Din vardag
Hos oss får du arbeta som fullstack-utvecklare inom .NET och Angular. Du kommer att ingå i vårt scrumteam för att vara med att vidareutveckla och underhålla våra webbaserade applikationer. Vårt team arbetar främst inom området Business-2-Consumer med applikationer och tjänster kopplade till Schenkers ombudsverksamhet, dvs tekniska lösningar som du själv möter när du hämtar ut paket hos ditt ombud. Som utvecklare i teamet är du delaktig i att ta fram och förbättra våra lösningar för att möta marknadens behov. Vi är team som präglas av samarbete och består av personer med passion och fokus inom olika områden av mjukvaruutveckling.

Dina arbetsuppgifter och vardag kommer bestå av att:

- samarbeta med förvaltare och processägare i verksamheten vid kravnedbrytning
- arbeta med framtagande och demo av lösning
- utveckla mjukvarukomponenter i lämpligt ramverk, beslutat inom scrumteamet
- verifiera kollegors leveranser
- delta i dagliga stand-ups, backlog refinement och sprintplaneringsmöten för att tidsuppskatta inkommande uppdrag
- vara med och bidra till design av lösningar
- delta i diskussioner kring vilka tekniska lösningar som ska användas
- arbeta med både nyutveckling och underhåll av befintliga features

I den här rollen behövs vidare goda kunskaper och förståelse för utveckling av webb-API:er (RESTful). Du är bekväm med principer som Dependency Injection och modulär mjukvarudesign. Goda kunskaper i Server och T- inklusive lagrade procedurer och databasdesign är också av värde. Det är meriterande om du har ett intresse och öga för UX-design. Du behärskar svenska och engelska väl i tal och skrift.

What will you do?

IM Services, within Nouryon, is the global service delivery unit responsible for the (End-to-End) IT services provided to the businesses and functions and the end users across the globe.

As Regional Infrastructure Delivery Manager you are responsible for ensuring the provisioning of IT Infrastructure Services and a fit-for-purpose and continuous improving infrastructure in a region.
You also manage the Infrastructure services within IM Services including the delivery from suppliers.

We expect you to have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience working within IT project delivery environments, of which you have worked 3-5 years as end-responsible IT Project Manager of application related projects, preferably international. Experience with SAP and SAP related project management is also required for this position. Rollen

Din vardag

På Stena Fastigheter skapar vi nya produkter och transformerar nuvarande verksamhet till digital utveckling i syfte att kunna erbjuda mer effektiva tjänster som förbättrar människors vardag. Den här rollen är starkt bidragande till att vi lyckas med den förändringen!

I rollen som Lösningsarkitekt har du det överordnade ansvaret för att  utforma och förvalta Stena Fastigheters strategi, plan och styrande principer för IT-arkitektur, lösningsarkitektur och datalager. Du behöver därför ta fram en nulägesanalys och målarkitektur samt identifiera gap. Det innebär att du behöver få kontroll på helheten och du tar fram en tydlig ansvarsfördelning för arkitekturarbetet.
En annan del av arbetet innebär att skapa nästa generations tjänster för våra kunder och det kräver att du är med och skapar information av data som genererar kunskap och affärsvärde. Då behöver du möjliggöra insamling av data samt koppla samman system för att kunna utnyttja masterdata. Du behöver även kunna beskriva för din omgivning vart vi är på väg samtidigt som det genomförs.

Detta är en nyinrättad tjänst på Stena Fastigheter och som Lösningsarkitekt ingår du i ledningsgruppen för Digital Transformation där du ansvarar för samordning av arkitekturfrågorna. Det finns ett antal aktiviteter som vi i gruppen vill att du skall ta tag i. Det handlar om att identifiera olika dataobjekt och informationsstrukturer som behövs för vår verksamhet, att vara ”speaking partner” till vår centrala arkitekturfunktion, att tydliggöra målbilden för bolagets datalager och utveckla implementationsplan för vägen dit samt stötta utvecklingsprojekt och förändringsinitiativ i IT-arkitekturfrågor.

Utöver ledningsgruppen finns ett flertal viktiga samverkansytor. Några av dem är:
- Stena IT kompetenscenter kring IoT, Data, ML, AI
- System- och integrationsansvarig på Stena Fastigheter
- Stena IT enterprisearkitekter
- Systemleverantörer

Du ingår även i ett koncerngemensamt arkitektforum med arkitekter i övriga bolag inom Stena. Där erbjuds du möjlighet att utbyta erfarenhet och kunskap samt bidra med innehåll i ett koncerngemensamt arkitektur-ramverk.

Vem är du?

Du har en mycket god kommunikationsförmåga visuellt som muntligt, både på svenska och engelska samt en förmåga att kommunicera komplexa utmaningar till olika typer av intressenter.

YOU WILL

The Reward Leader, Nordics ensures that all compensation, benefits, pension and recognition programs enhance the organization’s ability to attract, retain and recognize employees across the Nordic region. The role requires in-depth knowledge of labor markets and practices as they relate to compensation, benefits, pension and overall reward and recognition programs.

Accountabilities

- Partner with Nordics HR and business leaders to identify, design and implement Reward solutions to help attract and retain talent
- As part of the Global Rewards, team, oversee the merit cycle across the Nordics; ensure timelines are communicated, managers understand and properly use the Success Factors module and reward decisions are aligned with performance
- Partner with HR Operations / Payroll to ensure the delivery of reward elements (base, STI, pension, etc.) comply with and conform to collective agreements; develop necessary controls and audit procedures. Provide counsel to HR Business Partners and HR Operations regarding offer packages, job evaluations and ad-hoc salary adjustments or promotions
- Partner with the Global Mobility team to ensure the accurate and timely flow of information on behalf of those on international assignment in the Nordics
- Represent the Company from a Rewards perspective with the Employers Association (Svenskt Näringsliv/IKEM) and applicable Works Councils
- Participate with the Global Rewards team on projects, key workflows and process timelines (e.g. annual merit cycle)
- With the Global Rewards team, identify external compensation market sources and help assess general market movements, structure changes and trends for the Nordics
- With HR Business Partners, prepare, analyze and present rewards-related materials for discussion and consultation with local Works Councils
- Understand general employment markets, movements and trends and advise how they impact the development and construction of Collective Level Agreements relevant for Nouryon

YOU ARE

To be successful you have a strong hands-on background in Compensation and Benefits across the Nordics and have experience in global Reward processes. You are highly analytical, are-change oriented and can manage delivery of reward programs and processes flawlessly. You build relationships and advise the organization by contributing your expertise while understanding the complexities of the broader labor market. You are able to balance business and legal requirements and contribute to ways of working and process development.

Experience

- Several years of compensation and benefits experience in a multinational employer or HR consultancy
- Expertise reviewing, analyzing and advising on Reward elements; particularly as they relate to and impact Collective Agreements and labor practices
- Detailed knowledge in compensation benchmarking, competitive survey sources and related analysis
- Experience overseeing the annual salary review, merit and incentive process
- Strong knowledge of Swedish and Nordic pension schemes, design, regulations and compliance
- Experience in job evaluation systems and maintenance of grading structurers
- In-depth background in Swedish labor markets, compensation best practices and collective agreement policies; familiar with Finnish employment markets, practices and policies
- Background in payroll a plus

Som?Engagement?Manager hos?Bright?Skills?blir du en nyckelperson för både teamet och kunden.?Du kommer att vara en operativ ledare och upprätthålla det?agila?arbetet genom?bla?dagliga?stand-ups, sprint planering samt utvärdering. Du ansvarar?för hela leveransen till kund och?kommer att?vara den som?driver teamet framåt.?Din målsättning är att bygga långsiktigt?hållbara?relationer?med kunden.?

• Delta i kravställning, tidplan?och planering? 
• Agil coach för teamet i syfte att kontinuerligt förbättra teamets leveransförmåga

• Planera och vara delaktig i utrullning, implementation, installation och utbildning? 

Vem är du?? 

Förutom en eftergymnasial utbildning i grunden, har du minst 5 års erfarenhet som projektledare, kravanalytiker, SCRUM-master?eller liknande. Du är van vid att leda?agila?team och är väl bekant med SCRUM. Du har tidigare arbetat mot större bolag och känner dig bekväm med att kommunicera på engelska i både tal och skrift.
