Som utvecklingsledare och kravanalytiker i vårt analysteam kommer du att:
• Översätta verksamhetens behov till spårbara krav, användarresor och acceptanskriterier som sedan blir mätbara nyckeltal.

Din uppgift
Som Business Analyst (BA) / kravledare kommer du tillhöra en enhet med kravledare, testledare och projektledare inom Utveckling & Digitalisering och tillhöra kompetenscentret Krav- & Testledning.

I rollen kommer du främst agera BA/kravledare men kan ibland komma att agera i andra närliggande roller, oftast då kombinerat med BA-rollen.

Ditt team
Enheten består av ca 10 medarbetare och lika många konsulter som jobbar utspritt i olika projekt, agila team och andra uppdrag. Du kommer ingå i ett team av Krav & Testledare som tillsammans bygger upp ett kompetenscentrum runt krav och test.

Många samarbeten finns både inom enheten och utanför, tex med projektledare, arkitekter, utvecklare, verksamhetsutvecklare och affärsområdesansvariga. En dag består av både återkommande arbetsuppgifter och nya utmaningar.





Din kompetens
Vi ser att du har högskoleingenjörsexamen inom systemvetenskap, Data/IT eller likvärdigt område. Du har också några års relevant yrkeserfarenhet inom kravledning hands-on. Erfarenhet av att jobba med metoder och verktyg som till exempel kundresor, service blueprints, backlogghantering, användarberättelser och acceptanskriterier väger tungt. Likaså tekniska kunskaper inom verktyg för kravhantering.

Det är meriterande att ha jobbat med upphandlingar, arkitektur, produktutveckling, verksamhetsutveckling, processutveckling eller tjänsteutveckling. Erfarenhet eller intresse av testledning är också meriterande.

Karaktären på arbetsuppgifterna gör att det är bra om du är flexibel, kan arbeta självständigt men att du även har god samarbetsförmåga, är serviceinriktad och tar initiativ när någon uppgift behöver lösas. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Solid experience in the Automotive industry, have led projects and capable of correlating disparate datasets.

We are now looking for a Business Analyst with passion for developing the IT solutions to meet the needs in the VM area of the business going forward.
Since you are part of a global unit, with global responsibilities, you will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment.
 
Role mission & context
 
You as Business Analyst will be part of an experienced team of architects, Business analysts and solution leaders.
You will be part of handeling Group Trucks VLM solution, VM portfolio. VM portfolio handles the main systems that manages Virtual Manufacturing for the Volvo group. We have IT representation in Japan, Bangalore, Lyon, Göteborg and Greensboro.
We have started a PLM journey, shaping Volvo’s new way of working within the PLM/VM area. We are facing a very challenging and exciting period as we are about to create the future IT environment in this area.

Brottssamordning Region Väst
Brottssamordning innefattar två processer - operativ brottsanalys och forensisk analys. Huvudinriktningen för arbetet med brottssamordning ska vara mobil organiserad brottslighet som rör sig över stora geografiska områden.
Inom brottssamordningsgruppen finns funktioner inom godsspaning, internationell operativ handläggare, utredning, operativ analys, forensisk analys och fu-ledning.
Vi arbetar med systematiska analyser av brottsligheten för att identifiera tillvägagångssätt, jämföra spår från brottsplatser. Syfte är att undersöka om det finns gemensamma faktorer som kan tyda på seriebrottslighet. Vi tar aktiv del i utredningsverksamheten genom den kompetens som gruppen innehar.


Arbetsuppgifter
I arbetet ingår att:
• med hjälp av informationsmaterial kartlägga och rekonstruera händelseförlopp för att hitta en eller flera gärningsmän
• genomföra jämförande fallanalyser av brott som uppvisar likheter
• med hjälp av olika program och applikationer inhämta och tolka information, ställa hypoteser och dra möjliga slutsatser som stöd i utredningsarbetet.
• arbeta med olika typer av material såsom textanalys, geografiska analyser, samtalsanalys, mm.
• skapa dialog och samarbetsformer med andra grupper, enheter samt avdelningar inom/utom regionen
• du förväntas även bidra till metodutveckling och förbättrare arbetssätt


Kvalifikationer
För att komma ifråga som operativ analytiker ska du ha:
• akademisk utbildning inom exempelvis kriminologi, rättssociologi, statistik, datavetenskap eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig.
• mycket goda kunskaper i Excel, analysprogram och informationssystem. Exempel på analysmjukvara är Analyst Notebook, Ibase och kartverktyg, el motsvarande.
• vana av att hantera, strukturera och bearbeta större informationsmängder för att därefter möjliggöra analys av materialet
• vana av att presentera genomförda analyser både muntligt och i presentationsprogram
• mycket god förmåga i svenska och engelska, både muntligen och skriftligen
• erfarenhet av att skriva rapporter eller underlag för beslut
• hög sekretessmedvetenhet
• då resor i tjänsten kan förekomma krävs körkort lägst klass B


Meriterande
• erfarenhet av annan rättsvårdande myndighet eller liknande organisation
• arbetat med operativ analys i förundersökning
• erfarenhet av underrättelsehantering
