Job Description
The Project Manager – Consulting, is responsible for leading, managing and steering IFS projects.
An IFS Project Manager – Consulting is acting on behalf of IFS as a focal point of expertise to ensure the Value Realization to the customer and Revenue Generation to IFS.

Associate Project Manager – Consulting Accountabilities

We are looking for a Director Program Manager to join our Infrastructure group within Platform area in IFS R&D.
At the Infrastructure group, we design, create and maintain the infrastructure, along with fundamental functionality like authentication, installation, deployment and observability. The teams operate within the Cloud Native space and work according to DevOps principles. As Director Program Manager, you will have the responsibility to ensure execution and delivery of items on our roadmap for the whole Infrastructure group and to drive continuous improvements, and be a central part of our Cloud Native journey. The infrastructure group today consists of four teams.
The Infrastructure group's responible areas are critical for the product that we develop, so you will work with many stakeholders across the R&D organization and externally. In this position you will be part of the IFS Nordics Architect Services team and have colleagues across Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. This opportunity is a full-time permanent position reporting to a Senior Principal Solution Architect in Denmark. The office site is Gothenburg.
You will be responsible for leading all aspects of the solution, working closely with the IFS implementation team, as well as advising and guiding the customer project team. In practise this means:
Taking the lead in delivering the IFS solution, maintaining clear communication on all aspects of the solution with the customer project and management team.
Working closely with IFS’ Project Managers while coordinating and delegating work within the project team.
Applying your industry knowledge and experience in complex, multi-phase IT projects.
Articulating product direction and the potential value it could bring to our customers.
Maintaining the focus on ensuring we deliver value to the customer.



Qualifications


As a Solution Architect you will play a key role in delivering value to our customers. Great communication skills and a proactive approach to working with the customer and colleagues from IFS and partners are essential and the following elements will enable you to be successful in this role. We hope that you
are an expert in at least one of the following processes: Supply Chain Management, Sales or Logistics.
are experienced in leading a team and delivering solutions.
have work experience in one or more ERP systems and/or in complex IT implementations.
have advanced communication and presentation skills.
have a degree which supports your role in this job.

In addition to those:
Fluency in English is a must. Fluent Danish, Swedish and/or Norwegian is a huge plus.
We will require that you either hold a citizenship to Sweden or have a permanent work visa.
Commercial focus, consultative mindset, good interpersonal skills, a will to learn and develop and a “can-do” attitude form a solid base for you career at IFS.

As a User Education Specialist, you contribute to IFS Aurena - user experience for the most recent IFS products including framework and a suite of business applications. In the UX product group you will mainly contribute to information architecture, UX writing and design communications.
This includes
· identifying key areas of enhancement and improvement in information architecture designs;
· structuring data from a user’s perspective (as opposed to the system, or technical, perspective);
· working with information architecture for multiple information platforms that UX group is using;
· working with UX writing;
· designing prototypes for informational architecture flows and experience;
· generating technical and user education content from development notes, business requirements and analysis of support cases;
· being part of creating and improving the design guidelines and principles;
· working with other team members on UX tasks;
· updating team members on information architecture design principles and developments;
· promoting design thinking on the corporate level.

Qualifications


You are a language wizard with great command of English language who also poses a high degree of technical understanding, ability to understand complex systems, and several years of experience in the field. We look for somebody with ability to bridge users and content by superb writing and navigation design.
You have used collaborative interface design tools are aware of current trends in verbal communication and have an understanding of design principles (e.g. info hierarchy, layout, etc).

The Regional Services Sales Support Director is the leader of our Client Services Partners and Specialists in a specific Region. They are responsible for contributing to the global strategy, in partnership with the Global Services Sales Support Director, ensuring that an approach based on global consistency resonates at regional and local level.

As a Customer Success Engagement manager you will be responsible for a number of customers where you together with your colleagues and the customer will work on a joint plan to reach success.
You will also be working in The Customer Engagement Office, this is a newly established function within the Nordics Customer Success organization responsible for internal administrative activities needed throughout the customers life cycle.
The team you will join is a team of 9 persons. It is a team with high sense of customer service and a strong team spirit.
You will play a key role in establishing the Customer Success Engagement role.
These will be some of your responsibilities:
Act as customer success manager for about 10 customers where you will be responsible for planning and coordination of the customer service requests. Make sure we deliver according to contract and that we establish a close collaboration that will help the customer gain sucess with our products and services. You need to have full control of the project scope, timepland and budget.

Qualifications


At least 3 years' experience in a customer support role and/or project manager role.
Enjoy interacting with people and helping them solve problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least Swedish. A pre if you understand Norwegian and/or Danish and/or Finish as well as you will work in the Nordic market unit.
Self-motivated and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
Structured and organised.
Experience working with an ERP system.
Preferable a bachelor degree in IT or Business Administration
If you have experience within B2B and/or SaaS it will be seen as an advantage.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
This position provides an excellent opportunity to work with high-level architecture and design, ensure robustness and maintainability and adopt new technology.

As Software Architect you will have the responsibility to interpret and analyze functional and technical requirements to ensure creation of fit-for-purpose and enterprise-grade software solutions. Business value, usability, scalability, high-availability, maintainability, security, and performance are key aspects of this role.

As a Software Architect at IFS you will be expected to:
· Define high-level architecture and design of software solutions to ensure extensibility and maintainability within and across solutions
· Communicate effectively both internally and with requirement owners and other stakeholders
· Be a real team player, share knowledge, guide and train colleagues
· Contribute to improvements in IFS products, services and processes.

To be successful
To be a successful Software Architect at IFS your mindset will be the key factor, and to get even further we would like you to have a relevant academic degree (M.Sc. or B.Sc.), preferably in software engineering. We believe you have at least 5 years of experience in software engineering or systems engineering working with complex systems.

We are looking for someone with outstanding knowledge and experience about architecture and technologies and are a skilled system or software engineer. We think that your area of expertise is Kubernetes and that you also have knowledge about CI/CD, automation and monitoring. Preferably you have practical experience of complex Kubernetes environments and it is a merit if you actively engaged in the CNCF community.

In addition, you need to have good skills and understanding within the following areas:
· Git
· Multiple programming and scripting language experience
· At least one cloud platform
· Docker

If you also have experience of agile development methodology, then you are the perfect match!
