In this role you will be part of Volvo Buses great journey to provide sustainable people transport solutions. The position is in Global Bus Technology (R&D) organization and part of the Customer Quality Experience function. We develop new products and support our customers globally. 

The role
Volvo Buses is now seeking an experienced leader with engineering background who sees that the key to success is to develop the organization and its people to meet future business challenges. 

The group, with right now about ten project leaders and engineers with different skills, is responsible for the improvement of our products to solve our customer product problems. The project leaders, called Quality Solution Leaders work with either our colleges at Group Trucks Technology Powertrain Engineering or our internal team with engineers. The engineers work in one agile team to solve quality issues on our electrical system and connectivity system. The engineers do also work with colleges from several different functions such as engineering, production, purchasing and service. One member of the team is our lead for Manufacturing Product Issues and solves engineering problems on the product for our plants. 

As manager of this team you will define, agree, communicate, and execute strategies and targets for the group. Your key contribution is to develop your employees to reach their full potential and be passionate employees.  Together with the team make lessons learned for our organization assuring excellent knowledge creation. You will have customer interaction to learn more about how we can develop our products to make them more successful.

About the role
The Development Quality Consultant, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint/PowerApp) – Process Mapping & Doc System Interface will lead the creation of a visually engaging "Quality Management System (QMS) House" to enable visualization of our business processes and route the user via direct links to filtered views of our clients Quality Management System (EQV ECMS). The EQV Enterprise Content Management System (EQV ECMS) houses all GxP documentation and is central to our Quality Management System.

The role involves designing a user-friendly SharePoint site that allow users to visually navigate processes levels and selecting impacted business areas to find procedural documents relevant to specific areas. This will make up of approximately 600 direct links to filtered views in EQV ECMS to include all available process levels and impacted business areas.

The consultant will ensure the digital interface is intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling and will support adoption and roll-out across various business functions by adding relevant information to the page. The page can be built with or without using the Power Apps as part of the solution. But it must be easy to maintain after implementation for updates to links and information for someone with fundamental understanding of SharePoint.

Main responsibilities
• Architect and implement a visual and digital solution within SharePoint and the Power Platform to streamline document access.
• Create the filtered views in the EQV ECMS and implement to the SharePoint page.
• Ensure the digital interface is intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging.
• Collaborate with the Quality Systems team and internal stakeholders to ensure effective linkage to EQV ECMS.
• Design and deliver training and support materials to facilitate system adoption.
• Establish a maintenance plan for the visual QMS House to ensure long-term usability and ease of updates.

About you

Minimum Requirements
• Proven experience with SharePoint and Power Platform design and implementation.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems in a pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environment.
• Understanding of document management systems and creating filtered views based on metadata.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and enabling system adoption.

Education and Experience

Project Management Office (PMO) är idag ett team med 50+ härliga kollegor med placering över hela landet. Vi driver och hjälper vår organisation med projektledning, planering, dokumentkontroll, ekonomisk uppföljning, inköp, teknisk ledning samt samordning av kvalitet, hälsa, miljö och säkerhet.
För att genomföra vår strategi för framtiden vill vi nu vidareutveckla PMO genom att rekrytera Senior Project quality coordinator.
Du kommer ingå i ledningen av våra större projekt som ansvarig för kvalitet och rapporterar till huvudprojektledaren. I linjen rapporterar du till chef för Quality management inom PMO.
Project quality coordinator ansvarar för att utveckla och säkerställa att etablerade kvalitetsstandarder, processer och att bästa praxis följs under projektens livscykel. Denna roll spelar en avgörande roll för att upprätthålla den övergripande kvaliteten på projektleveranser och resultat. Du samarbetar nära med tvärfunktionella team för att identifiera områden för förbättring, implementera korrigerande åtgärder och driva kontinuerlig kvalitetsförbättring.
Dina arbetsuppgifter varierar från att analysera projektdata och mätvärden för att proaktivt identifiera trender och potentiella problem som påverkar projektkvaliteten till att hålla dig uppdaterad med branschens bästa praxis och kvalitetsledningstrender. Vem är du?
Du har högskole- eller ingenjörsexamen samt tidigare erfarenhet från arbete som kvalitetsingenjör (min 5år).

What you’ll do?
Team CMQ operates in a complex and exciting environment responsible for engineering of functions and products within the Product Stream. What you‘ll bring

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) är en process i vilken man utvärderar produkter och utrustningar efter tillverkningsprocessen genom att man verifierar att den är tillverkad i enlighet med designspecifikationerna samt säkerställer att komponenter och funktioner fungerar korrekt i enlighet med underlag och specifikation. FAT utförs vanligtvis för att hitta eventuella avvikelser. Avvikelser som observerats under FAT dokumenteras i en problemrapport och korrigeras före leverans.

About us
Electrical Infrastructure offers the possibility to work with a mixture of electrical distribution system (EDS), electrical system design, and electrical attribute areas, for all vehicle lines within Volvo Cars. We also offer the opportunity to learn the agile way of working, adapting the full SAFe configuration into HW products. 
We are now recruiting a Senior Quality Engineer EDS for our EDS HW team, which is a shared service team supporting Electrical Infrastructure’s development teams.
What you’ll do
Provide support and recommendations regarding
-    Forward quality assurance of EDS components.
-    Sourcing of EDS components, contracts, and work splits with suppliers. 
-    EDS related production issues in Volvo Cars’ plants.
-    Analysis of current quality issues in production and after-market in close collaboration with the company’s quality organisation.
-    Decisions related to urgent quality issues. 
-    Understanding of needs and pre-requisites for end-customers. 
-    Ownership, maintenance and detailed knowledge of relevant technical specifications and regulations. 
-    Technical education and coaching of developers and leaders within Electrical Infrastructure.

Do you fit the profile?
You need to have a university degree in engineering, or equivalent working experience, and long experience from all aspects of automotive wire harness development: design, verification, production, manufacturing, after-market, and quality, current and future. You have a good knowledge about EDS production suppliers and related processes. You have worked within EDS product development for several years and have a wide range of knowledge of wire harness materials and properties as well as distribution boxes, connectors, and fuses. Good understanding about electrical system design and electrical schematics, 2D drawings and 3D models is also needed to be successful in this role. You need to be fluent in English, written and spoken. As the electrical distribution system is present in all parts of a car, you need to have a good complete vehicle knowledge. 
As a person you should be positive, curious, and pragmatic. You approach problem solving in an analytical and data driven way. As you will interact with people from all parts of our organisation, it is important to be a communicative team player, interested in building relations and trust, but also to maintain a high level of integrity when collaborating with suppliers and partners, always prioritising fulfilment of Volvo Cars’ high quality standards. Within Electrical Infrastructure, you will be the go-to person for our developers and product owners, providing advice and coaching. Your role

You will be part of the Quality Management and Flight Safety team at BU Radar Solutions. We are a mixed group where everybody's opinion is valued and the differences make out the basis for our progress.

As a Quality Manager, with focus on Software Development, you will support the Software Development within BU Radar Solutions with Quality Assurance activities, support the Management Teams with quality initiatives, as well as act as quality support for Line Managers and Employees within the organisation.



You will have assignments as Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SQAE) within projects and work in close interaction with BU Radar Solutions Project Quality Mangers. A Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SQAE) is an independent role, responsible for planning, execution and reporting of the software quality assurance activities during software development in projects.

You will be required to handle a wide range of tasks within the framework of quality management in all your assignments. And you will report directly to BU Radar Solutions Quality Director, Head of Quality & Flight Safety and the Design Responsible Managers you interact with in your assignments.

You will also perform internal audits, either on your own or as part of an audit team.



Your profile

You have a technical background (preferably within Software Development), with a thorough interest of quality assurance and operational excellence.

Required skills:

Bachelor or Master degree in Software Engineering, Quality Management or other relevant college education

Experience of Quality Assurance activities within Software Development
*

Experience working with standards ISO 9001 and/or EN9100
*

Good language skills in Swedish and English, verbally and in writing
*

The ability to work well with many different people and professions is a key to success and excellent communication skills is required

Som Investigation Specialist Metallurgy hos Adeccos globala kund i Göteborg kommer du att arbeta med metallografiska analyser av lagerstål genom olika provberedningssteg där det förekommer analys av värmebehandlingsprover, produktavvikelser, ingående material i förädningsprocessen samt komponenter relaterade tll R&D-projekt. Du kommer att tillhöra ett team på fyra personer som arbetar med analyser på labbet i Göteborg. Arbetstiderna är på heltid under dagtid.

I din roll som Investigation Specialist Metallurgy kommer dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innebära:
- Analys av värmebehandlingsprover
- Analys av ingående material i förädningsprocesser
- Analys av produktavvikelser
- Analys av komponenter relaterade till R&D-projekt

Tjänsten som Investigation Specialist Metallurgy är ett konsultuppdrag med start i början av maj.

Om dig
Vi söker dig som har en utbildning motsvarande masternivå inom metallurgi eller materiallära. Du har 1-2 års erfarenhet från provberedning och strukturbedömning av härdat stål samt erfarenhet från hårdhetsmätning genom Rockwell & Vickers. Meriterande om du har erfarenhet från arbete med SEM (Svepelektronmikroskop) samt erfarenhet från värmebehandling av lagerstål.

Vidare ser vi att du är en teamplayer som har lätt att lära och du har inga problem med att arbeta självständigt. Du behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Viktigt för tjänsten är:
- Utbildning motsvarande masternivå inom metallurgi eller materiallära
