About the Role
As an R&D Manager, you will lead and develop our embedded software development team in Gothenburg. This is a leadership role, where you will actively engage in technical discussions, and support the team in problem-solving. You will be responsible for team leadership, strategic planning, and technical excellence, ensuring efficient development of our wireless control systems. This role also includes resource planning, process improvements, and technology research, while contributing to development projects at both a strategic and technical level. You will report directly to the CTO.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the R&D team, fostering collaboration, team growth, and innovation.
Plan and allocate resources to support development projects, research initiatives, and ongoing product maintenance.
Drive process improvements, competence development, and adoption of new tools.
Lead feasibility studies and research efforts to explore and integrate new technologies.
Ensure high-quality software design, verification, and compliance with Allgon’s standards and industry regulations.


What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong technical background within Embedded Software and excellent leadership qualities. The ideal candidate is an inspiring and proactive leader who fosters teamwork, encourages innovation, and drives continuous improvement within the organization. You should have strong problem-solving skills, a structured approach to project management, and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
Key qualifications include:
BSc or MSc in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
At least 10 years of experience in embedded software development
Expertise in wireless communication or safety-critical applications is a strong plus.
A minimum of 3 years of management experience in an R&D environment, leading teams of software developers and test engineers.
Project management experience is a strong plus.
Proven ability to manage and optimize development tools, processes, and workflows in an agile R&D setting.
Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

About the position
We are now looking for a talented Software Developer to join our R&D Department in Gothenburg. You will be part of the team responsible for our main tools, which handle configuration of industrial remote-control systems all the way from the firmware build environment to desktop applications and web-based services facing our subsidiaries. New cloud-based tools with high usability are key to our ambition.
Example of work tasks:
Define, document and perform verification of developed software.
Troubleshooting and correction of bugs and other issues in application software.
Develop and maintain technical software documentation.
Make sure that developed software meets specified functionality and quality.

About the role
We are now looking to strengthen our organization with a Senior Sourcing Manager. As a Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for handling Allgon’s end to end sourcing operations. As a Technical Architect you will be located at our head-office in Gothenburg and play a key role in the team and have great opportunity to influence the work. You will collaborate with functions over the entire organization, with focus on R&D.
You work extensively with establishing best practices and ways of working from a technical point of view. Om tjänsten
Som Embedded utvecklare kommer du att utveckla ny och underhålla befintlig Embedded mjukvara för Allgons produkter. Vi utvecklar industriell radiostyrning och använder oss främst av C-kodning för inbyggda system.
Denna roll är placerad på vårt huvudkontor i Göteborg och man har möjlighet till en bred roll i alla delar av mjukvarans livscykel, från kravspecifikation till test, verifiering och underhåll.

As an integration specialist, your primary responsibility will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive integration solutions. These solutions aim to seamlessly connect our array of cloud-based services with various systems and applications within our organization, ensuring efficient and unified operations.
Responsibilities will include:

About the position
As Embedded Software Developer you will develop new and maintain existing embedded software for Allgon products. We develop mainly in C for embedded systems for industrial remote controls.
This role is located at our Headquarters in Gothenburg, and you will have an active role in all parts of the software life cycle, from specification of requirements to test, verification and maintenance. The tasks consist of:
Specification, design and implementation of embedded software
Troubleshooting and correction of bugs and other issues in embedded software
Develop and maintain technical software documentation/specifications
Define document and perform module testing of developed software

Vi behöver förstärkning i vårt team inom Teknisk Support. Vi söker en elektroniktekniker med programmeringserfarenhet till vårt huvudkontor i Göteborg. Rollen innebär ett brett tekniskt arbete inom fjärrstyrning. Du kommer att utveckla, anpassa och bygga produktlösningar, löda, programmera och bistå dotterbolag med tekniska frågor samt utbilda dotterbolag i våra produkter och verktyg, vilket kommer innebära en del resor i tjänsten.

Vi söker en Kvalitetstekniker inom produktkvalitet till vårt huvudkontor i Göteborg. Rollen innebär att ansvara för genomförande av produktavvikelserutredningar och garanti/reklamationsutredningar.

· Utföra garanti/reklamationsbedömning. Utföra omarbete av våra produkter. Ex. byte/montering av komponenter på kretskort eller uppdatera mjukvara. Kan uppstå vid ex. kvalitetsproblem.
· Utbilda dotterbolag gällande felsöka/reparera våra produkter samt skapa underlag/struktur gällande relevant dokumentation.
Kvalifikationer
· Tekniskt intresserad.
· God elektronik/komponentkännedom.
· Kunna läsa kretskortscheman dvs felsöka elektronik.
· Goda lödkunskaper och vana att reparera kretskort.
· Utbildning inom elektronik eller liknande erfarenhet.
· MS Office
· Vårt koncernspråk är engelska och du behöver ha goda kunskaper i både tal och skrift.
Meriterande
· Kunskap om elektriska installationer ex kranar, lastbilar även hydraulik.
· Förståelse för programmeringsspråk är meriterande (C)
· Van vid kundkontakt
· Möjlighet att resa i tjänst 2–3 ggr per år

We are a small development team in Gothenburg who believes that developing great products is the result of having skilled, passionate and empowered individuals. Experience in embedded software development. We develop mainly in C for embedded systems for industrial remote controls.

Fluent English language, both written and verbal.

Arbetsbeskrivning
Vi söker en medarbetare till vår folieproduktion på vårt huvudkontor i Askim. Tjänsten är ett vikariat för en medarbetare som är föräldraledig. Du kommer att ha ett helhetsansvar för vår folieproduktion från beställning till leverans ut till kund. Rollen innefattar följande ansvarsområden:
· Ta emot och hantera beställningar från kunder
· Rita layout för folier i Adobe Illustrator
· Produktion, printa folier
· Skicka ordererkännande och sköta utleverans till kund
· Kontakt med kunder och leverantörer
· Inköp av material
· Lager för foliematerial
Vem är du?
För att lyckas i tjänsten så tror vi att du har följande kvalifikationer:
· Erfarenhet av Adobe Illustrator
· MS Office främst Excel
· Intresse av grafisk design
· Engelska och svenska flytande i både tal och skrift
Önskvärt är om du även kan Adobe Photoshop och har erfarenhet av att arbeta i affärssystem.
Du kommer dagligen ha kontakt med kunder och leverantörer och behöver därför ha en känsla för service. Eftersom du kommer att ha ett helhetsansvar för processen av folietillverkning så bör du ha förmåga att planera, strukturera och organisera ditt arbete och även vara noggrann och ha ett öga för grafisk design.
