkrav och omvandla dem till relevanta funktions- och mjukvarukrav
- Framtagande av nödvändiga specifikationer, såsom krav-, funktion- och testspecifikationer
- Implementera designen med lämpligt programmeringsspråk för våra olika plattformar
- Säkerställa att design uppfyller nödvändiga lagar och standarder
- Delta i FMEA och riskanalyser på subsystem och modulnivå
- Specificera och genomföra relevant testning och verifiering

Största delen av utvecklings- och testarbetet för gruppen görs i Åmål, regelbunden närvaro på plats i Åmål är en förutsättning.

Vem är du?

Vi ser gärna att du har en högskoleutbildning med inriktning mot elektro/data eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet av mjukvaruvaruutveckling. Du har god kunskap kring de metoder och processer som används både inom design och implementation, men även de som används i test- och verifieringsfaserna. Erfarenhet av specificering och utveckling av mjukvara för inbyggda system är en fördel (språket är C). 

Du har kunskap men framför allt en vilja att lära dig mer inom C++, Java, Python, Enterprise Architect, git, Jira, Jenkins, Unit tests och Hardware In the Loop (HIL). Du har god kommunikativ förmåga i tal och skrift på såväl svenska som engelska.

Som person har du lätt för att skapa kontakt och bygga relationer både internt och externt. Du älskar problemlösning och har en stark analytisk förmåga. Du är välstrukturerad och noggrann. Vem är du?

- Ditt expertområde är Embedded utveckling i Bitbucket/Jira miljö
- Du har god kunskap kring de metoder och processer som används inom design, implementation och verifiering

- Analysera testresultat tillsammans med konstruktörer och materialexperter
- Följa upp pågående intern och extern verifiering och tillse framdrivning enligt plan
- Säkerställa att identifierade verifieringsaktiviteter från FMEA och/eller riskanalys inkluderas i verifieringsplanen
- Säkerställa att koppling mellan verifiering och krav finns dokumenterad och att verifieringsplanen är uppdaterad

Vem är du

Vi tror att du har tidigare erfarenhet från testverksamhet, men några år inom produktutveckling och/eller mekanikkonstruktion väger också tungt. Det är dessutom mycket meriterande om du har kunskap av konstruktioner i högtemperaturapplikationer.

Du har erfarenhet av produktutveckling för kvalitetssäkrad volymproduktion. Du har tidigare drivit teknikutveckling i projekt och ansvarat för att utreda frågor kring kravbild, funktion, kostnad, verifierings-/valideringskrav, tillverkningsprocesser och montering. Har du erfarenhet av att leda leverantörsutvecklade komponenter är det en fördel.

As a Commissioning and Start-up Specialist you will be involved in developing systems and methods, planning and executing of related work activities, documenting and handing over systems. You will work closely with the Azelio Product Delivery team, clients, local partners and sub-contractors.

Your position

You will be responsible for commissioning and start-up of Azelio Products at foreign sites worldwide.

- Planning, co-ordination and safe execution of Azelio work scope
- Client communications related to commissioning and start-up
- Ensure relevant documentation is in place prior start of work on new site
- Set-up and commissioning of Electrical Installations, Communication Systems, Control Systems and Power Electronics
- Typical activities related to start of system; running start-up sequences according to check lists, verify different operational modes, communication with client Energy Management System (EMS) and remote monitoring
- Documentation, follow-up and reporting
- Transfer of lessons learned back to organisation

You will also be an integral part in the strive of making Azelio a world class organisation and preferred supplier within the renewable energy sector.

- Ensure work is conducted in accordance with the company's quality, environment and safety system (HSEQ)
- Ensure that changes and deviations are dealt with according to company guidelines

Din roll

- Vara ytterst ansvarig för struktur och format gällande produkt BOM och releaseförfaranden för denna
- Arbeta aktivt med BOM frågor och hjälpa medarbetarna i det dagliga arbetet. Vi använder Vault som PDM system idag men håller även på att undersöka implementering av ett PLM system på sikt
- Utveckla processer och metoder kopplade till produkt BOM som en del av verksamhetsutvecklingen på företaget, du tar även fram dokumentation kopplat till detta

Vem är du?

Du har flera års arbetserfarenhet av BOM, release och configuration management i ett företag med volymproduktion. Du har arbetat inom produktutveckling och med tvärfunktionella team. Du är van vid att hantera change management.

Det krävs att du som person är mycket noggrann och strukturerad. Att se möjligheter snarare än problem är en förutsättning samt att du har lätt för att kommunicera och samarbeta.

Du är högskoleutbildad och besitter en god kommunikativ förmåga i tal och skrift i såväl svenska som engelska. Har du dessutom vana att arbeta i PDM- och/eller PLM-system, är det en stor fördel. Erfarenhet av Monitor och processutveckling är meriterande.

Vem är du

Du har arbetat flera år inom produktutveckling och konstruktion. Det är meriterande om du har kunskap av konstruktionsarbete i högtemperaturapplikationer, svetsade konstruktioner och korrosion. Även erfarenheter av att ha arbetat med funktioner och mekatronik värdesätts.

We are looking for an HSE engineer to be a driver in our work with health, safety and environment.

This is a new position in our Q/HSE group supporting all of Azelio´s organisation.

Your position

As our HSE engineer you will make sure that health and safety meets the highest standards and complies with the legislation and internal rules and routines, both within the organization but also at international installation sites. You will work in close collaboration with managers and other parts of the organization to coordinate and give support as an expert within occupational health, safety and environment.

- Be the driving force in building and developing systematic work environment and safety culture both for our internal organisation but also at international installation sites
- Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
- Monitor and interpret changes in regulations, and have contact with authorities
- Lead and participate in risk assessment
- Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
- Monitor compliance to policies, guidelines, laws, and regulations

Your profile

You have a strong interest in occupational health, safety, and environment, are curious and eager to learn and want to contribute to build good working methods and routines to support a good safety culture.

- Work experience as HSE engineer/specialist or coordinator
- Education as a HSE engineer or equal skills acquired by experience
- Knowledge of Swedish work environment legislation, environmental legislation, rules, regulations and reporting processes
- English and Swedish written and oral skills, additional language is a plus

Experience from working in an international context is beneficial for this position. You will report to Azelio Quality and HSE Director and work from Gothenburg, Uddevalla or Åmål.

Vem är du?

Du är ingenjör med universitets- eller högskoleutbildning eller har motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet inom produktutveckling av komplexa produkter. Du har tidigare arbetat med utveckling av mjukvara, samt har erfarenhet av hela produktionskedjan fram till en industrialiserad produkt.

Som person har du lätt för att skapa kontakt och bygga relationer både internt och externt. Today, we are approximately 22 persons located in Gothenburg, Uddevalla and Åmål. We are responsible for Supplier Quality, Procurement, Cost Management, Logistics and Supply Chain, and support our product development and product industrialisation.

For the start of production, we are building in a new “Capacity & Logistics” Team of initially four persons that combine Contract Manufacturing, Logistics and Demand Planning functions. This team has a crucial role in the industrialization phase of our product, and we are therefore looking for a manager that not only takes a clear leadership of the team and represents it within the Azelio organisation on all levels, but also works actively with our contract manufacturing partners.

Your challenge will be to adjust the outsourced manufacturing and logistics capacity as well as the capability of your team to a rapid ramp-up of production and sales.

 

Your position

As our Manager Contract Manufacturing and Logistics, you will lead and develop a growing team of initially about four persons to fit the rapidly changing prerequisites in terms of resources, competencies, and team diversity. You are accountable for the definition and implementation of processes and working routines (including EDI) for supply chain relevant activities, i.e., supply and demand planning; material flows, warehousing, call-offs, and transportation.

You will establish a network of contract manufacturing partners, leading the cross-functional cooperation with them and own corresponding KPIs.

- Supporting the Azelio make-buy strategy and are responsible for the development and implementation of the contract manufacturing strategy
- Accountable for developing and operating logistic and transport solutions serving our customers all over the world
- You are establishing supply and demand planning

 

Your profile

We need you who has a positive attitude, passion, and experience to drive these tasks, whilst being flexible and service minded in the day-to-day business. You are a team player with a strong drive, are committed, self-starting, and takes responsibility.

Sektionen Mechanical Engineering & CAE ansvarar för produktutveckling av Stirlingmotorn och TES – Thermal Energy Storage – hjärtat i energilagringskonceptet. TES ger oss möjlighet att lagra energi och leverera den till Stirlingmotorn även under dygnets mörka timmar. Vi befinner oss nu mitt i den spännande produktutvecklingen av det unika konceptet, samtidigt som vi utvecklar vårt företag för volymproduktion.

Azelio bedriver produktutveckling i Göteborg och i Åmål. I Åmål finns även vår testanläggning. Som sektionschef för Mechanical Engineering & CAE har du det övergripande ansvaret för att koordinera och leda de tre teamen framåt. För att lyckas som sektionschef behöver du vara väl insatt i vilka utmaningar dina grupper står inför i utvecklingen av både projekt och företag samt hur du kan bidra och utveckla verksamheten.

- Du leder hela sektionens verksamhet inklusive kvalitetssäkrade tekniska leveranser, budgetansvar, personal och kompetensutveckling
- Tillsammans med Chef El/SW samordnar du helheten av Engineerings leveranser i form av till exempel releaser, artikelhantering, packningsledning, Change Management, tekniskt ägandeskap över tid
- Du ansvarar för att sätta strategier kring verksamheten, fortsätta att vidareutveckla organisation, arbetssätt och processer för att möta nuvarande och framtida behov. Du överför strategier till mål som du tillsammans med sektionen driver igenom

Vem är du?

För den här rollen rollen söker vi dig som:

- Är senior ingenjör med högskoleutbildning, BSc/MSc
- Har god erfarenhet av nyutveckling av komplexa produkter i volymproduktion
- Har erfarenhet av hela produktionsutvecklingskedjan från koncept till industrialiserad produkt.

Your position

As part of the group that drives the development of new innovative technologies and future products, your main tasks will be to contribute to this work as well as evaluating and improving existing and competing technologies from a materials science perspective. To enable this, it is important to have an insight and curiosity in the areas of renewable energy systems and energy storage to develop compelling and profitable systems that meets customer energy and power requirements across the world.

 

As a materials specialist, you are the go-to person in the field of materials science for several functions in the company including design engineers, project lead and calculation/simulation. In your daily work, you will perform theoretical studies, set up tests for component verification, initialize and communicate external technical investigations, perform practical laboratory analyses and assist in the materials selection in the design and simulation work. It is expected that you assist in writing research proposals and collaborating with associated universities and research institutes. There will be elements of supervising MSc thesis works, attending conferences and writing technical papers.

 

You will work in the technical product teams to define the technical specifications, but you also perform individual materials scientific theoretical and practical studies. As member of these teams, you will assist in the implementation of technologies to the customer products.

 

Your profile

It is expected that you possess excellent knowledge within your field of expertise and also in the area of materials science. You have the ability to use your theoretical understanding into applied materials technology, communicate results both at a high level and in more detail and give recommendations to other functions in the company. Today, we are approximately 15 engineers located in Gothenburg responsible for all different CAE tasks and to support our product development. The team members are all integrated in the cross-functional project teams. We support our design teams and test facilities with simulations and often use full scale tests to verify analysis results.

Your position

- Your main responsibility will be to perform 3D modelling within fluid dynamics and heat transfer analyses
- You will be contributing in method development within the CFD area
- You will assist in the system-modelling of our complete engine and storage system
- You will be involved in our development projects and support all fluid dynamics and heat transfer related questions

Your profile

You have a MSc within fluid dynamics, heat transfer, energy systems or equivalent, and minimum 1-5 years of experience within industrial fluid dynamics. You have experience of CFD tools, like ANSYS CFX & Fluent, STAR-CCM+ or OpenFOAM. You are fluent in English and Swedish, you are a good communicator, good writing and presentation skills are needed. You have the ability to investigate, and take initiatives to complete difficult tasks.

We also value knowledge and interest in programming/scripting, Python skills. Experience in system simulation and 1D simulation are also of interest, as well as experience simulating liquid metals and alloys.

The Electrical engineering & Software team are responsible for development of power electronics, control system electronics, PLC- and embedded software and we are looking for motivated and talented colleagues! The System Engineer role is new, and a step to form a stronger team within complete product level.        

Your position

The System Engineer will work on complete product level and tightly together with the Design Lead and the new role System Control Architect. The main responsibility of the System Engineer is the ownership of system functions and the requirements for our complete product. Your tasks will include:

- Responsible for breaking down high level requirements and standards into system requirements for the complete product (requirements that can be tested and validated)

Your profile

You have knowledge of product development processes of complex systems and industrial experience of high-volume production products.

Gruppen Mechanical Engineering i Göteborg ansvarar bland annat för produktutvecklingen av TES – Thermal Energy Storage – hjärtat i energilagringskonceptet, som ger oss möjlighet att lagra energi och leverera den till Stirlingmotorn även under dygnets mörka timmar.

Vi är idag en grupp på 20 personer som arbetar med att utveckla våra protyper till en fullt industrialiserad produkt och vi söker nu ytterligare en konstruktör till teamet.

Din roll

Du kommer att jobba med en av modulerna inom TES projektet tillsammans med en eller flera konstruktörskollegor. Inom din modul kommer du och kollegorna att hantera alla delar av konstruktionsarbetet - utveckla delsystem och komponenter, ta fram kvalitetssäkrade 3D modeller och konstruktionsunderlag, säkerställa producerbarhet   - genom alla faser av produktutvecklingsprocessen. Vi jobbar i projektform i tvärfunktionella grupper så du kommer att samarbeta med kollegor från olika funktioner; inköp, CAE, produktion, provning, service bland andra.

Vem är du?

Du har ingenjörsexamen på högskolenivå, MSc eller BSc med inriktning mot maskinkonstruktion eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. Du har några års erfarenhet av att arbeta med produktutveckling av komplexa mekaniska system i högvolymsapplikationer. Du har arbetslivserfarenhet av 3D CAD, vi arbetar i Inventor.

Vi ser det som meriterande om du har erfarenhet av konstruktionsarbete i högtemperaturs­applikationer, samt kunskap om provning och livslängdstester. Du har god kommunikativ förmåga i tal och skrift i såväl svenska som engelska.

Som person är du nyfiken och ambitiös. Ansvarstagande och noggrannhet är en självklarhet för dig, du driver dina uppgifter på ett effektivt sätt. Du har ett positivt förhållningssätt till problemlösande och projektarbete. Att hjälpa dina kollegor och dela med dig av din kunskap är självklart för dig. Du vill ta chansen att tillsammans med passionerade kollegor arbeta med spännande tekniska utmaningar och medverka i utvecklingen av framtidens hållbara energilösningar.

IT-tekniker

Är du intresserad av IT och vill arbeta i ett företag inom ny teknik? Vi växer och ställer större krav på vår IT-miljö och vill nu träffa dig som gärna tar dig an rollen som IT-tekniker på vårt kontor på Lindholmen i Göteborg.

Din roll

Rollen som IT-tekniker är varierande, du arbetar dagligen både strategiskt och operativt med underhåll och utveckling av vår IT-miljö. Du ansvarar för hårdvara, mjukvara, applikationer, säkerhet och skrivare mm på vårt kontor i Göteborg.

- Du ger teknisk support till dina kollegor
- Du driver IT-relaterade frågor, uppgraderingar och installationer avseende mjukvara, analysverktyg, statistik och web-applikationer mm
- Du leder och arbetar med IT-relaterade projekt som berör ovannämnda områden
- Du analyserar problem, felsöker och identifierar brister. Du upprättar åtgärdsprogram och utför dessa. Du arbetar proaktivt och mot ständiga förbättringar och stabil drift
- Du utarbetar kravspecifikationer, samarbetar med leverantörer och upprättar avtalsförslag

I samverkan med dina kollegor i verksamheten planeras och koordineras IT-verksamheten och IT-policyer i företaget.

Vem är du

För att trivas väl i rollen är du är en person med ett positivt och lösningsorienterat förhållningssätt. Du har ett stort intresse av teknik och följer med i utvecklingen, du visar stort engagemang och har en vilja av att ge bra service.

- Du har troligen 5-10 års erfarenhet av drift, installation och underhåll av servermiljöer, gärna inom ett utvecklingsföretag
- Du har arbetat med virtuella servermiljöer, vi har idag WMware ESXi, men erfarenhet av Hyper-V och eller Citrix Xen är meriterande
- Erfarenhet av Windows och Linux, TCP/IP och VLAN
- Erfarenhet av programmering är meriterande, likaså kunskaper om Windowskluster
- Du talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska
- Körkort klass B

Som person är du nyfiken och ambitiös. Ansvarstagande och noggrannhet är en självklarhet för dig, du driver dina uppgifter på ett effektivt sätt.
