Du kommer ha en nyckelroll i att sköta våra dagliga finansiella rutiner, säkerställa korrekthet, effektivitet och efterlevnad av regelverk. Dina ansvarsområden inkluderar:
Löpande bokföring:
Hantering av kund- och leverantörsreskontra.
Daglig redovisning för att säkerställa korrekta siffror i huvudboken.
Hantering av in- och utgående betalningar.

Månadsvis rapportering:
Skatterapportering (moms, arbetsgivaravgifter och bolagsskatt).
Månadsbokslut och avstämningar.
Kontoavstämningar.

Med ditt noggranna arbetssätt och din proaktiva inställning kommer du att samarbeta nära med vår CFO och interna team, och bidra till smidiga ekonomiska processer.
Vad behöver jag för erfarenhet?
Vi söker dig som:
Har examen inom ekonomi eller redovisning.
Minst tre års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet inom ekonomi eller redovisning (erfarenhet från revision är meriterande).
Är bekväm med ekonomisystem som Fortnox samt utläggshanteringsverktyg som Pleo, Juni eller Mynt.
Har erfarenhet av banksystem, framför allt Nordea.
Har god kunskap om redovisningsprinciper enligt K2/K3.
Erfarenhet från SaaS eller prenumerationsbaserade affärsmodeller är mycket meriterande.

Ditt primära fokus är att säkerställa att våra BDRs levererar en lönsam pipeline till vårt säljteam. Du ska inte vara rädd för att kliva in vid behov för att se till att mål uppnås. You had me at epic! What will I do in this role? ????

You will lead and develop our tech team (includes developers, DevOps and Q&A engineers) and ensure that the processes are followed by prioritizations and timelines. You will make sure that our tech team thrives and you will be a sounding board for developers and product owners and decide how and when things should be done and developed.

Together the team is responsible for developing our products where we automate recruiting through social media. We want to launch even more products and we need YOU to help us with new ideas and improvements!



What can a regular day look like, and who will I work with?

- Make sure developers stick to processes and guidelines (DoD, Sonarcloud, etc)

- Take charge of agile board and follow up on progress on tickets together with Product Owner

- Continuously evolve working principles together with CTO and Product Owner

- Make sure the team delivers value according to our quality standards (write tests, dev testing, and refactor to remove bugs and deficiencies in the code and constantly improve and revise principles)

- Coach and train developers to write high-quality code and actively work with education/training

- Together with release manager coordinate releases and deliveries

- Lead the development work, sometimes on your own and sometimes together with other team members

- Together with CTO Lead the strategy for resource planning and technical development

- Develop our products by working as a developer partly

- Be a mentor and coach to new developers



Fine, I'm interested! What should my previous experience consist of? ????

- 4 years of experience working with system development, preferably NodeJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript

- Comfortable with agile processes

- Experienced with leading a team (maybe even cross-functional)

- Strong verbal and written English skills

Du kommer att projektleda det kreativa arbetet kring implementeringen av vår mjukvara Adway Connect. Det innebär att leda arbetet för att ta fram copy, CTA, bilder samt grafiska mallar för kunds jobbannonser. Du kommer även planera och sätta upp employer branding kampanjer på olika sociala medier och då stötta vårt fantastiska CSM-gäng med framtagande av offerter och kampanjplaner. Eftersom att en stor del av rollen även innebär direkt kontakt med kund ser vi gärna att du gillar det personliga mötet och att relationsskapande kommer naturligt! I den här rollen äger och projektleder du det kreativa arbetet, detta innebär att din roll både innefattar strategi samt hands-on arbete direkt i våra annonsmallar.

Hur kan en vanlig dag se ut och vilka kommer jag att arbeta med?

- Fördela och följa upp det kreativa arbetet internt och med konsulter.
- Sätta upp kampanjer i bland annat Business Manager.
- Du kommer skicka koncept kring Connectuppsättning till kund. Det vill säga förslag på hur kundens annonser skulle kunna se ut på Sociala Medier.

What will you do?

As a QA Engineer at Adway, you will write automated tests and maintain these, as well as perform manual testing when required.

You will work closely together with the developers, systems architect, and DevOps engineer to create the best possible QA process to deliver high-quality software with speed.

Vad du gör
Som projektledare kommer du vara ytterst ansvarig för att leda kundernas Employer Branding strategi för att hitta rätt kompetens till deras företag, via social media. Du kommer jobba med både svenska och internationella bolag. I nära dialog med kund analyserar du kundens kompetensbehov och kartlägger hur de i dag arbetar med att attrahera kompetens, hur annonser ska utformas och hur landnings sidan ser ut. Baserat på den informationen tar du fram en digital strategi. Via betald social media på tex: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Snapchat, skapas kampanjer och marknadsföring som ska attrahera just den kompetens kunden söker. Du driver projektet tillsammans med ditt team på Adway och eventuell extern byrå. Du hanterar budget och deadline.

Tillsammans med KAM och Customer Success Manager kommer du leda möten och workshops med kunden där din expertis inom marknadsföring och SoMe krävs, tex hur våra kunder ska arbeta med Employer Branding-strategi för att attrahera önskad kompetens/målgrupp. Du samarbetar också med Social Media Content Creators och gemensamt ansvarar ni för uppföljning av kampanjernas prestation.

Vem du är
Vi tror att du har god erfarenhet av betald marknadsföring via Social media genom kanaler som LinkedIn Business Manager, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Snapchat , Google Ads och är trygg i rollen som rådgivare när det kommer till att hjälpa kunden med konsumentberättelser och digitala strategier. Why are you, as a QA automation engineer, important to us?

What will you do?

As a QA Engineer at Adway, you will write automated tests and maintain these, as well as perform manual testing when required.

In this role, you will have great opportunities to guide and influence the process of testing forwards. You will be responsible for setting up the entire QA process at Adway and will be given great freedom in how to set it up and which tools to use. You will work closely together with the developers, systems architect, and DevOps engineer to create the best possible QA process to deliver high-quality software with speed.

Your day to day tasks will probably look something like this:

- Manual exploratory testing
- Setting up and writing automated tests

- Constantly improving everything around tests, QA, and requirements


I'm interested! What should my previous experience consist of?

- To be successful in this position you have at least 4 years of experience within software development, of which two years working as a QA Engineer. You have worked with test automation before and have prior knowledge of best practices when it comes to all areas of testing.

As a Customer Success Manager at Adway you will be part of our CSM team, currently consisting of two people! At Adway our main priority is to ensure that our customer gets the best support possible. Your goal is to ensure that Adway's client’s job adverts run smoothly and support them with the help they need to be a satisfied customer. There will also be administrative tasks related to onboarding new customers and optimizing existing accounts.

In this role, you will have responsibility for a broad range of tasks at our support department. This means that you represent Adway regarding all technical matters towards our customers and are responsible for handling support matters from our customers and partners. The technical matters are of varying difficulty and scope, which offers you to develop your problem-solving ability.

This is a coordinating role and involves communication with the market and the development department. It is therefore important that you have good communication and social skills and value teamwork.

Furthermore, you will:

- Make sure that our customer and partners job adverts are published and run flawlessly
- Make changes to our customers' configurations

You will work closely together with the developers, systems architect, and DevOps engineer to create the best possible QA process to deliver high-quality software with speed.

About the Job

As a UX & UI Designer at Adway, you will be responsible for doing research and design for our new platform with interfaces and user flows with usability and function in mind. These interfaces mainly facing our stakeholders but also our users the recruiters. You will be responsible for the entire UX / UI development chain, from research to finished prototypes.

A regular day can include:

- User research, testing and analysis.
- Design user flows and wireframes.
- Design our interfaces / visual design.
- Create prototypes.

Som Social Media Content Creator på Adway arbetar du med att skapa innehåll på sociala medier till våra fantastiska kunder! Detta innebär att skapa employer branding kampanjer, jobbannonser samt skapa mallar för vår mjukvara, Adway connect. Hur kan en vanlig dag se ut? ????

- Analysera kundernas varumärken och omvandla dem till ett social media-format för Adways mjukvara.

- Daglig övervakning av kampanjer

Om rollen?

Som Produktionsledare kommer du ingå i ett team med en Teknisk projektledare, Customer Success Manager,?och en Social Media Content Creator. Vem söker vi?

- Vi tror att du har minst tre års arbetslivserfarenhet från inhouseavdelning alternativt reklambyrå i en roll som produktionsledare. Du har kunskap och erfarenhet av produktionsprocessen samt av rörligt och digitala medier. Du behärskar svenska väl i både tal och skrift och är bekant?med Facebook- & Linkedin Business Manager
- Bevisad erfarenhet av en kreativ strategi, planering eller relaterad position i en snabb, digital första media-miljö

About the Role

About the Role

As a Digital marketing specialist at Adway, you will be part of our operations team which is in charge of helping our clients. About the Role

As a UX & UI Designer at Adway, you will be responsible for doing research and design for our new platform with interfaces and user flows with usability and function in mind. Your goal is to ensure that Adway's client’s job adverts run smoothly and support them with the help they need to be a satisfied customer. You Will

Have responsibility for a broad range of tasks at our support department. This means that you represent Adway regarding all technical matters towards our customers and are responsible for handling support matters from our customers and partners. To be able to reach the scale-up goals we need a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team and take responsibility for the recruitment processes. This position starts as fixed-term employment for 6 months with a good possibility to get prolonged!

What will you do?

In this position, you will get the opportunity to experience a variety of responsibilities including building long-term methods, strategies, and ways of work. Your everyday work will include close collaboration with our recruiting managers within different functions. We are an HR tech company and we have a lot of different functions that need our support!

You will be involved throughout recruitment processes, everything from requirements profile, search, support in interviews, and all the way up until our new employees join our team.

Throughout this role you will also play a really important part in our relation to the candidate market, not only through our recruitments processes but also through continuing to expand our presence in targeted networks and on the labor market in general, i.e. strengthening our Employer Branding.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a self-driven person, and you take ownership of your tasks with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver within deadlines. You will have a consulting role internally and therefore, it is necessary for you to both build and over time, strengthen relationships with colleagues as well as potential candidates.

You also have:

- Previous experience of a similar role
- Good knowledge within sourcing and proactive recruiting
- A creative mindset and proven ability to find new “way of working”
- Experience in recruitment in a tech-environment
- Fluent language skills in both Swedish and English

You will:

Be responsible for our release and deploy platform, configuration, and build the entire pipeline. You will have the opportunity to build and affect how our release and deploy platform will work. You will get the chance to heavily utilize your entire skillset. You will among other things, write scripts, set up and test the pipeline together with the team.

Your responsibility will be to create a pipeline that supports fast, dependable, and continuous delivery to staging- and production environments with a high degree of automation. You will have a lot to say in which tools, techniques, and processes we will use.

To achieve this you need to work closely with the team consisting out of developers, systems architects, and QA Engineer to facilitate the construction and release process for our service-based architecture products. As this is a new role at Adway, you will work closely together with both the team and the CTO to build something amazing to support our plans for fast growth.

We believe you have:

To be successful in this position we believe you have at least 6 years experience within software development, of which two years working as a DevOps Engineer. You need to be highly skilled and previously have worked with building CI/CD pipelines. You need to have different solutions in your toolbox for each challenge we meet as well as being Diplomatic and persuasive in your communication.

We are looking for engineers with experience in automating software lifecycle, if you have experience on some of these please contact us.

- Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment tools like: Jenkins, CircleCI, AWS Code Pipeline, Ansible, Terraform, etc…
- A Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, advanced vocational training or similar
- Experience in containers: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
- Experience working with AWS container services.
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code
- We utilize heavily cloud services, so experience on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is seen as a big plus
- Expertise as working as a member of DevOps team working according to Agile practices preferably Kanban.
- Experience building deploy pipelines using service-based architecture containing multiple API:s to deploy


Furthermore, we believe you have:

- Have start-up experience where you have quickly developed prototypes and catalyzed product development in a fast-paced, fluid environment. You are a hands-on engineer with outstanding experience in solving problems. You are experienced with agile development and a champion of DevOps best practices.

About the Job

At Adway our main priority is to ensure that our customer gets the best support possible. Your goal is to ensure that Adway's client’s job adverts run smoothly and support them with the help they need to be a satisfied customer. There will also be administrative tasks related to onboarding new customers and optimize existing accounts.

You Will

Have responsibility for a broad range of tasks at our support department" This means that you represent Adway regarding all technical matters towards our customers and are responsible for handling support matters from our customers and partners. The technical matters are of varying difficulty and scope, which offers you to develop your problem-solving ability.

This is a coordinating role and involves communication with the market and the development department. It is therefore important that you have good communication and social skills and value teamwork.

Furthermore, you will:

- Make sure that our customer and partners job adverts are published and run flawlessly
- Make changes to our customers' configurations
- Administer changes to new technical implementations
- Answer customer questions through email

About You

This is the perfect opportunity if you’re ready to take on new challenges, build your own team and work side-by-side with the big international brands.

About The Job

This brand new role is responsible for overseeing the marketing initiatives of the Innovx group, with the main focus on Adway and its customers.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

- Develop and lead the marketing team, ensuring highest quality marketing efforts and seamless collaboration with external agencies and suppliers.
- Contribute directly to the company’s long term success by spearheading superior marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse marketing activities across all sales channels.
- Share your vast knowledge and skills with the entire team to promote their development and create a shared roadmap for success.

About You

You’re a true team-player who thrives in fast-paced environments and can execute anywhere. As a confident decision-maker, you know how to reorient teams and drive progress, even (and especially) when priorities change.

Further more we believe you have:

- 7+ years experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably from agencies.
- Strategic and operational knowledge in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- A track record of being responsible for an annual budget, driving compelling creative campaigns across digital channels with performance metrics.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- A passion for radical innovation and a deep understanding of tomorrow’s ground-breaking technologies and innovation trends.
