Om rollen
Som Ekonomiassistent på Fractal Design får du en nyckelroll i att säkerställa att våra finansiella transaktioner hanteras med hög noggrannhet och följer våra rutiner. Du kommer också att bidra till att utveckla och effektivisera våra processer genom automatisering och förbättrade arbetsflöden. Dessutom representerar du ekonomiavdelningen i tvärfunktionella projekt och driver optimering av vårt system, Business Central.
 
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:
• Hantera inkommande fakturor, ansvara för attestflöden och se till att betalningar görs korrekt och i tid via både bank och affärssystem.
• Samarbeta med orderadministration för korrekt fakturering, hantera inbetalningar, följa upp förfallna fakturor och skapa kundspecifika kontoutdrag samt interna kreditlimiterapporter.
• Sköta löpande bokföring och stötta vid bokslutsarbete genom avstämningar av bankkonton, kund- och leverantörsreskontra samt periodiseringar.
• Genomföra lageravstämningar i samarbete med vår logistikavdelning.
• Boka löner och hantera löneutbetalningar tillsammans med löneadministratören för att säkerställa en korrekt lönehantering.


Vi söker dig som:
• Har en relevant utbildning inom ekonomi, gärna på högskolenivå.
• Har god erfarenhet av löpande bokföringsarbete.
• Har god systemförståelse, gärna erfarenhet av Business Central
• Talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska

Det är inget krav men meriterande om du har erfarenhet av arbete i Microsoft-miljöer och Business Central.

About the role: 
In this role, you will be an essential part of our People & Culture team, handling diverse responsibilities that contribute to the smooth functioning and strategic development of our department. Your duties will include general HR administration, providing support to employees and managers, and ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will assist in the implementation and maintenance of various systems, ensuring data accuracy and providing necessary training to employees. Additionally, you will support the development and improvement of policies and processes, helping to maintain compliance with legal standards and internal guidelines. Your role will also include recruitment activities, from job postings to hiring, as well as efforts to enhance our employer brand. 
Furthermore, you will play a key part in developing our employees' competencies and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.


Example of Work Tasks:
• Providing support to employees and managers with HR-related questions and managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of recruitment, HR, and payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and user training.
• Developing and improving internal HR processes and policies, documenting and implementing new guidelines.

To Succeed in this Role, You:
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have at least two years of documented experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role.

• Are fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish.

While not required, it is advantageous if you have knowledge of HR systems and tools and experience working in an international environment.

Your main to-do-list
As our interim Performance Marketing Manager, you will manage both product and awareness driven marketing campaigns that span the entire customer journey from acquisition to loyalty. • Planning, coordinating, and executing revenue-driven advertising: including marketplace-, social-, search- and paid campaigns.

About The Role

You are the user's advocate and you’ll be responsible for taking products from early idea to a refined and feasible design vision. What You Will Do

• Work independently and in teams to drive the end-to-end product design process, from discovery to implementation 
• Work closely with your colleagues in the design team and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and Marketeers
• Use human-centered design methodologies and practices to elevate the customer centricity in your team and stakeholders around you (e.g. Conduct workshops, brainstorming sessions, etc.)
• Work iteratively to explore new ways to solve our customers’ needs and pain-points, work quickly between sketches and 3D 
• Create well-articulated, tangible design vison, with refined aesthetics and CMF documentation (colour, material, finish)

Who You Are

• 2 – 5 years proven experience working with product design development 
• Have experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams in iterative product development cycles
• Have a great understanding and showcase of product thinking, storytelling, user needs/pain points and design craft
• Strategic and purposeful in making design decisions and you do that by integrating user, business, and technical considerations into your process
• You can identify priorities and when to optimize for speed and when to seek for quality and hone into the details
• Very effective communicator when articulating your vision, strategy, and decisions of your design solutions
• Experience working with interior design and consumer products is a plus
• Previous experience from mesh modelling software (Blender or similar), surface modelling software (Rhino or similar) and render software (Keyshot or similar) is preferred
• You have an education within Industrial design or Product design with training to develop your ideas with sketches, prototypes and models, both in computer programs and in workshops

Are you the driven Production Lead we need to head up our marketing department?
As our marketing department Production Lead, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating and facilitating new product releases. Our copywriters, graphic designers and web developers will rely on you to lead the way, and you will also assume a key role in interdepartmental communication. This includes localization of projects and assets for various markets.
Additionally, you will support your marketing comrades and make sure the department delivers according to plan, optimizing workflow as you go.


Other responsibilities will include:
Planning, setting timeframes and coordinating the production of marketing assets within the different verticals of the marketing department
Coordinating translations, setting up department and project reports as well as communicating with our regional marketing managers on a daily basis
Coordinating product launches and projects, making sure deadlines and deliverables are up to speed and updated in our management tracking tool
Acting as a communication hub between product development, marketing- and sales department, assigning resources and defining projects
Mediating between project stakeholders to establish and re-evaluate priorities, providing direction and support where needed

You are a wizard
What we’re looking for is a kind of rockstar-wizard hybrid in the field of mechanical design. Someone who can shoulder the responsibilities of a senior mechanical engineer and is eager to use their high DFA and DFM skills. Maybe you even have some textile experience and have worked with enclosure and integration of electronics into products, and know a thing or two about coating and surface finish. Are you the driven Production Lead we need to head up our marketing department?
As our marketing department Production Lead, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating and facilitating new product releases. Our copywriters, graphic designers and web developers will rely on you to lead the way, and you will also assume a key role in interdepartmental communication. This includes localization of projects and assets for various markets.
Additionally, you will support your marketing comrades and make sure the department delivers according to plan, optimizing workflow as you go.


Other responsibilities will include:
Planning, setting timeframes and coordinating the production of marketing assets within the different verticals of the marketing department
Coordinating translations, setting up department and project reports as well as communicating with our regional marketing managers on a daily basis
Coordinating product launches and projects, making sure deadlines and deliverables are up to speed and updated in our management tracking tool
Acting as a communication hub between product development, marketing- and sales department, assigning resources and defining projects
Mediating between project stakeholders to establish and re-evaluate priorities, providing direction and support where needed



Who you are
You know the importance of delivering results according to your individual deadlines within the assigned time, at the right level of quality. You’re pro-active and can handle many parallel projects without stress, maintaining a high level of precision.
We think you have at least two years of experience in a coordinating role, preferably from managing marketing department projects. Your English is excellent as you’ll be working daily with colleagues and stakeholders all around the world.
