Krav för tjänsten:
Erfarenhet av strategiskt och operationellt IT-säkerhetsarbete
Generalist med övergripande förståelse förcybersäkerhetsbranschens utmaningar, teknik och processer
Du är affärsmässig och trivs med kunddialog
Du får gärna inneha någon typ av generell certifiering CISSP eller liknande
Du har vana vid (och trivs med) att hålla presentationer både på svenska och engelska
Du kan arbeta i team för att leverera anbudssvar från kunder

En viktig del av jobbet är att på ett pedagogiskt sätt kunna beskriva och förklara de risker och cyberhot som potentiellt finns inom en organisation.



Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

- Hjälpa kunden med målsättning utifrån verksamhetsförmåga och krav på regelefterlevnad samt riskaptit

Vi söker dig som är senior inom området och som vill ha en kombinerad roll där du initialt tar egna projekt inom GRC för att successivt bygga upp ett eget team. Du erbjuds en omväxlande roll och förutom dina kunder jobbar du även nära vår CSO, konsultchefer och vår säljavdelning.

Vilken typ av projekt du kommer jobba med kommer bero på din inriktning och ditt intresse men några exempel är: Riskhantering, regelefterlevnad, intern styrning och kontroll, implementation av standarder inom informationssäkerhet (ex ISO 27001, NIST), processförbättringar, GDPR, policies / riktlinjer, genomförande av audits samt workshops och utbildningar ute hos våra kunder.

- Stötta vår säljavdelning med din kompetens inom GRC.

Who are you?

Previous experience/knowledge:

- Automation and Integration are essential parts of your day-to-day work
- DevOps and DevSecOps skills are areas of great interest for us
- Good understanding of various network components and techniques, such as firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, proxies, dynamic routing (bgp/ospf), VLANs, LACP.

Phase 1 – Introduction to Orange Cyberdefense and the Splunk Academy
During your first month you will get an introduction to the company, your new role and your class. We will introduce how we work, our values and expectations but also to your senior colleagues already in the field who have gone through similar experiences as you before.

Phase 2 – Splunk Education
Shortly after the introduction have started we will begin your Splunk training. Everyone will undergo a broad fundamental baseline the teaches you the core concepts of Splunk. Afterwards you will specialize in one of the tracks that will delve deeper into the most important parts for your role.

The education will be primarily self-study with teacher support and part teacher-lead courses. This will take the form of both Splunks own virtual courses and custom tailormade courses and other material designed and lead by the very best Splunk professional in Orange Cyberdefense to add an edge you simply cannot get anywhere else!

Phase 3 – Traineeship
With brand new knowledge you will be introduced to, and gradually get to start work in, our customer deliveries. HOW WE WORK

The Security and Compliance Manager will ensure that Orange Cyberdefense Sweden achieves a sufficient level of security and compliance with relevant information security, privacy-related and other obligations imposed by laws, regulations, contracts, policies and customers. As head of security protection this involves proactively identifying and assessing the obligations, developing suitable responses and, in conjunction with other internal functions, adopting, implementing and maintaining suitable controls and reporting activities.

The Security & Compliance Manager has no direct reports, but as with all other members of the Orange Cyberdefense team, will be expected to contribute to the mentoring of others as required.



Some of the more hands on job tasks:

- Act as a specialist advisor on physical security, information security and privacy compliance matters
- Liaise with Orange Cyberdefense Group security teams and management, plus external authorities and contacts
- Assist with the drafting, review and implementation of the compliance elements of physical security, information security and privacy policies
- Prepare reports concerning compliance status and incidents
- Own the information security and privacy parts of the compliance objective; report on matters of information security & privacy to the Group CISO
- Be responsible for implementing and maintaining certification of the information security management systems ISO27001 or similar
- Implementing and maintaining sufficient physical security measures on local Swedish facilities
- Coordinate local audits and investigations in security, regulatory and compliance issues
- Perform SUA authorizations and maintain organizational security awareness through internal education programs
- Assist sales and other organization units in contracts and negotiations regarding security, privacy and regulatory compliance
- Overall, be the company go-to person for questions and guidance in physical security, information security, privacy and compliance.

To improve our service delivery towards customers, we are now looking for a Splunk Consultant for our CyberSOC. We are looking for you who have an interest in cyber security and want to develop within the area of log management/ SIEM with a focus on Splunk. In this role you get the chance to act as an advisor and expert towards international companies and create value for well-known companies through smart data driven solutions for everything from decision support to monitoring. You will be involved from design, installation, configuration to detection services and development projects.
