About the Role
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will own the delivery journey for our European customers, from onboarding to ongoing value creation. You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, coordinating integration projects, managing relationships, and ensuring our services consistently meet or exceed expectations.
Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, while also shaping the processes and frameworks that will scale our delivery capabilities as Eliq continues to expand.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with strong project management and client-facing experience, within SaaS or technology delivery. You should be equally comfortable in technical conversations with IT stakeholders and in strategic discussions with business leaders.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for our clients throughout their lifecycle with Eliq
Lead onboarding and implementation projects, developing project plans and coordinating with both client IT teams and Eliq’s developers.
Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, ensuring SLAs and contractual obligations are consistently met.
Oversee service quality and track key KPIs to drive customer satisfaction and success.
Align Eliq’s services with client business goals, ensuring measurable impact and value creation.
Maintain accurate documentation, tasks, and decisions for seamless stakeholder alignment.
Take ownership of strategic initiatives such as driving user adoption and engagement.
Facilitate and lead technical conversations with client stakeholders across IT and business functions.
Proactively suggest and implement process improvements to increase delivery speed and quality.



Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager and/ or Client-facing Project Manager, driving successful project execution and delivering value to clients.
Highly motivated and you’re a very strong communicator, have a commercial mind-set and enjoy working with people.
Excellent communication skills in English (other European languages may also be of value).
As a person you take responsibility for what you do by being structured and drive your work.
You are solution oriented and work well with complex issues and enjoy working with others.
Technical skills such as or other data processing knowledge desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of the Utility industry is a bonus.
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager for Eliq Intelligence, you'll drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to build best-in-class data-driven products that support our mission: Making sense of energy data.

We’re looking for a technically inclined Product Manager with experience in data-driven products. You should be comfortable digging into documentation, APIs, and data models to map out technical requirements. Experience in the energy industry and hands-on work with analytics, data platforms, or ML-powered products is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
Define & Execute Product Vision: Develop and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for Energy Insights products.

The Role:
As the business is growing quickly in Europe, we are now looking to grow our delivery team who work closely with our European clients.
As a Project Manager, it is your job to ensure clients get seamlessly onboarded to the Eliq platform, become advocates of the solution and ultimately grow their business with Eliq. You’ll be working closely with the customers in mapping out their IT infrastructure and coordinate integration efforts on their side, with those from our in-house developers during implementation projects and stay as the main point of contact for our clients during their lifecycle with Eliq. Manage the implementation process of launching multiple projects at once on the Eliq platform

About the position

As a thriving SaaS startup in the climate tech space, we're on the hunt for a proactive Talent Acquisition & People Operations Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts and foster a vibrant, engaging work culture.
You’ll be Eliq’s first dedicated HR hire, joining a distributed company of 50 people, and working closely with our Office Manager and the company’s leadership team.
Key Responsibilities




Talent Acquisition:
Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Partner with department leads to identify staffing needs, refine job descriptions, and set hiring goals.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline, using a mix of direct sourcing, networking events, and other channels.
Implement and continually improve recruitment processes to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

People Operations:
Drive key people and culture initiatives, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
Design and optimize onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one
Oversee HR-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and processing employee requests.
Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies that support the company's growth and cultural values.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruitment-focused role, preferably within the tech or SaaS sector.
Strong track record of attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
Proficiency in designing and executing efficient onboarding programs.
Solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation
Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to relocate to Gothenburg if currently based elsewhere.

How you will spend your days:
You will join one of our amazing development teams that focuses on helping homeowners to use energy in a smarter way. You will work primarily with backend development, the teams work closely together to specify, build and deliver features and you will also get support from other developers across other teams at Eliq.
In this role you will work on features and projects from start to finished, this includes everything from specifications, building, testing and deploying solutions.
On the backend side we have a microservices architecture hosted in Microsoft Azure and primary coded in C#, on the frontend side we are currently using Angular and a bit of React.

What’s the role like?
As the business is growing quickly in Europe, we are now looking to grow our Project Management team who works closely with our European clients (energy suppliers).
As a Project Manager, it is your job to ensure clients get seamlessly onboarded to the Eliq platform, become advocates of the solution and ultimately grow their business with Eliq. You’ll be working closely with the customers in mapping out their IT infrastructure and coordinating integration efforts on their side, with those from our in-house developers during implementation projects. You’ll also contribute to defining new processes and templates as we endeavour to constantly improve our delivery speed and quality.


Examples of key responsibilities are:
Manage the implementation process of launching multiple projects at once on the Eliq platform
Act as the point person by communicating and coordinating all onboarding activities with the client and providing direction to the internal implementation team
Develops the project plan for each implementation
Lead the testing activities to ensure a flawless execution
Take the lead in technical conversations with key stakeholders from across the client’s organisations
Suggest and implement new processes to improve our delivery time and quality



Requirements:
2+ years of working experience in project management in a similar role,
Highly motivated and you’re a very strong communicator, have a commercial mindset and enjoy working with people,
Excellent communication skills in English (other European languages may also be of value),
As a person, you take responsibility for what you do by being structured and driving your work,
You are solution-oriented and work well with complex issues and enjoy working with others,
Technical skills such as or other data processing knowledge are desirable but not essential
Knowledge of the Utility industry is a bonus
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.



Location:
The role, which reports to the Head of Client Success, can be based at either our Swedish Headquarters in Gothenburg, at our London Office or at our office in Vilnius.
We embrace a hybrid working approach where we enjoy spending time with our colleagues at the office but sometimes work from home, or somewhere else with great wi-fi!
Occasional travel may be required around Europe

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Our growing backend team is responsible for developing and maintaining our modern cloud platform, this includes API development, integrations, analytics, and big data architecture. You will work in different languages but the main technology will be .NET. You will typically start out within one area but as you grow your competence you are encouraged to work across our entire platform using different technologies.
Eliq is an agile company where the process from idea to implementation is short and you will work closely together with our talent developers and designer.
