In your future role as Head of Rewards Nordics you will


• Lead the development, implementation, and management of Nouryon’s reward strategy across Sweden, Finland, and Norway.
• Design, implement and oversee compensation and benefits programs – from salary structures and bonus plans to incentive initiatives – ensuring competitiveness in the Nordic markets.
• Partner closely with HR, line managers, and unions to align reward practices with talent attraction, retention, and performance goals.
• Represent the Nordics in our global Total Rewards community and contribute to shaping Nouryon’s Group-wide reward agenda.
• Use analytics and insights to monitor and optimize pay practices while ensuring compliance with local legislation.
• Drive harmonization projects and play a key role in supporting business transformation.


We believe you bring
• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a rewards/compensation role.
• Solid experience in Total Rewards, including collective labour agreements (CLAs), job architecture and banding structures
• Proven track record in annual salary reviews, bonus programs, and benefits design
• Experience from both white-collar and blue-collar environments
• International matrix experience and fluency in English
• Strong Excel and data skills

In your future role as REACH & Regulatory Coordinator you will
Keep track of communications with suppliers and customers (only representative support) to ensure regulatory compliance.
Follow up our commitments for regulatory compliance for EU REACH, KKDIK, UK REACH and similar.
Generate data from SAP (BW, Atlas, EHS) as a basis for product registrations and regulatory checks for PSRA.

The ales team consists of seven other highly engaged account managers with many years of experience within this business. You will join a dynamic business focused on sustainable solutions for the pulp industry serving end markets like packaging, hygiene products, and textile. You will primarily be responsible for the global sales of potassium chlorate.
In your future role as account manager, you will
Manage the sales for assigned accounts and applications, generating target levels of revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding from customer base.
Develop volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans, and strategies for achieving desired results.
Execute business plans and capture insights regarding customer needs and the competitive landscape.
Grow existing business, identify opportunities, and introduce new products and solutions.
Effectively communicate customer value propositions and negotiate sales contracts.
Contribute to Nouryon’s effort to establish commercial excellence to satisfy customers.
Execute business strategies and assist management in setting strategic initiatives and programs to achieve corporate strategies.
Consistent use of CRM and other reporting tools.

We believe you bring
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry but also from Industrial Economy, or Business administration

In your future role as Customer Service Team Lead you will

Main responsibilities
As a Tolling Coordinator within Nouryon, you’ll perform work tasks such as planning, scheduling and material ordering to the tolling processors. Further responsibilities involve an active part in the coordination of transfers between Nouryon Performance Formulations production plants as well as the payment approvals of invoices from tollers. This is a key position where you will represent the company with internal as well as external stakeholders. You’ll work as part of a team that provide an additional source of production at a time when our internal manufacturing facilities are capacity constrained. In this way you’ll help ensure we deliver on our strategic objectives for profitable growth through serving key customers with the products they need to be successful.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position we believe you have strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Further, you are an organized team player with a “can-do” attitude. We also see that you have:
B.Sc in Supply Chain or related degree
1-3 years’ work experience within Supply Chain or Plant Logistics Funcions or a manufacturing facility
Experience in planning & scheduling
Good IT competence/experience regarding
Standard Office Software, especially Excel
SAP (Production Planning and Quality Modules)
Lean Six Sigma green/yellow belt is an advantage
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Main responsibilities
The EMEA DSR Manager is responsible for supporting the short-term (0-3 month) demand & supply plan at all PF plants and focus on variations to that plan. You will have responsibility for all Nouryon PF sites across the EMEA region.
DSR is a structured global process of communication and decision making to keep Demand and Supply synchronized when demand (or supply) materializes differently than planned within near-term time fences. You will work closely with your counterparts in the Americas & Asia to consolidate a global view, presented weekly to the Vice President of Business Planning.


You will also play a vital role in balancing our three key priorities of:
1. Volume growth
2. Cashflow management (especially through inventory control)
3. Customer experience


Successful stakeholder management is an essential characteristic since you will need to collaborate with Supply Planners & Demand Managers, as well as Logistics, Procurement & Operations teams across all sites within the EMEA region.


Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need a solid understanding of supply chain & business processes and a strong capability to analyze data including cross-reference data validation, trending and forecasting. Communication is also a vital part of the role; working across so many sites, functions and organisations.
You have the ability to prioritize and proactively complete projects with little direction with a strong process driven attitude and are results-oriented.


We also see that you have:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• Excellent analytical skills, covering forecasting, data validation & trend analysis
• Highly proficient in MS Office packages including Excel & SharePoint

I din framtida roll som processingenjör hos oss kommer du att:
Ansvara för att Eka Engineerings klordioxidanläggningar byggs i enlighet med lagar, standarder och BAT. Anläggningarna skräddarsys för en specifik kunds behov och i det arbetet deltar du från det första steget när anläggningen specificeras. Du följer sedan projektet hela vägen fram till start-up och kapacitetsvalidering. Du kommer jobba tillsammans med en mer erfaren ingenjör och läras upp på klordioxidtillverkningens kemi och processvillkor.
Primära arbetsuppgifter
Definiera design av processystem för klordioxidanläggningar. Detta innebär till exempel:
• Framtagande av material och värmebalans, baserat på den teknologi som används.
• Framtagande av P&ID; för anläggningen.
• Processberäkningar för tryckfall i rörsystem, utrustningsdimensionering och reglerande instrumentering.
• Delta i driftsättning och uppstart av anläggningarna och för utbildning av kundernas drift- och underhållspersonal runt om i världen.
• Delta i servicebesök, optimering och anläggningsbedömning av klordioxidanläggningar och kemiska anläggningar levererade av Eka Engineering.
• Se till att allt arbete under design, konstruktion, idrifttagning och utbildning utförs med ett högt fokus på säkerhet.
Tjänsten kräver kortare eller längre reseperioder i samband med projektmöten, utbildningar, driftsättning och uppstart av olika projekt. We are now seeking a Supply Planner within Intermediates, Performance Formulations, Sweden. Responsibilities within this role includes management and maintenance of the supply plan with the purpose to balance customer demand, production and logistics capacities as well as raw materials requirements to ensure orders are fulfilled. In your future role as Supply Planner you will
Develop mid and short term supply plan to EMEA sites using Rough Cut Capacity Planning to validate capabilities.
Initiate and execute short- and medium-term supply optimization from given customer demand, plant cost and capacity structure, and communicate to the organization.
Develop and provide plants with weekly/monthly supply plan.
Evaluate business opportunities with the help of an optimization tool

We are now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who will
Support the local Talent Acquisition team with all recruitment related activities in the ATS system, with hiring managers and candidates. You will also manage own recruitment processes related to trainees, intern ships and routine hires and ensure they are continuously improved and made more efficient. In addition, you are expected to support in reporting, KPI tracking and other related support needed for the TA activities.

Manage own recruitment processes, primarily linked to interns, trainees, and routine hires
Support the local TA team on recruitment related activities such as writing and publishing ads, candidate communication, sourcing of candidates, scheduling of interviews, references etc.
Support in the planning and execution of student related activities such as student fairs
Follow up on recruitment related KPI’s and reporting with the ambition to optimize our processes for the future




To establish yourself successfully in this role
We believe that you have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably within HR or Business
You have some experience from working with recruitment and/ or HR-related questions, or you are newly graduated and are now looking for your first job to start your HR-career
You are skilled in the English and Swedish language, both verbally and in writing

I din framtida roll kommer du att:
Delta i basic och detailed engineering av nya klordioxidanläggningar och ombyggnader av befintliga. Du planerar arbetet med Nouryons personal och konsulter relaterade till tryckkärl, roterande och statisk mekanisk utrustning, rörledningar och konstruktionsstål. Du har också en viktig roll i den pågående förbättringen av Ekas produkter. Du kommer att vara ledande i arbetet kring skapandet av ett digitalt tvillingkoncept för våra anläggningar. Du kommer att arbeta nära projektledaren i leveransprojekt, men även ge teknisk support till projektförsäljningsorganisationen och reservdelsförsäljning. Du rapporterar till Engineering manager.
Andra huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara att:
Se till att Eka design uppfyller krav enligt lag, standarder och projektkontrakt.
Vara ansvarig för att utveckla BAT-processlösningar tillsammans med ett multidisciplinärt team
Genomföra expediering och revisioner hos våra viktigaste leverantörer, delta vid FAT/SAT.
Stödja våra kunder under uppstart, drift och återkommande underhållsstopp för felsökning/inspektioner.

Vi tror att du tar med dig:

God erfarenhet från investeringsprojekt inom industrisektorn.
God erfarenhet av tryckkärl, roterande- och statisk mekanisk utrustning samt rörsystem och relaterade standarder
Kunskap inom tekniska verktyg som AutoCAD, PDMS, E3D, Databashantering (COMOS, AVEVA Engineering etc.)

In your future role as Regional Demand & Supply Planner EMEA you will
The purpose of the Regional Demand & Supply Planner is for the management and maintenance of the demand input and the supply plan to determine the lowest/most efficient source of supply to balance customer demand, production and logistics capacities and raw materials requirements to ensure orders are fulfilled as required for their responsible area that is approved through the Supply Management Review process. They will determine the stock replenishment strategy and manage the inventory targets for the business line by ensuring effective translation of demand inputs (forecast and sales orders) into an achievable plan for their product group. The role will focus on increasing the efficiency of the supply chain through targeted replenishment parameters and associated KPIs to ensure product is available to meet the sales plan, while minimizing operational costs.
Develop Mid and Short Term Demand & Supply Plan to regional sites using Rough Cut Capacity Planning to validate capabilities
Initiate and execute short and medium term supply optimization from given customer demand and plant cost and capacity structure and communicate to the organization.
Develop and provide plants with weekly/monthly demand & supply plan
Evaluate business opportunities with the help of an optimization tool
Develop and ensure that inventory stocking policies are followed for produced products or trade goods down to SKU level including safety stock levels and order quantities.
Manage the demand input, continuously analyze and refresh Final Demand plan.
Coordinate the execution of the supply plan with responsible ISC Organization, effectively managing any exceptions with demand forecasts
Work collaboratively with the ISC Organization to ensure key assumptions on anticipated production capabilities are reflected within the forecasts
Actively communicate situation on blocked stock to the ISC organization
Inventory Segmentation and Network Optimization Models:
Determine the most appropriate inventory replenishment models that balance service, cost, and inventory based on the objectives of the business using Arkieva Inventory Module
Supports preparation and facilitation of Regional Supply Reviews
Propose tools and structures for the improvement of the planning function and, after consultation the IBP Manager, implements these structures.
Manage specific Supply Chain projects to meet budget requirements, project timelines, goals, business objectives etc.

In your future role as demand planner, you will;
Create and monitor forecasts in planning systems for our Levasil Product line. This includes but is not limited to: ensuring accurate set-up and data integrity within system, reviewing exceptions, executing demand planning calendar tasks on time, lead and provide input on forecast related meetings, understand statistical modelling and how user input impacts the forecast, and review consumption trends and take corrective action/research.

Gather market intelligence from sales and marketing to incorporate into and adjust the baseline statistical forecast.
Proactively communicate known significant forecast changes on items to supply planners.

We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our Planning Team. The primary focus of this role is maintaining optimal forecast accuracy to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The Demand Planner will regularly interact with regional supply planners in your team, regional sales and customer service teams to meet strategic company goals. This role will also work with segment leads, finance, and sales to reach consensus on a demand plan, resolve demand-related questions by troubleshooting and working with other functions; drive improvement in forecast error by analyzing processes and making recommendations for improvement; drive tracking of performance of new opportunities.

In your future role as Business Process Lead you will

The position is based at our new Nordic Business Center in Gothenburg and reports to HR Director Technology Solutions and Nordic Region. Your focus will be with our management team in Bohus where you will be on a regularly basis as well as remotely supporting our smaller sites in Kvarntorp and Rjukan (Norway). The Product Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting the business on product safety related documents; such as Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labels. Qualifications

Kvalifikationer

Main responsibilities
As the Demand Planner, you are responsible for demand planning and control as part of the weekly demand and supply review process (DSR) within the Business Planning team of Paints & Coatings. The DSR process manages short term deviations to the tactical implementation of the approved business (IBP) plan. You ensure transparent inputs and outputs to the process, and coordinate actions and communication to address deviations to plan within the business line, supply chain and other functions. This requires job holder to create, communicate and agree on a disaggregated short term demand plan – based on input from sales, historic sales data and short term opportunities, as well as the constrained supply plan.
The role will monitor daily sales to inform and escalate actions when demand is short or exceeds the forecast. Monitors plant execution; is aware of schedule compliance deviations at the manufacturing sites, issues with raw material procurement or logistics; is responsible to escalate when there are deviations; and coordinates gap closing measures cross-functionally.
Supports properly monetizing the short term plan into a 3-months forecast with finance at a business line level. Supports the Demand Manager in delivering a monthly demand plan as part of the business planning process that is approved through the IBP Demand Management Review process.

The Product Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting the business on product safety related documents; such as Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labels. As one of our skilled Logistics Specialist will be on leave until end of April 2023 we are currently looking for a Temporary Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for completion of daily end-to-end international shipment activities for the region. The position will be based at our new Nordic Business Center in Gothenburg and the contract will last until 30th April 2023 with the possibility of extension. You will be part of a skilled team that performs all transportation planning, executing, and monitoring including reporting and export documentation for international shipments.


Main responsibilities
Conduct transportation planning activities including capacity planning, shipment and fleet planning, carrier selection, routing, scheduling, tendering, and load building
Conduct transportation booking activities.
Complete and review shipping and customs documentation and coordinate with site logistics to execute shipments and gather necessary documentation.
Monitor shipments and customs clearance status and resolve shipment exceptions and customs clearance complications as they arise.
Track and monitor logistics provider, customer, and organization logistics KPIs and cost performance.
Address inconsistencies and deviations in requests and documentation with suppliers and businesses
Support freight cost payment, management, and invoicing.
Process supplier requests for payments prior to import.
Check invoices and reimbursements and request payment of invoices and reimbursements.
Compile inputs and analyze drawback forecasts and feasibility studies; record drawback savings and generate savings reports.
Develop performance reports for review with Logistics Supervisor International.
Maintain relationships with logistics providers and government agencies and support Team Lead in conducting performance reviews.
Identify frequency and cause of service failures and work with Logistics Supervisor International to develop plans to identify solutions.
Support acquisition of transport mode capacity including spot booking.
Support process improvement efforts as directed by the Logistics Supervisor International.



Qualifications
BSc in Operations Research, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics / supply chain, preferably with the chemicals industry
Experience with carrier and custom broker relationship management
Knowledge in performing international logistics activities and understanding of the modal transport market
Ability to use data to support decision making, trouble shoot, and develop solutions to present to leaders
Ability to support process improvement initiatives while balancing daily responsibilities
Strong working knowledge and history of using computers and programs specific to logistics (SAP, TMS, WMS) and to general business management (MS Excel, Word)
Fluent in Swedish and English both speaking and writing

Your challenges

The Supply Planning & Logistics team
The European logistics team is responsible for all inbound, outbound transportation execution and warehousing. The team is divided into a mainland Europe team based in Arnhem Netherlands and a team located in Gothenburg Sweden. This position is based in Gothenburg and looks after execution to / from our sites and warehouses in the Nordics region.


Have you got what it takes?
To be eligible for this challenging position you have at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in logistics and supply chain, and in leading teams. You have experience with shipping Hazardous goods and extensive knowledge of IMO, IATA, IMDG and ADR regulations
Next to this, you have:
A bachelor’s diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Experience in identifying and executing process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing cost and / or improving service level
A strong understanding of the International (Ocean) transport market
Strong working knowledge of SAP, TMS, WMS, and MS Excel and Word

The Role

The purpose of this role is to be a product steward for Emulsion Polymers, Solution Polymers, and Biopolymers. The Role’s Main Accountabilities
Customer Growth

Main responsibilities
Are you a colleague who wants to onboard our journey maintaining and retaining a reliable customer relation?
In this role you a spider in the web with many contact areas both internally and externally. As a Customer Service Representative you will fulfill the “Order To Invoice” cycle for assigned customers and business in SAP. You represent the customer in order process and secure the voice of the customer by delivering service they deserve. Contribute in the order handling for all other customers served by the Customer Service Team, whenever needed in a backup roll. Customer Service has a drive for process development and efficiency and you will be a co-driver in the work of development contributing to next level of service and systems.
Qualifications
Theoretical education at University or equivalent in area of sales, trade, administration or logistics/distribution.
Minimum 1-3 year work experience, in a relevant professional area.
Good IT knowledge, OTI related systems and SAP is preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish is an advantage

Main Responsibilities
As a Regional Marketing Manager you will lead, manage and develop the marketing initiatives in the region including: price and margin management, growth initiatives and new product introductions. In this position you will develop and execute regional market plans for key market segments and thereby contribute to realization of global business strategy. You will build, maintain and leverage key external relationships across the region. Travel to customer and internal meetings is approximately 25% of your working time.
Additional responsibilities:
Identify and capture growth opportunities in close partnership with sales and product management
Provide pricing guidance and manage exceptions with sales
Capture, monitor and utilize business intelligence within the region (trends, customers, competitors, products, technologies)
Create and execute regional market engagement and communication plans

Qualifications
To be successful in this position you have strong business and financial acumen, appreciate the power of team work, and know the strength of working across global cultures. You are confident in your own expertise and a possess a strong drive to deliver results. You have excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and experience in building strong networks. You have a demonstrated track record of effective leadership in past roles and enjoy being a manager in an environment of change.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Engineering-related discipline (Candidates with an MBA are desirable)
A minimum of 10 years of prior experience in combination of sales, marketing or product management roles
Experience in the Specialty Chemicals industry
Experience in Sales
Understanding of one or more key Industrial end markets (Lubricants & Fuels, Mining, Oil &Gas;, Pulp & Paper, Water Treatment)
Fluency in English; other relevant languages a plus
