This is a temporary position of approximately 1 year.
About the role
As a Supply and Delivery coordinator you will manage incoming and outgoing goods including tests and administration in various systems. You will also perform simple fault tracing and repair of incoming goods. When needed, your colleagues at the product development department will guide and support you. In addition, you will act as an ambassador for Mentice as well as:
Receive incoming goods and perform incoming inspections and tests
Report any deviations of the incoming goods in the deviation system
Perform simple faultfinding and repair of incoming goods from suppliers
Prepare systems for deliveries, installing the correct SW and testing the complete system
Packaging for shipment to the end customer.
Administration of shipping to end customer
Inventory management in related systems

We have a great global finance team with a passion for supporting the overall business and we are now looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join the team! The position is a fulltime employment, located at our headquarters in Gothenburg, reporting to the CFO.
About the role
This role is for you who appreciate a varied and evolving environment with great opportunities to influence! You will have the main responsibility for Mentice global payroll, this includes handling the Swedish payroll system combined with a coordinating role for the international payroll partners.
You will be independently managing the payroll administration of approximately 65 employees in Sweden with tasks such as salary and holiday calculations, bonuses, commission, time- and expense management, reconciliations and year-end reports. You report pensions, insurance, AGI and other statistical data to the relevant authorities, companies and internal stakeholders.
In addition, you have the overall responsibility for about 50 employees in 9 countries whose salaries are managed by various international outsourcing partners. This includes checking the data and that the processes are correct for each country, ensure that delivery is done according to agreement and follow up on deviations, produce reports and compile statistics. Further, the payroll system is planned to be replaced and as system owner you get to contribute with your specialist expertise to create and ensure an efficient and quality-assured salary process.
Who do we think you are?
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience of advanced payroll, pension and insurance administration.
· University degree or other relevant certification/experience within advanced payroll.
· Experience from international payroll and administration.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and keep deadlines.
· Establish and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally.
· Exercise sound judgment with proven ability to function independently and resolve complex issues quickly and calmly.

About the role
As Customer Solution Specialist at Mentice you will be the first point of contact, supporting both our customers and other internal stakeholders, to help our stakeholders to fully utilize the Mentice solutions to their full potential.
You will collaborate with the Sales department to understand the customer’s needs, address their support issues and work proactively to find the best suitable solutions for our products in a positive problem-solving manner. The role includes (but not limited to):
· Product demonstrations to key prospects at roadshows
· Execute customer trainings, both comprehensive trainings during installation of new system as well refresher trainings as needed
· Continuously and proactively follow up with existing/new customers to improve, support, help and utilize our products
· Keep our CRM and support system up to date regarding customer systems, software’s and contacts
· Help customers who contact us or have sent in their system to us for support
· Act as the link between Project and customers during project rollouts

The role requires a lot of face-to-face interactions with clients and therefore travels will be necessary to be successful in this role. The Customer Solution Specialist is located at our headquarters in central Gothenburg.


Are you the one?
To be successful in this role, you have a Bachelor of Science or similar educational background within the biomedical, medical, computer science or engineering field and/or a minimum of 4 years’ experience from customer service, computer support or similar, ideally related to healthcare/MedTech within radiology or cathlab. Medical Experience is a bonus and knowledge of the interventional field is a big advantage.
Further we see that you can communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written, and easily adapt to different situations. You see solutions rather than problems and have a service minded attitude. You can quickly adapt to new priorities depending on the stakeholders need.

About the role
The overall responsibility of the Inhouse Customer Support Specialist is to be the technical anchor regarding hardware, system and applications software for the regional support team. You will be a key member of our support function, working closely with regional sales and support colleagues.
One of the two main areas within this role is the inhouse repairs/maintenance of all the variants of Mentice simulation hardware and application software, both customer and internal systems. In this role you will need to conduct troubleshooting/diagnostics on the simulator equipment and escalate necessary issues to the respective departments.
The other main area of responsibility is handling demo/customer systems going for domestic or international events. This includes preparing and test system hardware functionality and update software versions if applicable in-between events, as well as staying in close contact with the customer while handling the logistics surrounding these activities.
Further, the role also includes some administration, answering service calls and handling online tickets. We prioritize high quality combined with a sense of urgency, engagement and knowledge.
The role may include occasional international travel, estimated to 10 days per year. This is a fulltime employment reporting to the Manager of Customer Support located in Gothenburg. This position has a great opportunity to have an impact on influencing how patient treatments are improved in the future.


Required skills and experiences:
Technical understanding of electronics, mechanics, simulation hardware, IT, and computer software.
Finds challenges interesting and has a problem-solving attitude.
Proven ability to function independently and with structure.
Demonstrate ability to organize diverse types of work, shift gears quickly and adapt to changing priorities and competing deadlines.

About the role
As QAE you play an important role within our product development and maintenance. The main responsibility of the role is to maintain a consistently high-quality level of both the customer specific and standard Mentice product portfolio.
To be successful in this role and to achieve the high-quality level, hands-on testing of Mentice simulators is essential and a crucial part of our process. The QAE will be implementing and continuously improving product testing protocols for manual testing as well as automated tests and support the software development teams in building new products.

About the role

Mentice is now looking for a Project Manager to join our great multi-cultural R&D team of passionate Software Developers, Hardware Designers and Project Managers. The position is a fulltime employment, located in our HQ office in Gothenburg, reporting to the Director of Project Management, also located in Sweden.

About the role
As a Project Manager, you will help companies and hospitals develop and look at a larger picture in terms of quality assurance, value-based healthcare, patient safety, cost reduction, and their need to develop in specific areas, e.g., acute stroke or emergency trauma care.


The position as Project Manager has an important role to drive and secure delivery with high quality while coordinating company resources. This is an opportunity to help drive medical excellence through virtual reality simulation.


Included in the role (but not limited to):
· Ensure project timelines, deliverables, resource allocation and customer satisfaction
· Guide and help customers in understanding technical solutions and available options and assist Sales with commercial demos, and scoping
· Organize and perform customer reviews. Reviews take place at our offices, at customers’ sites and at hospitals and healthcare training centers
· Write and review project and product documentation and also Verify, test and quality assure the project deliverables
· Develop, implement and improve project processes and ways of working based primarily on Agile methodologies.




What we think is important to be successful in this position:
· A solid technical background with experience in Software and Hardware development, Master of Science and three years of experience of similar tasks. Documented project- and team-leading experience; preferably in an international environment.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a customer-oriented focus.
· Very good knowledge of Swedish and English; both verbal and in writing
· Knowledge of Agile methodologies, as well as a background within Healthcare, are considered as a merit.
· Ability to travel international and sometimes, when needed, work flexible hours due to time differences.

About the role
The main responsibility of the Senior Sales Manager Strategic Alliances is to manage the EMEA sales, marketing and support activities of our large strategic partners with the goal to drive the go to market activities and inspire the customer to identify and secure business opportunities. By doing so, you will be a key member of the EMEA team with a close link to our global Strategic Alliances team, improving Mentice´s market position by fostering current and future growth. You are expected to drive your own processes but also assist in internal and external activities and inspire our partner companies.
In this role, you will build new strategic business relationships and expand a partner ecosystem with imaging vendors, professional societies, and key opinion leaders. This is more than a sales role. The role requires endovascular therapy experience, strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an ability to be self-driven and self-directed. In a typical day, you will leave no stone unturned to accomplish your mission and you will not be afraid to roll-up your sleeves and get the job done; on one day you will be setting up and performing a demo at a world class healthcare institution, on another you will be managing a pilot site, while on another you will be interacting with C-level business and healthcare executives.

You have a Bachelor or higher degree, endovascular therapy experience, and a minimum of 5-year experience from one or more of the following areas: sales, marketing, business development, strategy, product management, project management, or clinical practice. You also have solid experience in the Healthcare industry with various business model including capex and SaaS solutions. Exposure to the major global medical imaging company is a definite advantage.

We are looking for someone with demonstrated success in healthcare consulting, selling solutions, developing value propositions, and working with innovators and early market adopters. Creativity, passion, enthusiasm, patience, and hunger to make a deal happen are all essential to your success. In this position, you need to be a skilled English communicator (both written and verbal) and a smart and creative negotiator, other language skills are a plus.

About the role

About the role
The Marketing Systems Administrator will have overall responsibility for administering the marketing applications utilized for running a number of key Mentice functions.
Through deep collaboration and partnership with information technology (IT), colleagues and stakeholders within and beyond Marketing, this role functions as the lead administrator in the improvement, implementation and maintenance of the CRM/CMS systems. In this role you will have a great possibility to impact Mentice business development.
This role, together with other Marketing professionals, will act as internal expert identifying, recommending, implementing continuous improvements and analytics. The role supports improvements to business processes and automations of integrated systems to, enhance end user experience and enrich the 360 view of the customer.


More specifically about the role (but not limited to):
Performing requirements analysis, process development and design, testing, validating and maintenance
A hands-on role to deliver messages across channels and support the overall communication function within Marketing.
The role is responsible to gather business needs to translate to technical terminology and requirements and to document functionality, business processes, best practices and a governance model.
The role will handle all administrative functions, creation of users, creation of campaigns in the CRM/PRMCMS, uploading of lists, creation of segments, reports and dashboards and other routine and operational tasks training and education of other end users, tracking utilization and helping to increase adoption of CRM / PRM CMS technologies.



Who do we think you are?
A general problem solver with a curious passion for improving processes and utilization of Marketing software systems.
Ability to articulate the understanding and working of the marketing systems and roll out into the organization.
To be successful, you should have minimum of three (3) year experience in a similar position in an international environment, a plus if you have experience from Medical Device Industry.

About the role
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for the development, implementation, management and execution of an effective marketing strategy and corresponding commercial plan to achieve revenue objectives. As Marketing Director, you will drive downstream execution for currently available and next generation products through digital and traditional platforms.

In this role, you will have significant interaction with the field-based salesforce and must work collaboratively to create plans and ensure that customer targeting, messaging, new product launches, clinical indication expansion, and sales tools are well executed and impactful.


More specifically about the role (but not limited to):
· Drive a comprehensive marketing strategy including customer targeting, onboarding team members, further enabling existing sales team members and launch planning.
· Execution will be through strategies related to product and indication launches, customer engagement, and conference presence.
· Develop downstream activities and execute agreed upon commercial plans in conjunction and consultation with Sales, Upstream Marketing and Learning & Development.
· Produce and drive use of impactful marketing collateral tools.
· Analyze the business to understand trends and drive recommendations to improve execution of strategic plans.
· Collect customer insights and competitive intelligence and incorporate into marketing plans.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key customers.
· Develop strong credibility with Sales, KOLs, and customers through procedural, product, and competitor/competitive therapy knowledge.
· Cooperate with other departments and ensure the effective training of the sales team.
· Ensure that all marketing activities conform to company guidelines and local laws.


Who do we think you are?
· To be successful, you should have minimum of ten (10) year experience in a similar position in an international environment, a plus if you have experience from Medical Device Industry.
· MBA in Marketing or equal qualifications/ documented experience.
· Analytical skills, Content creation, Sales & Marketing automation, Digital Advertising and SEO are core strengths to your experience.
· Experience developing and launching into new markets.
· Documented experience within MedTech or Healthcare is a plus.
· Strong team player who can incorporate input from others and can generate consensus through inclusion.
