The IT team is growing and we are adding a new support role to the team - is it you?
This role is located at our Gothenburg, Sweden office. You will be working in our IT Support Services team to provide IT support to our Definitive Healthcare community in Sweden and remote support to the organization with users based from our office in Framingham, Massachusetts in the United States and Bangalore in India in conjunction with the rest of the IT operations team and provide gold standard end user support to our user community.
With a high sense of customer service and a drive to investigate and solve technology support problems and collaborate with the IT team, you will have a visible impact on the success of the IT Support team within the organization.
What you’ll do:
Provide high quality customer support with a customer first mentality.
Responding to support requests or escalations via ticket system, performing root cause analysis and working to resolve problems or incidents.
Use advanced knowledge and troubleshooting skills to resolve technology issues with computers running Windows, Mac OS and Linux, iOS mobile devices, software applications, AV conferencing hardware.
Assisting and supporting other IT team members as needed.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes including:
System imaging
Account creation
Updating asset inventory
Taking responsibility for and working on IT projects.
Various levels of management responsibilities of hosted solutions including M365, Intune, Azure Active Directory.

Who you are:

4+ years working in an IT operations support role.
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform well in difficult or stressful situations while maintaining composure and friendliness.
Skills in the standard tools, concepts, and practices of IT technical support and incident management
Strong ability to analyze root cause and troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Knowledge of Active Directory including management, securities, permissions.
Understanding of network principals.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment, with ever changing priorities and tasks.
Understanding of concepts of ITIL or ITSM.
Experience with:
Supporting MacOS, Windows, Linux and iOS.
Scripting in either Windows, MacOS or Linux
Remote Management and Monitoring platforms
Mobile Device Management platforms.
User account management in Azure AD.
M365 administration.
Intune administration.

What you will do
You will join our stellar Engineering team where you will spend your days working towards a common goal of building a world-class product using high-end technologies. We work in small, highly cooperative, and cross-functional agile teams where everyone helps each other out. You will effectively drive new opportunities, develop and manage strong customer relationships, and grow revenue within your territory. This is a position that requires the ability to identify prospects, execute client engagement meetings, and deliver sales in an autonomous manner. Monocl, a part of Definitive Healthcare, is a rapidly growing SaaS business focused on life sciences and healthcare. We are now looking to add a driven Product Manager to our team. As an Associate Product Manager you will have an opportunity to work with our SaaS platform that is transforming an industry!
What You’ll do
In this entry level position, you will work with the data team, Sr. Product Manager, and VP Monocl Platform to identify, research, and manage the inclusion of new and existing life sciences related data sources in to the Monocl Platform. You will keep a keen ear to the life sciences market, and in particular to the Medical Affairs department needs, study the competitive landscape, and work closely with key customers to help us define the roadmap, plan out new data sources, and collaborate with the teams to discover great solutions. Monocl Products are focused on the Medical Affairs function and processes within the Bio Medical and Pharmaceutical market and prior experience in this market will be needed.
You will work closely with customers, sales, customer success, and engineering to identify our data needs and develop plans to include them. You will research data sources such as publication databases, medical claims data, news sources, and even social media channels, describe the needed capabilities, and write good epics and user stories. You will also work hand in hand with marketing in positioning the products and support sales.
Who you are
You are the type of person that can go broad and deep; think strategically, organize information, care about details, and effectively communicate with our Engineering and Design team in Sweden. You have excellent communication skills in writing and solve problems to make efforts move forward. You also have some of the following experiences
A biology, medical, healthcare, or bio/chem/medical engineering education.
Experience in the Healthcare, Life Sciences or Medical Instrument/Device industries. Even better, if in Medical Affairs, the Field Sales or Field Medical groups.
Experience with life sciences data systems, hospital systems or various data sources used in Pharma such as scientific publication systems, clinical trials registries, grant databases etc.
