We are now looking for Supply Chain Managers to join the Clinical Study Supply Chain team in Gothenburg Sweden. This is a key role within Clinical Manufacturing and Supply ensuring that clinical trial materials are available with the right quality quantity and timing for patients participating in studies worldwide. Our goal is to never miss a patient.
 
Within Pharmaceutical Technology and Development PT and D we act as the bridge between scientific innovation and real medicines. We operate across the full value chain from early toxicology and clinical trials through to the technologies that enable large scale commercial manufacturing.

The role:
In this role you will project manage the design planning and set up of supply chains for clinical studies ensuring on time delivery of clinical supplies. You will also lead a cross functional team enabling continuous dialogue with both internal and external partners regarding study design requirements and associated changes which may impact the supply chain elements of the study.
 
To be successful in this role you need to be a fast learner self driven and comfortable working in a high pace R and D environment. You need to be a collaborative team player flexible and have strong communication planning and problem solving skills.
 
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Project manage the delivery of clinical supplies effectively and consistently and input to the balance of costs and any risks to supply• Ensure effective communication with project teams and key partners across a global network• Support risk management of individual studies with proactive mitigation of risks that potentially impact the quality or delivery of supplies• Take ownership for inventory management including rework and recalls extensions of shelf life and expiry date management or stock destruction• Manage the Interactive Response Technology IRT system to execute demand and supply planning• Work within GMP Quality Management Systems ensuring that you actively handle any deviations complaints and change controls
 
Soft skills:
• Strong influencing negotiating and problem solving skills across geographical and cultural boundaries• Ability to adapt and operate in bespoke multiple systems

Frivilliga sjöräddare sedan 1907

Sjöräddningssällskapet räddar liv till sjöss. Det har vi gjort i över hundra år. Vår verksamhet drivs helt ideellt, tack vare medlemsavgifter, gåvor och donationer. Vi är 2400 frivilliga sjöräddare på 74 räddningsstationer längs den svenska kusten och de största sjöarna, beredda att rycka ut i alla väder. Vi arbetar även med att förebygga sjöräddning samt att sprida kunskap om sjösäkerhet. Sjöräddningssällskapet anpassar sig för att möta framtidens krav. Allt arbete på räddningsstationerna sker helt ideellt och för att stödja och leda det arbetet söker Sjöräddningssällskapet nu tre regionledare som ska ingå i ett nytt dedikerat team. Regionledarna utgår från huvudkontoret i Långedrag, Göteborg. Du blir en av åtta personer i det nyetablerade teamet som består av både nyrekryterade och tidigare medarbetare. Gruppen ska tillsammans vidareutveckla och säkerställa ledning, support och stöd till stationsledarna på de 74 stationerna runt om i landet.

Ansvar och arbetsuppgifter

Ett övergripande uppdrag är att bidra till beredskapen för utryckning och bästa förutsättningar för sjöräddning med rätt bemanning, utrustning och kunskap. Du kommer att vara kontakten mellan Sjöräddningssällskapets huvudkontor och sjöräddningsstationerna. Andra förekommande frågor är till exempel teknik, samverkan, inköp och utbildning.

Dina arbetsuppgifter är bland annat:

Bygga långsiktig relation till stationerna och med stationsledarna säkerställa en nära dialog, på plats och digitalt
Vara en förstärkning från Sjöräddningssällskapet centralt kring allmän information och kommunikation
Vara ett stöd till stationsledarna i alla vardagsnära frågeställningar
Tillsammans med teamet vidareutveckla struktur och rutiner för optimerad support till stationerna
Regionalt samarbete inom beredskapssektorn och med samverkanspartners, myndigheter och organisationer
Bidra till att bygga en konstruktiv och inkluderande kultur i enlighet med föreningens värdegrundsarbete
Beredskapsfunktion internt vid behov i händelse av incidenter samt stöd vid större räddningsinsatser


Din profil och bakgrund

Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare bakgrund från räddningstjänst eller annan myndighetsutövning alternativt från idrottsvärlden eller föreningsliv med förståelse för frivillig verksamhet. Du har tidigare ledarerfarenhet som arbetsledare, teamledare eller coach. Körkort B är en förutsättning för jobbet. Med din erfarenhet och ditt driv kan du motivera, arbeta i team, lösa uppgifter tillsammans och möta människor. Din kommunikationsförmåga i svenska i både tal och skrift är god. Som person är du ansvarsfull och delar Sjöräddningssällskapets värdegrund med stor respekt och ödmjukhet för det ideella uppdraget. Dina arbetsuppgifter

I rollen som serviceledare kommer du leda och fördela arbete för en mindre grupp servicetekniker på vår verkstad hos vår kund i Torslanda. Du följer upp och säkerställer att bemanning, service och reparationsarbeten utförs i rätt tid med högsta möjliga effektivitet, kvalitet och servicegrad. Den service och utrustning som vi levererar ska fungera så bra att den överträffar kundens förväntningar. Du verkar för att arbetet bedrivs i enlighet med de riktlinjer, ramar, rutiner och arbetssätt som gäller inom företaget. Du rapporterar till den regionala servicechefen.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har någon form av teknisk utbildningsbakgrund, gärna inom fordonsteknik eller liknande. Du har flera års dokumenterad erfarenhet av att självständigt bedriva operativ arbetsledning inom en teknisk bransch. Du kan planera, prioritera och fördela arbete samt har en god administrativ förmåga. Meriterande är om du har arbetat med ekonomisk uppföljning, har lätt att sätta dig in i nyckeltal samt har arbetat i affärssystemet SAP. Du behärskar engelska och har B-körkort.

För att lyckas i rollen söker vi en lösningsorienterad och positiv ledare som sporras av att arbeta mot uppsatta mål. The Data Risk Manager is expected to lead a team of people to develop and deploy a set of DG&DM; products covering data compliance & security and rights to use data in the organization.
This requires a deep knowledge and experience from implementing compliance and security frameworks, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and a pragmatic can-do attitude to apply directives in a comprehensive data transformation.


Responsibilities
Own the DG&DM; products in scope (Data Compliance & Security framework; Right to use).
Lead the team responsible for developing and deploying those products in the organization, while also engaging in the operational work.
Consolidate, clarify, and further develop the complete data compliance & security framework to ensure its applicability for data governance & mgmt. and for the Volvo Group data platform(s).

As Delivery Lead you drive the delivery in one of WirelessCar’s customer programs developing digital services to the car brand’s eco system.
