Your future team
You will be part of a high performing team of skilled data professionals, such as Data Architects, Data Engineers, ML engineers & Data Analysts. You will closely collaborate with Digital Product Managers and Owners from Volvo Trucks. This role is based in Göteborg, Sweden, and requires you to work on-site at our office.
What you will be doing? Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data solutions.
Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines for processing and transformation using Azure services , Databricks and DBT.
Build and develop transformations logic in DBT and Databricks for advanced data processing.
Set up and manage DevOps environments from scratch - including configurations, CI/CD pipelines, releases, deployments, and hotfixes.
Write clean, efficient code in , Python and create DBT models and macros.
Design and author Power BI dashboards
Integrate APIs and systems, and connect AI models to enterprise workflows.
Collaborate actively in an Agile environment, ensuring transparency and engagement.
Handle multiple projects in parallel.
Who are you? Strong hands-on experience building scalable data pipelines in Microsoft Azure using services like Data Factory, Databricks, and Blob Storage.
Advanced proficiency in Python and PySpark for transforming large datasets and handling structured/unstructured service contract data.
Experience with streaming and batch processing, including event-driven architectures (e.g., Service Bus, Kafka equivalents).
Solid understanding of data modeling and optimization in Azure Databricks (Delta Lake, partitioning, performance tuning).
Ability to implement robust CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and ensure data quality, monitoring, and reliability in Production.
Big Data & Cloud platforms
Expertise in Databricks & azure for managing large-scale structured/unstructured data
API integration & system integration
Ability to connect AI models with systems.

What you will do
Volvo Trucks Sales Area Central East & East (SA VTECE) is one of 6 Sales Areas in Volvo Trucks and is responsible for our operations in 29 European countries where we sell and distribute Volvo Trucks through our own direct sales organization, and where retail is our core business.  This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales area and at the same time develop your own professional and commercial skills.  You will be cooperating with local Market management teams and influence how we sell our Total Offer.
As a CRM & Sales Process Manager, your main responsibilities are: As responsible for the CRM process and tool Salesforce you will together with local CRM responsible and management team set standards and way of working in Salesforce. All processes included - new truck sales, used trucks sales, services sales and marketing processes. 
Be the first point of contact for market support in our CRM tool Salesforce, interacting with local Sales organizations.
Work with the Markets to develop dashboards and maximize use of CRM analytics to take proactive actions and decisions.
Act as speaking partner for markets to drive new system requirements and future roadmap together with Volvo Trucks Digital and IT organization.
Manage new introductions and changes in the Salesforce platform and coordinate with other Sales systems.
Be super user of Salesforce in the Sales area and continuously evolve usage and utilization.
Responsible for executing trainings in Salesforce in the markets. 
Drive local data quality assurance together with CRM responsible in the market.  
Work together with Volvo Trucks Marketing department to drive marketing automations.  

You will report to The Vice President Truck Sales & Marketing, Europe Central East & East. 
Requirements 
Experiece from the sales process, business understanding and commercial drive.
Demonstrated ability to drive successful system adoption across organizations
Strong proven communication, influencial skills, presentation and collaboration skills
Understanding and experience of Sales and CRM processes with a proven track record of steering cross functional programs and turn strategy into actionable plans.  
Extensive experience in Business Process Development and Change Management. 
Good understanding of Volvo Trucks Total Offers Processes and systems.  
Significant Project management experience (business & IT). 
Fluency in English. 

 
The position is based in Gothenburg and occasional travel may occur.

We are now looking for a driven and analytical Parts Pricing Manager to join our team of highly skilled professionals. Together, we work collaboratively to strengthen pricing excellence and continuously improve performance across our global organization.
 
In this role, you will take ownership of developing, implementing, and optimizing value-based pricing strategies for your assigned spare parts assortment, while supporting Sales Areas and markets worldwide.
 
Your MissionAs part of Service Management, a global staff function, you will contribute to enhancing pricing processes and tools across Volvo Trucks. You will also act as a subject matter expert, driving knowledge sharing and supporting capability development through training and coaching within our global pricing community.
 
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop spare parts pricing strategies, including suggested retail pricing, discount structures, segmentation, and value-based
Drive pricing performance through analysis, benchmarking, and continuous optimization to achieve business targets
Monitor price realization and identify improvement opportunities using data insights and market feedback
Support and guide Sales Areas and markets with pricing expertise, ensuring consistency across regions
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, commercial, and pricing teams to align initiatives and support key business projects

Who You AreWe are looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with commercial acumen and a genuine interest in pricing excellence.You bring a solid understanding of value-based pricing and can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Your Experience
At least 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, aftermarket, or similar roles
Proven expertise in pricing methodologies and data analysis
Experience from automotive, trucks, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors is highly beneficial
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

 
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and pricing/analytics tools
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in coaching and enabling others is a plus
Fluency in English is required
