Tjänsten innebär att du kommer att arbeta med tillverkning av pipetter och packning av produkter för infertilitetsbehandlingar. I arbetet ingår även diskning och sterilisering av glasflaskor liksom materialhantering för produktionen. Tillverkningen sker i renrum där flera manuella moment ingår i produktionsprocessen och produktkvalitet har högsta prioritet. Du kommer att arbeta både med manuella tillverkningssteg och hantera utrustning såsom etiketteringsmaskiner.
Du kommer att ingå i ett team av 6 personer och rapporterar direkt till produktionsledaren.

This is a temporary position that will cover for a parental leave for approximately 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The planned start date is mid-September, and the placement will be at our headquarters in Gothenburg.
The position
Working as HR Partner at Vitrolife, you will be part of our HR & Sustainability team and report to HR Manager Sweden. This is a broad and dynamic role where you get the possibility to be involved in a lot of different and interesting areas of our business.
You will primarily be supporting our managers with all things connected to the lifecycle of our employees. Besides assisting managers with recruitment support, you will be responsible for more administrative tasks including creating and handling agreements, managing our HR system, updating our employee handbooks, updating HR related documentation in our quality system, statistics and reporting etc.
An important part of the role is to serve as an integral member of our local Safety Committee, keeping up with new regulations within work environment, conducting safety rounds, and ensuring compliance with e.g., labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
This position requires

The job
You will be responsible for supporting different departments (e.g. product development, process engineering, production departments, engineering department) within the organization with creative technical solutions such as prototypes, manufacturing equipment, supporting tools for production, manufacturing of spare parts, etc.
You will be part of our Product development team for disposable devices, your areas of responsibility include:
Manufacturing of prototypes for new products

Machine programming

The Process Engineering department is responsible for
Developing and implementing new production processes
Driving continuous improvements on existing processes in close collaboration with all production departments
Ensuring that existing production is compliant for all our in-house production within the Consumables business area

The job
To better meet future demands on us and our processes, both internally and externally for contract manufacturers, we are currently developing and transforming our Process Engineering department. You will be a big part of this transformation journey together with your colleagues!
The team that we are building will consist of several different competencies for example within biomedicine, biotechnique, validation, automation and mechatronic.
You will be responsible for the automation/mechatronic area within the department including:
Implement automation solutions that will drive our business and production forward. Today many of our manufacturing processes are manual and you will be a big part of this transformation.
Setting up requirements for purchasing of new equipment so that we in the future can set up a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in all our production facilities.
Testing and validating automation systems to ensure they meet quality standards and deliver the desired outcomes.
Responsible for one of our manufacturing processes and drive the work with continues improvements together with the production team.

The role
You will be responsible for creating solution based customer marketing & communication concepts with a focus on our consumable business (Media and Disposable devices). This means bundle products into solutions with right messages for right target groups and develop the right promotion mix to ensure sales growth. The role shall ensure that launch plans are commercially viable and involve and work closely with both Product Managers and Market regions. Your background
You are a structured person who likes to work in cross-cultural teams and have experience from matrix organizations. You have effective communication skills and can drive projects independently. You are familiar with creating communication briefs, work with agencies and lead projects both on a regional and global level.
University degree (B.Sc or higher) or equivalent in Communications and/or Marketing
5 years’ experience of working in a communications and/or marketing department preferably experience from a local sales company / regional marketing department which means a closer link to customers.
Experience from either working as Product Manager or close collaboration with PM team.

The position
This position is part of the interface between product development and product management in the Media Business Unit. You will collaborate with both external and internal customers to support our media and vitrification products through their life cycle. Manage the technical ownership, documentation, of a product from when it has been developed until discontinuation. All commercial aspects are managed by the Product Manager.
Write and review technical documentation. Contribute to process improvement according to our Quality Management System
Support customers via email, phone, webinars or visits to clinics
Develop training material
Support with data collection and end user feedback on products
Summarize clinical results for marketing material
Write summaries of scientific papers
Conduct internal and external IVF training both live and through digital channels
Represent clinical experience in product development projects

This position is full-time, based at the headquarter in Gothenburg and will require business travel. You will be part of a team of product managers and product developers and report into the Business Unit Media in the Consumables Division.
The position requires:
University degree in biology, chemistry or equivalent
Clinical embryology experience for at least 5 years
Experience in scientific writing
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
