About you and the value you bring
We are looking for you who want to join the Dubb & Co team as our Head of Operations! You will be based at our HQ in Gothenburg and work as a sidekick to our CEO.


This newly created role would be perfect for you who are experienced in working in the restaurant business and want to take the next step into senior management. You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for opening up new restaurants, incl. recruitment, training employees, and quality checks of food and service.


Your responsibilities:
Restaurant operation - setting up new restaurants, recruitment, and restaurant management.
Customer experience and service - Training, development, and quality assurance.
Cooking and delivery - Quality assurance of high volumes of gourmet fast food. Quickly and efficiently to the highest possible standard.
Kitchen management - Assisting our restaurant managers with scheduling and staffing, routines for overall food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene standards as well as stock ordering and logistics to ensure the kitchens are always fully stocked.

Responsibilities:
– Food processing - Manage our production facility making Dumpling. We take pride in our kitchens and use state-of-the-art equipment. Our standards are high and our ingredients are of the highest quality.
– Food ordering - Order, plan, and maintaine the ingredients needed for the food making
– Maintaining facility cleanliness and hygiene standards.
