Vi söker nu två HR-generalister till tidsbegränsade anställningar där du arbetar nära HR-partners och verksamhetens chefer med att koordinera, stödja och följa upp HR-relaterade processer och ärenden. Rollen innebär ett operativt och avlastande HR-stöd där du bidrar till att ge chefer och HR-partners rätt stöd i vardagen och säkerställa att HR-processer fungerar väl i praktiken.
Information om avdelningen
HR-partnerenheten arbetar verksamhetsnära och ansvarar för stöd till chefer och verksamhet inom ett brett HR-område. Uppdraget omfattar både rådgivande och kvalificerat HR-stöd samt operativa och vissa administrativa delar kopplade till HR-processer och personalrelaterade ärenden.
Enheten står inför ett utvecklingsarbete där fokus ligger på tydligare arbetssätt, bättre samordning och en mer hållbar fördelning mellan rådgivande och avlastande HR-stöd. Som en del av detta genomförs en tidsbegränsad pilot där två HR-generalister rekryteras för att bidra med operativt och avlastande stöd i nära samarbete med HR-partners och verksamhetens chefer.
Beskrivning av tjänsten
Som HR-generalist arbetar du nära en eller flera HR-partners och verksamhetens chefer i det dagliga HR-arbetet. Rollen innebär huvudsakligen att avlasta HR-partners och chefer genom att koordinera, följa upp och genomföra operativa och administrativa delar av HR-processer och personalrelaterade ärenden.
HR-generalisten bidrar till struktur och samordning i det verksamhetsnära HR-arbetet genom att ge stöd i HR-processer och system, ta fram underlag och bistå chefer och HR-partners i det praktiska genomförandet av olika HR-relaterade aktiviteter och ärenden.
Arbetsuppgifterna är varierande och omfattar bland annat:
koordinering och uppföljning av HR-relaterade ärenden och processer
stöd till chefer i administrativa och praktiska delar av rehabiliteringsärenden
hantering och uppföljning av incidentrapportering i IA-system
framtagning av underlag till HR-partners inom HR-processer och HR-årshjul
samordning mellan verksamhet, HR och andra stödfunktioner
stöd i olika verksamhetsnära HR-processer, exempelvis rekrytering och samverkan

Rollen innebär att arbeta med flera parallella ärenden där fokus ligger på samordning, service och kvalitet i det dagliga HR-arbetet.
Anställningsform
Vi rekryterar till två tidsbegränsade anställningar på heltid:
en anställning om cirka 6 månader
en anställning om cirka 1 år

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har en högskoleutbildning inom HR/personalvetenskap och som trivs i en bred HR-roll med många kontaktytor.
Du har erfarenhet av brett HR-arbete och känner dig trygg i att arbeta strukturerat, koordinera flera parallella ärenden och skapa kontinuitet i det dagliga arbetet. Du har erfarenhet av att ge stöd till chefer och arbeta med flera olika HR-processer i en verksamhetsnära miljö.
För att trivas i rollen tror vi att du är prestigelös, lösningsorienterad och serviceinriktad, med god förmåga att samarbeta och skapa struktur i ett arbete med många kontaktytor och parallella processer. Rollen passar dig som tycker om att ge stöd, få saker att fungera i praktiken och bidra till kvalitet och kontinuitet i HR-arbetet.
Du har erfarenhet av administrativt och koordinerande arbete samt vana av att arbeta i olika administrativa system. Du uttrycker dig mycket väl på svenska och har god förmåga att kommunicera även på engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.
Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av arbetsmiljörelaterade processer, rehabiliteringsadministration eller arbete i HR-system. Intresse för utveckling av digitala arbetssätt och verktyg inom HR är också meriterande.

Main responsibilities
In this position, you will:
Teach and examine engineering students on bachelor's and master's level in mechanical engineering with focus on Machine Elements and CAD. 
integrating current professional practice and developments into education
supervision in Product Development methodology courses can also be a part of the position.
develop course content, learning activities and assessment, including practical elements (demonstrations/labs/projects) and a modern engineering approach to components and systems.
contribute to outreach/knowledge dissemination and “academic citizenship” (e.g., programme work, committees, collaboration).
optionally, take part in competence-development research/development activities (e.g., a smaller development/research project as part of the role).

Qualifications
We are looking for a practically oriented mechanical engineer with an industrial background who can teach and supervise in applied design and product development. To qualify for this position, you should have:
A Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing/production Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a closely related field, or an academic degree of at least 180 credits in a relevant field.
At least three years of relevant professional experience from industry (or equivalent relevant sector experience).
Experience in teaching or supervision.
Strong practical experience of mechanical design/product development, with a solid technical interest and ability to teach applied engineering.
Ability to teach in English and/or Swedish; at minimum, basic Swedish skills (or a clear plan to reach working proficiency).

The following will strengthen your application:
Broad CAD experience (CATIA preferred), and experience of simulation/analysis in design (e.g., FEM, multibody, topology optimization or similar).
Hands-on interest in prototypes and applications, and an industry-oriented profile.
Fluent in both English and Swedish.
Higher education pedagogical training in accordance with SUHF recommendations is meritorious. If you do not yet meet this requirement at the time of employment, a plan will be established to fulfil it within the first three years

As a Teaching Fellow, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality education. The position combines a strong teaching focus with the opportunity to spend up to 20 percent of your time on research or other professional development, enabling you to further strengthen both your subject expertise and pedagogical skills.
About the role
The position has a central role in education at both bachelor’s and master’s level.
You will be responsible for the basic course in Engineering Geology (6 credits), which is mandatory for all first-year civil engineering students (approximately 220 students). In addition, you will contribute to courses in Geotechnics and Infrastructure at third-year, as well as several master’s courses, such as Applied Hydrogeology, Geological and Geotechnical Site Characterization, Contaminated Sites and Remediation, and Risk Assessment and Decision Support.
The role includes course planning, development and coordination, as well as supervision of students at bachelor’s and master’s levels. You are expected to take on the role of examiner over time. If not already fulfilled, higher education pedagogical training in accordance with SUHF recommendations should be completed within two years.
About the department and the division
The Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering tackles contemporary and emerging challenges for the built and natural environment, ranging from resource utilisation, pollution and climate change to digitalisation and inequality. We combine expertise in architecture, civil engineering and related disciplines to build a better world. 
The Engineering Geology research area at Chalmers is well established, with a professorship since 1949. It is nationally and internationally recognised for high-level research in applied hydrogeology, drinking water supply, underground construction, planning and use of geological resources, remediation of contaminated areas, as well as risk and decision analysis linked to these fields.
The research area consists of approximately 15 full-time researchers along with affiliated researchers. Teaching is conducted at both bachelor’s and master’s levels and is closely connected to geotechnical and infrastructure engineering, reflecting both current research and the needs of society and industry.
Main responsibilities
The main duties involve teaching at the first and second cycle levels. As a Teaching Fellow, you will:
teach and supervise students
plan, develop and revise courses and programmes
take responsibility for course coordination and staffing
integrate new knowledge and research into education
contribute to the pedagogical environment through collegial collaboration
engage in academic citizenship and external collaboration

Up to 20 percent of your working time may be spent on research or other professional development, in agreement with your line manager.
Qualifications
Doctoral degree (PhD) in Engineering Geology, preferably with a focus on risk and decision support methods in engineering geology or hydrogeology
Documented experience of teaching and supervision at bachelor’s and master’s level, including course planning and development of teaching materials
Documented pedagogical skills and potential for leadership
Ability to combine subject expertise with a reflective and research-informed teaching approach
Undergraduate studies that include mineralogy, petrology, quaternary geology and hydrogeology
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish are highly advantageous, as teaching at bachelor’s level is conducted in Swedish

Higher education teaching training in accordance with SUHF's recommendation, which includes higher education teaching courses of at least 15 credits, is required for employment as a Teaching Fellow. If the requirement for higher education teaching courses has not yet been fulfilled, employment may be offered as an Assistant Teaching Fellow The employee is then expected to meet the requirements within two years and may subsequently be promoted to Teaching Fellow.
