Responsibilities We are now looking for an experienced BSW Engineer to join the team on our exciting journey! Here you will design and develop complex platform software for powertrain electronic control units, all the way from prototype to production.
Tasks will include:

The Role;

The Software Quality Assurance Manager will have the responsibility for the Quality of all Workproducts for all vehicle application projects, platform Projects or Advanced Engineering projects. The role will ensure that project activities align with the development processes and are compliant to the ASPICE standard. The Software Quality Assurance Manager will own the Development Process and lead the quality work across engineering teams in Sweden and China and be the SQA project representative in customer interaction and negotiations. With internal Audits and Spot Checks the role will assure that the Customers and internal SQA Targets are met.

Responsibilities/Tasks;

As Software Quality Assurance Manager your daily work will consist of coordinating and leading internal expertise in RFI and RFQ responses regarding SQA Topics, be the subject matter expert in SQA and Process/ASPICE matters, as well as ensure InfiMotion process activities and work products comply to the Quality Assurance Goals and objectives. You will also get the opportunity to work with ensuring that process non compliances are detected and managed within the project, create, implement and sustain company quality standards, and accomplish quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures. Lastly, the role also includes developing quality assurance plans by conducting risk analyses and monitoring procedures as well as maintaining and improving software quality by completing software, company, system, and compliance audits.



Requirements to succeed in this role;

To enjoy working as a SW Quality Assurance Manager at InfiMotion, we think that you have a university degree in a related subject or equivalent experience in the area, as well as a degree in ASPICE Provisional Assessor or something comparable.

We want you to have at least 3 years’ Experience in SQA activities and process improvement. You have solid experience from development of complex, automotive embedded systems, and an understanding of electric drive systems, including sub-systems such as inverter, e-motor and transmission. We want you to have solid experience in Process Design, Management, and Improvement according to ASPICE, basic experience in automotive project management according to ASPICE, ideally in the field of Electric Drive systems as well as knowledge of ASPICE Process maintenance and improvement.

You should be confident in handling and interpreting norms and regulations and have experience in reporting out program Quality status in a professional manner to senior management and external customers.

Title: Development of a FPGA based Signal Level Hardware in the Loop Rig for Virtual Testing

Background:

InfiMotion Technology Europe is developing state of the art high performance Electric Drive Units (EDUs) including the Software. In general, an EDU is composed of an inverter, an electric machine (EM), and a transmission. Among these, the “Intelligence” lies in the Inverter/Power Electronics (P.E.) via control strategies and optimisation patterns to efficiently run the EM. Developing sophisticated controls results in robust verification and validation requirements which is a key element of the V Cycle development. We at InfiMotion are utilizing Hardware in the Loop (HiL) rigs for virtual testing and calibration and are continuing to develop our testing capabilities with state-of-the-art FPGA based signal level HiLs.

Scope:

The overall aim is to setup a FPGA based Signal level HiL and integrate an in house Inverter controller (PCB) in a closed loop testing environment.

Goals:

- Explore the current and future trends of P.E. HiL testing from literature
- Investigate FPGA technology for HiL testing - current and future direction
- Perform qualitative analysis/ comparison between processor based and FPGA based Plant model simulations on Signal level HiLs
- Investigate EM/ Inverter modelling toolchain with various suppliers supporting FPGA
- Develop FPGA targetted models for EM and Inverters
- Integration of plant models with the device under test (the PCB) on the HiL rig
- Support physical installations and documentation of HiL including I/O devices, wirings and harnesses, etc.
- Perform validation tests cordinating with the Software team to verify the control software


Prerequisites:

- Master student in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Similar
- Ability to take initiative, work independently with good communication skills
- Good knowledge of power electronics, inverters, and electric machines
- Good knowledge of modelling and simulation

The Role;

InfiMotion needs a manager to strengthen the propulsion system and electric drive team. You will work broadly together with the system and electric drive team to develop e-drive solutions and have close contact with several departments of the organization in Sweden and China, our customers as well as suppliers to ensure deliveries. You will be responsible for team budget, hiring, and salary negotiations. Further you will also develop the team and co-workers in order to make the team deliver on our exciting journey to become a global tier 1 supplier.

Requirements to succeed in this role;

- You have a Ph.D. or Master´s degree in Mechanical-, Applied Physics-, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- >5 years’ experience of powertrain development
- Experience within system engineering and/or electric drive
- Experience of customer contacts and presentations
- Professional level English language
- Cultural awareness - especially Europe and China
- Skilled in communication and networking

The Role;

We´re now looking for a an Electric Drive Hardware Engineer to join the team and be part of our exciting journey! Here you will work in a cross functional team, creating CAE models and working towards supporting software and hardware development for complete electric drive units.



This is what you will do most of the time;

- You will create CAE models to support design and evaluation of electric drive systems, optimize inverter design for the best balance between performance, efficiency, durability, and cost
- Be a part of a cross functional team developing to support software and hardware development for complete electric drive units
- Take part in Advanced Engineering projects related to electric drive
- Manage university contacts within inverter & power electronic topics (research collaborations, thesis work etc.)
- Co-operate with our colleagues in China and meet with our EU-based customers
- Take an active part in the development of the power electronics simulation methodologies required to speed up the design process

Requirements to succeed in this role;

- You have at least a Master´s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years experience with power electronic CAE, design or inverter design, preferably within automotive

You will work broadly supporting the team to develop e-drive solutions and have close contact with several departments of the organization and suppliers to ensure deliveries. You will also develop and find solutions for new products and work with the hardware and electric drive experts on the team - providing models and drawings where complexity of models will vary.

In this role you will make sure that requirements on software safety for hybrid retransmissions are developed according to applicable standards and processes. You will work closely with the System Safety Manager and System Engineers, located both in Sweden and China.

- Software safety planning as a supplement to Master Safety Plan
- Responsible to prepare safety case from software side
- Participate and do necessary steps for safety audits and assessments
- Analyse technical safety concepts and customers system design requirements
- Preparation of software safety requirements and specification

- Communicate with customers on how to meet functional safety requirements
- Supporting software architecture, architecture safety analysis and tool qualifications

Role´s mission

Now we´re looking for a Order Office Manager to join our team on this exciting journey! In this role you focus on financial management, supporting corporate operations, monitoring and planning project operations from a financial and resource point of view. This includes being in charge of spending rates in projects, how to use resources contra budget, make sure contracts are fulfilled and that the invoices reach the customers. The role also includes managing the order processes for new project requests and changed contents within the projects.

Responsibilities/Tasks

- Analyze new project requests and make sure following the formal start-up process
- Secure funding of approved projects through customer payment processes

- Secure signature of contracts, milestone approvals and payment related to funding release from customer
- Monitor and forecast resource utilization in projects vs budget
- Align Powertrain budget with global finance team
- Support Powertrain Line managers and Project managers with budget updates


Requirements to succeed in this role;

- Master’s degree in economics or engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience of financial management
- Project Management experience within engineering areas
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
