The Regional Services Sales Support Director is the leader of our Client Services Partners and Specialists in a specific Region. The Solution Architect – is responsible for leading all aspects of the solution, working closely with the IFS implementation team, as well as using their industry and implementation experience to advise and guide the customer project team.

Apply knowledge and experience in complex, multi-phase projects
Take the lead in delivering the IFS solution, maintain clear communication on all aspects of the solution with the customer project and management team.

Qualifications
Must have:

Experience in working with CRM as a consultant, at an end customer or other software supplier, with some 3+ years’ experience.
In-depth knowledge of the processes in the CRM
Commercial focus, business acumen, and a “can-do” attitude.
Fluency in English as well as another Nordic language.
Experience of working in IT-projects; leading workshops, writing specifications, configuring applications, conducting training, documentation, etc.
