Som Pre Sales Representative blir du en viktig kugge i vårtteam, där du får kombinera din energi och ambition med nya utmaningar inom B2B. Vi söker helt enkelt marknadens bästa redovisningsekonom till vårt ekonomiteam som hanterar redovisningen för hela koncernen, och som inte räds för att ta stort eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter.

Du kommer att arbeta för samtliga bolag inom koncernen (4 st) och ansvara för;

- Leverantörsreskontra

- Löpande bokföring

- Bokföring av lön och utläggshantering

As a Data Engineer at Winningtemp, you will work with many different internal stake holders, with a focus on maintaining data, creating data tools and improving internal processes within your area.
Your mission is to ensure that our data generates actionable and valuable results for the business, and ultimately our customers. You will have an important role linked to an important mission of ours; to become One Winningtemp throughout the whole organization.

Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional/ non-functional business requirements
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements; automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability
Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using and DataBricks ‘big data’ technologies
Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics
Work with internal stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
Keep our data secured and compliant across national boundaries
Create data tools for business and product team members that assist them in building and optimizing our business operations and product into an innovative industry leader

In this role you will work close to our senior Data scientist, Miroslav, someone you will have daily communication with. Miroslav has two PhDs, including one in artificial intelligence from Stockholm University. He has eight years of experience in academia - during which his research was funded by some of the most prestigious fellowships available, including the Marie-Sklodowska Currie Fellowship. Miroslav works in Stockholm, but this position is also available in Gothenburg.
Miroslav is a very appreciated colleague, dedicated and eager to share his knowledge and experience in the field, everything to make you learn as much as possible.
In this role, you will also be working close to all our different departments, meaning you will have collaboration over the whole organization.

We are now looking for a Product Designer to support our team with daily tasks related to our product. As a Product Designer at Winningtemp you’ll get to collaborate with stakeholders across the company on projects that have a direct impact on the customer experience and overall product strategy.

Winningtemp is in a mode of transformation and growth. It is critical to the business that we build sales productivity and velocity. In order to ensure success this requires ownership of tools, processes & enablement programs that will drive rapid, consistent & scalable programs (I.e., onboarding, continuing education, certification, events, etc.). So what is the role about? ????
In this role you will work to identify training needs, structure training programs, and support all aspects of launching, implementing and measuring these programs for all of our revenue stakeholders, such as sales, customer success and marketing. You will have responsibility for ensuring the success of a wide variety of training programs by managing timelines, training calendars, and logistics for these programs.

Areas of responsibility:

- Perform detailed needs assessments in coordination with the Revenue Leaders, and Operations
- Translate business needs into sales training products and programs and consistently enhance and update the training programs and products
- Prepare sales training products and programs such as classes, workshops, learning modules, and other job aids and materials for distribution to internal and external customers
- Facilitate Foundational and Advanced Training Classes - highly skilled at group facilitation and group learning exercises
- Design and implement metrics to measure training programs and products impact, effectiveness, appropriateness and utility
- Initiate collaboration and communication with all departments to ensure consistency, avoid duplications, utilise internal resources to enhance training programs and products as required.



This will role will be placed in Gothenburg but it includes travel to our Nordic offices in Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen.

You will be a part of the Global Revenue Enablement team that is lead by our Head of Global Revenue Enablement and Operations, that lives in London. Our Sales Operations Specialist is also a part of the team, and he lives in Stockholm. This is our newest team so you will be a big part of how you want to work together, and how you build a strong collaboration with other teams.

Are you the one we are looking for? ????
Since you will work closely together with our revenue leaders and their teams alongside core departmentsother people within the organization, it requires that you have high collaborating skills. You will be the one required to identify and execute the trainings, so you have high analytical skills in order to see what training needs to be done first. You have strong communication skills and the ability to get teams working with you towards a goal, with an understanding of the needs of the business that you support. You are goal oriented and like to work in a high speed organization. You are someone who constantly want to become better at what you do, therefor you have a natural curiosity in getting to know the crowd you have in front of you and strive to see how training can be leveraged to achieve company goals.

You have 3-5 years experience in sales training, sales support or sales, or similar. You are more than comfortable in holding trainings for revenue teams.
You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

En Account Manager på Winningtemp ansvarar för:

- Nyförsäljning emot potentiella kunder från start till mål
- Mötesbokning och genomförande av produktdemo
- Genomföra fysiska säljmöten och följa upp kring offerter och avtal gentemot potentiella kunder
- Hålla dig ajour med konkurrenters utbud och marknaden i övrigt
- Äga dina säljresultat och planera din tid för att kunna nå din individuella säljbudget


Kvalifikationer:

- Vi ser att du har +3 års erfarenhet av nyförsäljning. Gärna från en snabbfotad och ambitiös bransch som gjort dig van vid att jobba emot uppsatta nyckeltal
- Du kan uppvisa goda säljresultat från tidigare arbetsplatser
- Du är driven i din försäljning och är inte rädd för att gå på avslut. Med andra ord bör du gilla korta säljcycler, snabbt förstå kundens behov och därefter ge bästa möjliga lösning.
- Det är positivt om du har erfarenhet från mjukvaruföretag (SaaS) eller start-up bolag, men vi kommer lägga större vikt vid personlighet och inre driv
- Erfarenhet av att hålla presentationer och förhandla med beslutsfattande roller hos bolag (VD, HR- chef) är meriterande
- Bemästrar svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift

What You'll Do

- Handle large amounts of complex data
- Contribute to new solutions in our product that will enable our strategic goals of being the most innovative, customer focused product within our industry
- Design, perform and analyze statistical experiments on user interaction, customer engagement and for product feature development.

Who You Are

- You have technical education within areas such as statistics, mathematics, system development or similiar
- Several years experience of working as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similiar role

- Knowledge and experience of programming and experience in working with Python, Pytorch, Pandas, Sklearn, Docker, Cloud providers (preferably AWS)
- Worked with Machine Learning frameworks and libraries in one or more of the following subfields: NLP, Time Series Analysis, IRT etc.
- Comfortable in taking machine learning models all the way to production and manage strategy for deployment.

We are looking for a detail oriented and collaborative IT Security Officer to manage application security programs within the organization and communicate solutions to a global workforce.

You will lead the IT related questions within the organization as well as conduct strategic projects connected to IT security, for example ISO certification.
