Group Financial Planning & Analysis and Controlling is part of Group Financial Operations and Development. FP&A and Controlling is the process owner for controlling processes, which include to drive continuous improvement, optimization and automation of the controlling processes. We also have the responsibility for business performance follow up covering the whole value chain. Among other things we cover sales and result analyses, investment process, internal financial concepts and financial planning process.

Your day-to-day work 
This will be a stimulating position for you who enjoy the contact with several stakeholders in different levels of the organization. In our team we work closely with different parts of SKF, we support both Business Areas and Management with analysis and reviews and we manage the controlling processes in the Group. Our day-to-day work include both month end activities as well as ad hoc analyses and deep dive investigations. 


In short:
• Analyse and explain the SKF Group and Business areas/regions monthly sales and financial result
• Deploy and make continuous improvement of the controlling processes


We expect you to have 
A University degree within Finance, Business Administration or equivalent working experience. You have prior experience from operational controlling and/or Business Area. We also need for you to have advanced skills in Excel and Cognos. Knowledge in BI tools, analytics tools and similar is preferred. You are also fluent in both speaking and writing English. 
It would be considered a merit if already had a solid knowledge of SKF concepts and financial processes but also an established network throughout the SKF Group. Writing and speaking Swedish isn´t a prerequisite, but a merit.

PIM System Specialist – Product Information Management 
 
 
We are now setting up at PIM team and are looking for a team player who enjoys working with different functions across SKF, is structured and wants to be part of developing and managing a new Product Information Management System. 
 
As System Specialist you will belong to the PIM team within SKF Communication Studio and be working with the PIM system and product content that is consumed by SKF customers in various digital touch points.  
 
Job responsibilities 
As a PIM System Specialist: 
You are responsible for the capabilities of the PIM system to support the Product content requirements of digital touch points (consumer channels) 
You work closely with digital touch points to understand future requirements related to product content 
You work with product information end to end with a Sales/Customer perspective 



In more details, this means to understand and capture product information and mode of delivery needs from digital touch points (consumer channels), manage and fulfill product information requests from customers and internal stakeholders, import and onboard product information into PIM from different master sources such as ERP (commercial information), PLM (technical information) and DAM (media assets). You are also going to manage and build exports of product information from PIM to different digital touch points (consumer channels) and adjust product information for channel specific needs.  
 
Job requirements 
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or equivalent 
Excellent skills (oral and written) in English are required 
Experience from PIM (particularly Informatica Product 360) 

 
It would be beneficial if you also had experience from a project management position, experience from sales or customer service. Experience of ERP (SAP MDG), PLM (Windchill), DAM (Digital Asset Management) and PIM (particularly Informatica Product 360) is a merit.

Overall job description
Strategically drive the global development and act for the deployment of a cluster of REP-Solutions to ensure global standards, uniformity and quality and efficiency in delivery of REP-services in the SKF global network. Drive the replication of strategic services in tight alignment with REP Centres in order to ensure uniformity and quality in delivery and speed in implementation in the global network. Accountabilities
Support the implementation of the SKF REP Center Processes & Technology in tight alignment with the REP Center cluster
Drive development, ensure deployment and replication in the global REP Center network and Service Cluster with a uniform approach.
Develop service knowledge through “REP Center Standards”, outlining the know-how for local capability set-up and efficiency and high quality delivery of the service.
Ensure knowledge transfer throughout the SKF REP Center Community
Interact with SKF REP Centres network to find and develop synergies, knowledge and resource sharing

Experience

Demonstrated direct sales experience to industrial end users, including plant and C-Level positions.

UNITE Deploy Manager


The programme is responsible for the development (including design, build and testing) of a central template and its deployment; and all activities are carried out through projects. Your profile

Min three years in Project Management preferably with international scope;
Experience of SAP or other ERP implementation projects is an advantage;
Fluent in English is a prerequisite;
Certification as a Project Manager (GPM2 or PRINCE2) is preferred;
Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment;
You have a focus on the objectives and find ways to reach them; you are committed to deliver within time and budget frames;
You have successful experience in interacting with senior management and stakeholders to generate commitment and drive for business change;

Some additional information for you
If you are based in Goteborg, traveling will be required on average every second week to the deployment sites.
If you are based elsewhere, travelling will be required almost every week alternating Goteborg and deployment sites.
Presence on-site is expected from Tuesday morning till Thursday COB.
Traveling will not be scheduled during summer and Christmas vacation periods, or public holidays.
Exceptions to the above, due to critical milestones or periods (e.g. cut-over, go-live, hyper-care), will be planned and agreed in advance. Local contract only within EMEA.

As a PMO Specialist you will Support the PMO Method & Tools in monitoring the project portfolio and proactively promote methods and roll-out of best practices, including managing Quality Gating. 
The PMO Specialist provides a consultancy service to steering groups, project managers and project support, which may take the form of help, coaching, advice and guidance or be of a specific nature e.g. facilitating workshops.
In this role you will need to have deep knowledge and experience from working in Agile projects. More and more projects are delivering according to agile methodology and our PMO need to strengthen the knowledge to be able to provide coaching and support.


Key responsibilities and tasks:
Develop and implement Agile methods in SKF IT projects.
Coach agile project teams when transforming from traditional waterfall to agile.
Recommend and implement tool support for agile projects.
Develop and implement process improvement in the PMO processes.
Act as SKF IT PMO specialist of project frameworks, templates and procedures, and contribute to ensure they are fit for purpose and continue to be best practice
Monitor the effectiveness of processes and refine as necessary
Provide project support and consultancy services to project managers
Implement guidelines, procedures and templates to collect and maintain consistent data and provide hands-on delivery support to project managers
Support the PMO Specialist Manager in monitoring the project portfolio
Provide a SKF IT PMO centre of expertise and tailor consistent standards and procedures, including templates, and guidance in their tailoring across a range of projects
Adapt GPM2 governance and reporting for the relevant projects organisation
Keep up to date with and evaluate the effectiveness of project management tools and techniques that support the development and change-management approach
Coordinate and conduct training to new IT Project Managers for SKF recommended project management tools



Knowledge and experience required
Experience from working in Agile projects in leading roles.
Experience in usage of tools like Jira or similar when running agile projects.
A minimum of 5 years working as a project manager/scrum master/product owner.
Good communication skills, being able to influence and interact at different levels in the projects.
Open, enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive mind and can-do and find a way attitude
GPM2 or Prince2 certified
Good knowledge in Microsoft products e.g. Word, Excel PowerPoint and O365/SharePoint.
Experience and willingness to work in cross-functional and international teams
Fluent in English is a prerequisite.
Knowledge in ServiceNow, PPM and SAP is a merit.

Ditt dagliga arbete 
I rollen som Sales Manager, Lubrication Sales, arbetar du mycket via människor. För att uppnå de högt ställda kraven kommer du att behöva arbeta aktivt med motivering, coachning samt utveckling av dina medarbetare. Som Sales Manager, Lubrication Sales, är du även involverad i att sätta och implementera strategier, affärsplanering samt uppföljning. 


I rollen ingår även att: 
Ha tätt samarbete med hela organisationen för att utveckla affären samt leverera vad som är överenskommet.
Öka fokus på SKF:s serviceförsäljning och Rotating Equipment Performance (REP). genom att ta en aktiv roll i utvecklingen av nya erbjudanden och lösningar tillsammans med övriga teamet.
Vara en aktiv medlem inom den svenska ledningsgruppen.
Bevaka säljresultat för att se till att vi följer de satta mål vi åtagit oss.
Arbeta med att fördela resurser som finns till förfogande för att leverera det som har lovats. 
Säkerställa att säljarna har rätt förutsättningar att uppnå de uppsatta målen, allt enligt de tillämpade teknikerna i Sales Excellence.
Vara delaktig och stödjande i säljarbetet för säljarna ute i fält.
Säkerställa att gemensamt uppsatta KPI:er infrias.



Positionen som Sales Manager, Lubrication Sales, innefattar frekvent resande, framförallt i Sverige men även internationellt.


Vi tror att du som söker har 
Eftergymnasial utbildning inom Engineering/Business Administration eller likvärdig utbildning relevant för tjänsten.
Tidigare erfarenhet från en ledarskapsposition. Du kan påvisa flerårig erfarenhet av ett framgångsrikt ledarskap där du lett din grupp mot uppsatta mål.
Flytande språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska, i såväl tal som skrift
Giltigt B-körkort

Key Tasks

Job requirements

- Configuration of C4C (SAP Sales Cloud) solution using KUT and experience in creation of extension Fields a MUST
- Understanding of C4C (SAP Sales Cloud) Integration (Omnichannel, ECC, others) / Mapping between C4C (SAP Sales Cloud) and ECC/CRM
- Knowledge Hybris E-Commerce/ Marketing is a plus
- Knowledge on Standard APIs exposed by SAP Cloud for Customer
