Your Crew
SME Component Engineer mission is to build upon their technical expertise to provide key contribution on all stage of product and project development. Involved in complex project on mutiple tasks and providing guidance in their relevant field. You will act as a core team member in projects with support from Project Lead Buyer and ensures the well execution of task in line with stakeholder requirements. The SME Component Engineer conducts parts incoming inspections and supports on site EEE parts failure investigations and analysis.

Your Crew

The engineering department in Gothenburg consists of around 60 employees plus consultants, working across several areas of expertise within electronics development. The System and Verification section includes chief engineers, system engineers, and verification engineers, and holds overall responsibility for the design and verification of our digital products, such as onboard computers and interface units. The section plays a central role in our projects, both in customer projects and internal product development, and is responsible for technical communication with our customers.

Your Mission


As an Electronics System Engineer you will provide system engineering expertise and service for electronics hardware systems, embedded processing systems and platform & payload solutions to development projects as well as series production programs in the satellite electronic solutions domain.
You will be responsible for the development of satellite onboard electronics systems, such as onboard computers and remote terminal units as well as ground electronics products on a system-/architectural-level.

The position includes, among other things:
Taking technical responsibility for major projects and solving difficult and often complex problems.
Owning the technical content of the work and having budget and schedule responsibility to complete tasks assigned through projects or internal developments.
Participating periodically in the bidding team for proposals and being responsible for the technical concept description, cost estimates, and development plans, as well as contributing to make-or-buy decisions.
Supervising the breakdown of work within development teams to ensure that overall goals and deliverables are met.

Your Mission
The Director of Operations GOT is responsible for overseeing the operational sourcing of materials, product manufacturing and timely distribution to customers, ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards. This role ensures the development of manufacturing-compatible products, their seamless transfer into serial production, and the efficient, quality-assured manufacturing processes. Additionally, the Director of Operations GOT leads and develops the Operations Managers within the OPS Gothenburg Unit, integrating cross-sectional functions such as HSSE, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain Engineering and Facility Management. This position focuses on the continuous improvement of core competencies and processes in Supply Chain Management and MAIT Engineering.
· Department Management: Lead the Gothenburg Electronics Operations Unit in Gothenburg.
· KPI and Process Establishment: Establish KPIs, core competencies, and processes in Supply Chain

Accounting & Reporting, where you will oversee all accounting and reporting activities for a legal entity, such as:
• Adhering to Swedish GAAP and Swiss accounting principles.
• Optimizing accounting and reporting processes.
• Conducting month-end and year-end closings, and reporting data into the consolidation tool.
• Handling external statutory financial reporting and income taxes.
• Preparing guidelines for financial reporting, accounting requirements, and implementation.
• Serving as the primary contact for external auditors.

Your Story
• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or equal
• You have at least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, preferably in an international environment.
• It is a merit if you have worked in a manufacturing company and/or with project accounting
• You have worked in large-scale ERP system. It is a merit if you have experience of SAP.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.

Om Beyond Gravity

På Beyond Gravity i Göteborg arbetar cirka 200 personer med utveckling och tillverkning av avancerad utrustning för användning i rymden. Våra huvudsakliga produkter är datorer för bärraketer och satelliter, mikrovågselektronik för telekomsatelliter och antenner för kommunikation mellan olika satelliter samt mellan satelliter och jorden.

Vi är en del av ett globalt företag, med huvudkontor i Schweiz, och tillsammans är vi ett team av 1800 personer i 6 olika länder, som utmanar gränserna för vad som är tekniskt möjligt. Ditt Team

Ingenjörsavdelningen i Göteborg består av runt 60 anställda plus konsulter, som verkar inom ett flertal olika expertisområden inom elektronikutveckling. Sektionen för System och Verifikation består av chefsingenjörer, systemingenjörer och verifikationsingenjörer, och har det övergripande ansvaret för design och verifikation av våra digitala produkter, som omborddatorer och interfaceenheter. Ditt team har centrala roller i våra projekt, både i kundprojekt och i intern produktutveckling, och ansvarar för den tekniska kommunikationen med våra kunder.

Ditt Uppdrag

Som chef för sektionen System and Verification Engineering arbetar du nära tillsammans med övriga sektionschefer, vars team ansvarar för den detaljerade designen, såsom elektronikkonstruktion, mjukvaru och FPGA-utveckling, och mekanikkonstruktion, samt med projektledare och marknadsteam.

Du ansvarar för att fortsätta bygga upp och coacha ett högpresterande team, med fokus på att genomföra våra projekt och produktutvecklingar med gott resultat, och skapa en stark kultur av innovation och ständiga förbättringar. Ditt ansvarsområde täcker också utvecklingsprocess och arbetssätt i teamet.

Tjänsten innefattar bland annat:
Leda och utveckla ditt team, och skapa motivation, en god arbetsmiljö och en positiv laganda.
Ansvara för att sektionen har erforderliga resurser och kompetenser, och att nödvändiga resurser tillsätts i våra projekt, produktutvecklingar och tekniskt offertarbete.
Driva utvecklingen av relevanta ingenjörsprocesser och säkerställa kostnad, kvalitet och kundnöjdhet inom ditt ansvarsområde i projekten.
Bygga vidare på och utveckla samarbetet med övriga delar av organisationen, som andra ingenjörssektioner, men också produktion, projektledning och marknad.
Tillsammans med övriga chefer inom ingenjörsavdelningen säkerställa en god utveckling både av avdelningens förmåga att möta tekniska utmaningar och dess ekonomi.


Om Dig

Vi tror att du är högskoleutbildad inom ett relevant ingenjörsområde, t.ex. elektronik, mjukvara eller rymdteknik, eller har en motsvarande teknisk bakgrund, och kan uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift, både på svenska och på engelska. Du har erfarenhet från ledande roller, med intresse för ledarskap och ledarskapsutveckling, och är duktig på att coacha ditt team. Erfarenhet från rymd- eller flygindustrin, eller andra komplexa områden, samt en förståelse för relevanta ingenjörsprocesser och metoder är en fördel.

Dina personliga egenskaper är viktiga, och som ledare i vår verksamhet drivs du av att motivera medarbetarna i ditt team att växa och utmana sig själva. Din Mission
Vi söker nu en konstruktör med specialistkompetens inom kraftdesign och konstruktion av analoga kretsar. Som specialist inom kraftelektronik är du en dynamisk ingenjör med innovativt tänkande och du är motiverad att utveckla produkter för användning i rymden.
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att:
• Specificera, designa och verifiera avancerade kraft- och analoglösningar för rymdtillämpningar
• Fungera som lokal expertis inom områdena analog- och kraftdesign
• Samarbeta aktivt med andra avdelningar för att säkerställa bästa möjliga avvägningar när det gäller komponentval, design för tillverkning och design för test

Vårt projektledningsteam i Göteborg består av 20 drivna specialister – projektledare, koordinatorer och assistenter – som tillsammans navigerar våra kundprojekt från start till mål. Din Story
Kandidat- eller civilingenjörsexamen i teknik alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.

Accounting & Reporting, where you will oversee all accounting and reporting activities for a legal entity, such as:
• Adhering to Swedish GAAP and Swiss accounting principles.
• Optimizing accounting and reporting processes.
• Conducting month-end and year-end closings, and reporting data into the consolidation tool.
• Handling external statutory financial reporting and income taxes.
• Preparing guidelines for financial reporting, accounting requirements, and implementation.
• Serving as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Ensuring compliance with Internal Control and enhancing processes as needed.
• Performing ad-hoc analysis and managing special projects.
• Supporting business units with accounting matters.
• Acting as the key user for ERP system.
Your Story
• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or equal
• You have at least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, preferably in an international environment.
• It is a merit if you have worked in a manufacturing company and/or with project accounting
• You have worked in large-scale ERP system. It is a merit if you have experience of SAP.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
• You have strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills to identify and correct issues.

Ditt Mission
Att bedriva signalspaning från rymden för att upptäcka olika typer av aktiviteter är ett framväxande område. Beyond Gravity har stor erfarenhet av olika typer av radio- och mikrovågsutrustning på satelliter, och vi vill utöka vår portfölj inom detta område till att även omfatta mer komplexa signalspaningsapplikationer. Vi söker därför studenter som vill göra sitt examensarbete inom ett (eller en kombination) av ett antal olika områden.
• Aktiv fasstyrd antenn för signalspaningsapplikationer.
• Koncept för signalspaningsnyttolast ombord på satelliter – från radiofrekvens (RF) till digital signalbehandling.
• Signalbehandlingskoncept för satellitbaserade signalspaningsapplikationer – från algoritmer till mjukvara.
• AI/ML för satellitsignalspaningsapplikationer.
• Affärsmodeller för signalspaningsdata – hur man kan omvandla data till pengar.
• Kartläggning av radiospektrum för signalspaning – applikationer och värde.
• Distribuerad signalspaningsantenn – genomförbart eller bara galet.
• Definitioner av signalspaningsdataprodukter – vad ska vi sälja – rådata, bearbetade data, sammanslagen eller handlingsbar data, eller en underrättelserapport.
Arbetet är ett examensarbete för en civilingenjörsutbildning på 30 högskolepoäng och pågår i 20 veckor för en eller två studenter. Vi önskar påbörja projektet i januari 2025.

• Läser en master inom ett lämpligt område beroende på vald uppgift, exempelvis elektroteknik, signaler och signalbeghandling, eller datavetenskap

Vem du är

Ytterligare erfarenhet (inte ett krav, men är meriterande)
Har du arbetat i affärssystemet IFS? I så fall är det en fördel men inte ett krav. Har du även god erfarenhet av Excel? Eftersom detta också är en fördel kan detta ge dig ett försprång i rekryteringsprocessen.

About the team
The Project Management department is a team of around 20 people, including project managers, project assistants, and managers. We are responsible for driving and coordinating customer projects and programs across several product areas: Computers & Data Handling, Navigation & Signal Processing, Antennas, and Microwave. We work in an international environment, closely with our customers, and we also collaborate with other Beyond Gravity-sites in Europe and the USA. About the position
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the implementation of customer projects throughout the entire process, from ordering to delivery. You lead the project team internally and are responsible for the project's finances, planning, and risk management to ensure that agreed-upon deliveries are completed on time and to the right quality. In your role, you represent the company to international customers and subcontractors associated with the projects you lead. Your closest colleagues in the project management department are a team of experienced project managers. In your daily work, you work closely with other colleagues in the project teams from the Sales, Development, and Production departments. Business trips mainly abroad may occur.

About you
We see that you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience. You have previous experience in project/program management and/or are certificated in that area, as well as experience in project implementation in an international environment. Experience of Customer Management is an advantage.
Your personal qualities are of great importance and to be successful in this role we believe you are a strong motivator with a high energy level and a "can-do" attitude. You have previous leadership experience from a manager role or indirect leadership experience, for example through project management. In a natural way you get people with you, and you appreciate developing close collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth internal processes. You are structured, brilliant at coordinating, and good at prioritizing in a complex environment. We also believe you are an entrepreneur with a commercial mindset.

At Beyond Gravity in Gothenburg, approximately 200 people are working on the development and manufacturing of advanced equipment for use in space.
