Media Manager
The Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel advertising campaigns to support vehicle launches, brand awareness, and sales objectives across key markets.
The role focuses on strong advertising execution, performance optimization, and close collaboration with the media agency, national marketing and sales teams, ensuring campaigns are insight-led, well-coordinated across markets, and aligned with business priorities.
The position is a temporary assignment with a duration of 12 months.
What you'll do

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns in collaboration with media agencies


Define and deliver advertising strategies that support brand, product, and sales objectives across markets


Work closely with national marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns meet local market needs and commercial priorities


Act as a key point of contact between central advertising, national markets, and media agencies during campaign execution


Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics, adjusting audience targeting, media delivery, and creative formats throughout the campaign lifecycle 


Manage advertising budgets at campaign level, ensuring effective allocation of spend across channels and markets


Coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure advertising assets are delivered accordingly


Support performance reporting and contribute clear insights and learnings on advertising effectiveness


What you should have

7+ years of experience in advertising, media management, or campaign optimization roles


Strong experience in advertising strategy, performance optimization, and multi-channel campaign execution


Experience working within the automotive industry or at a media agency supporting automotive clients


Solid project management experience within advertising or marketing environments


Experience working in a centralized advertising function supporting multiple local markets is a strong plus


Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across markets

Du blir närmaste chef för redaktionerna som gör program som Kvällspasset, Karlavagnen, Ring så spelar vi, P4 Extra och podden Fråga Agnes Wold. Du blir också chef för våra medarbetare på Radiosporten och redaktionen som gör P2:s flaggskepp Klassisk förmiddag och P2 på hemväg samt P2-poddarna Klassiska krysset och Operaguiden.

Tillsammans med dina medarbetare driver och utvecklar du journalistik för en nationell publik, såväl digitalt som i våra FM-kanaler. De digitala kanalerna och plattformarna blir allt viktigare för oss och ditt uppdrag kräver att du har erfarenhet av och ett stort intresse för digital utveckling.

Du är direkt underställd kanalchefen för riksproduktion i Göteborg och ingår i en ledningsgrupp med ytterligare två riksprogramchefer. Owning the the product review portion of a product release, from go-to-market plan to extensive post-launch analysis
Tracking launch goals and KPIs and updating processes in order to meet and exceed targets
Building and maintaining relationships with A-tier media on a global level, preparing press kits and communications
Managing and coordinating exposure at key media (tech/gaming/hardware) sites, tracking and highlighting activities
Preparing and conducting internal training relating to product features, media strategy and competition analysis
Act as an external as well as internal brand evangelist

Exceptional organizational and project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple concurrent marketing activities and campaigns in a fast-paced environment
PR-minded with excellent communication skills (English)
Able to efficiently take an idea/concept and create presentations and action plans with clearly defined milestones and deliverables
Professional and energetic demeanour and ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners across various countries and cultures
Experience with creative software such as Adobe Suite a plus
Quantitative mindset and data visualization, dashboard tools experience a plus

Som programchef för P3 i Göteborg är du direkt underställd kanalchefen för Riksproduktionen och ingår i ledningsgruppen och i P3:s kanalråd.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

• Ansvarig för de P3-produktioner som idag produceras i Göteborg
• Ansvarig för att verksamheten bedrivs utifrån Sveriges Radios strategiska mål och förutsättningar
• Ansvarig för att offensivt utveckla programutbudet och en självständig journalistik
• Personalansvar för en grupp redaktionella medarbetare
• Delegerat budgetansvar
• Ansvarig för att främja jämlikhet och sträva efter att skapa mångfald i grupper och team

Bakgrund och kvalifikationer

• Akademisk utbildning och/eller journalist-/medieutbildning eller motsvarande kunskaper inhämtade på annat sätt
• Dokumenterad chefs- eller arbetsledarerfarenhet
• Erfarenhet av arbete med journalistik på olika plattformar
• Du tillför nya perspektiv och nätverk

I rollen som programchef har du en god organisatorisk förmåga. Du ser möjligheter i förändringar och kan fatta snabba beslut när det behövs. Vidare är du samarbetsinriktad, empatisk och tydlig i din kommunikation. The department Visual Art Design plays a very significant role in the design department at Volvo.
All design projects are visualised here, from the first sketch in 3D to the presentation to the customer.
The expectations are always high. To achieve the highest visual quality we use the latest technology and develop extremely efficient processes, which helps us to convey the design even better.

The position Media Visualisation Manager is open.
In Media Visualisation projects for Marketing are visualised. Creation of image productions for marketing, e.g. 2D images for the online car configurator. Automotive animations are created for marketing purposes, which explain technical features of the vehicle. In the future, driving scenes will also be produced. In the photo studio, CGI and real photography merge into each other and will create synergy effects that increase the visual quality.

The  Media Visualisation Manager will lead four teams; Marketing Images, Marketing Film, Marketing Animations and Photo studio. The manager of Media Visualisation will report directly to Head of Visualisation.

What you´ll do
* setting new standards in Media Visualisation while using cutting edge technologies
* be an innovative, artistic and creative leader for the teams
* lead the cooperation between Design and Marketing in content creation
* oversee and supervise the Media Visualisation work areas and leading the teams
* art direction of marketing content and doing reviews in Design and Marketing
be responsible for projects, collaborate and ensure quality and consistency
(time, manning and costs) * work across all projects, review assets at all stages, provide feedback to the team and to be hands on
* ensure the team is producing high visual quality assets that fit in the Volvo Brand strategy, ensure the focus on highest visual quality
* communicate clear (Design strategy, Project decisions)
* meet with clients, agencies or suppliers, listen to their project specifications and translate their requests into media visualization
* work with all Design Departments and understand the Design goals
* collaborate with cross-functional teams
* motivate, coach and give feedback to the team members
* lead the team of the photo studio and combine the best of real photography and CGI to maximize visual quality


You and your skills

As a Media Visualisation Manager you have experience from:
* automotive marketing visualisation and design context
* building, managing or leading teams
* with Vray/Maya/Nuke pipeline
* with presentations to Design and Marketing management
* with automotive design processes and marketing processes
* developing media products across multiple surfaces (console, mobile, PC, VR, AR) digital film producing

The job position for Media Visualisation Manager is very competitive. In order to be successful in this role we believe you have a Master’s Degree in Design, Automotive Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, Computer Graphics or digital media or applicable areas.
