Din nya befattning
Du blir en del av enheten, Building Services South, som består av cirka 40 medarbetare. Vi är en del av vår globala Service Line, Industry and Infrastructure Facilities, där vi främst arbetar med stora projekt inom industri, infrastruktur och även vattenverk – ofta i multidisciplinära team. Vår organisationsstruktur möjliggör ett nära samarbete över kompetensområden och landsgränser, så att vi kan mobilisera rätt expertis för varje uppdrag – oavsett var den finns i organisationen.
I rollen som uppdragsansvarig el-konsult kommer du att driva och ansvara för el-tekniska installationer i stora projekt från start till mål och säkerställa att både kundens krav och våra interna kvalitetsmål uppfylls. Du får en central och koordinerande roll där du kombinerar teknisk kompetens med ledarskap och affärsmässighet.
Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:
Uppdragsledning av både större och mindre uppdrag
Samordna, leda och fördela såväl resurser som arbetsuppgifter

Relevant utbildning inom el
Flera års erfarenhet i konsultyrket inom el
Minst 5 år som uppdragsansvarig/teknikansvarig inom el

Kravspecifikation


Akademisk examen på mastersnivå t.ex. civilingenjör, alternativt motsvarande kompetens förvärvad genom relevant arbetslivserfarenhet.
Flera års erfarenhet från tekniska roller i energibranschen, industri eller annan reglerad verksamhet.
Erfarenhet av teknisk ledarskap, inom t.ex. Tech Lead, teknisk samordning eller arbetsledning i projekt.
Bred teknisk kompetens och mycket god förståelse för systemberoenden.
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Erfarenhet från kärnteknisk verksamhet och tillståndsprocesser är meriterande.

Ena dagen kan du teknikleda ett projekt i Sundsvall eller Göteborg, för att nästa dag arbeta i projekt i Stockholm, England eller Danmark.

Samordning och ledning av projektörer inom väg-, mark- och gatuprojektering
Ansvar för ekonomi, tidsplanering och resurser inom teknikområdet
AMA-texter – bidra med teknikområdets koder i TB och MF
Bistå och/eller handlägga anbud tillsammans med kollegor

Om rollen


Som Teknisk Projektledare på AFRY driver du utvecklingen av våra kunders industriella lösningar, ofta inom fordon-, el- och automationsområdet. Som Projektledare/Underhållsledare?kommer du arbeta med underhåll och services inom ställverk och kraftstationer i våra serviceavtal inom stationsunderhåll.

I rollen som Projektledare/underhållsledare kommer du främst arbeta från ditt kontor men du kommer även vara ute på fältet. Arbetet är självständigt men samtidigt krävs stort fokus på samarbete och kommunikation mot såväl interna som externa aktörer.
Några av dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Ansvar för affärsmässig planering samt genomförandet av projekten genom arbetsledning och koordinering.


Informera och rapportera om projektets status till beställare.


Ansvara för det ekonomiska utfallet i projekten/uppdragen samt hantera avslut och uppföljning på ekonomin.


Vara med på byggmöten och i förhandlingar med kund.


Aktivt bidra till nya affärer hos nya och befintliga kunder.


Aktivt bidra till att vi tillsammans skapar Sveriges säkraste arbetsplats.

Resor är en naturlig del av arbetet som Projektledare/underhållsledare. Ett mindre antal övernattningar kan förekomma.

Responsibilities & Tasks
Handling escalations and severe incidents in EE together with critical incident drivers
Follow-up KPI’s and measurements for EE and initiate appropriate actions
Be responsible for EE Change Management, WoW and Communications
Managing and ensure good collaboration with external stakeholders and partners
Guiding, coach and support engineers and teams on Operational tasks


As an E3 OM you drive the work through the Operations Officers for the different environment and tools teams in your domain.

Qualifications:
Deep understanding of CI, ICT and SW development equipment.
Excellent communication skills.
Team player and good people skills.
Being able to take decisions.
3-5 years’ experience as an Operational Manager or similar.
Driving commitments with high energy

The role

As Senior Manager Technology Lab you are department manager and accountable for the delivery and life cycle management of all WirelessCar’s common services. The services range from end user services such as fleet management to enabler services such as cloud techniques to support and service monitoring. All services are integrated parts of our customer solutions and you will work in close corporation with all customer programs. To your help you have the core team of line managers, leads and solution architects, the full department of almost 100 people, 5 direct reports, and WirelessCar agile Way of Working.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure overall quality and performance according to agreed SLA
• Responsible for new development, roll-out and enhancements
• Recruit, coach and encourage employees to help them reach their objectives
• Responsible for leading the department’s management team
• Accountable for the total cost in dialogue with the program managers
• Develop and maintain good relations with partners and suppliers

As a senior manager you need to have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions. You are innovative with a strong delivery focus and a business oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork, contribute with team spirit and you like taking responsibility. You also have a strong interest in developing and building effective teams.

You have a university degree and experience as a senior leader from software engineering, agile development, service operation and process development. Further you have a high capacity to execute against set targets, good planning skills and are great when it comes to customer business knowledge.

Experience from the automotive industry or automotive connectivity will be regarded as positive.
