The Movement enabler team handles driving of the car with its own propulsive torque. We are responsible for authorizing start attempt and making sure that all the pre-requisites to enter drive are fulfilled. 
What you'll do
As a test engineer you will be responsible for test activates in the team. Responsible for creating test cases, executing them in different environments based on the need of the test case, making test reports. Test Engineer is responsible to test a change or a new development and shall have the skills to debug faults. 
 
You will work closely with developers and designers to plan the test cases and testing. You will be responsible to fault trace if the system misbehaves and to find the root cause of the issue. You will also take active part in design reviews and failure analysis to judge the design change from a tester perspective.

The department Traction Battery Software & ECU Platform is responsible for the development of major parts of hybrid and electric vehicle systems at Volvo Cars. We are currently deepening our in-house development of key software components of the traction battery management system. Traction batteries are complex systems containing hundreds of battery cells together with a thermal conditioning system which needs to be monitored and controlled. To operate the battery in a safe and optimal way, it is important to implement requirements into software in line with the design and architectural boundaries.

As a Software engineer in one of these teams, your work will be very varied as you will work with architects and attribution leaders to define and understand the right requirements, as well as implementation and testing of the in-house developed application software. This is why we are looking for a person who is outgoing and flexible, strives in complex setups and has seen Simulink / ADK and Carweaver before. At the same time experience in all kinds of testing tools is beneficial, e.g. INCA, DSA, CANanalyzer.

Underhållsorganisationen - Casting/Machining rekryterar nu Underhållstekniker. Allt kommer att utföras med underhållsprocesserna enligt Value Driven Maintenance som byggstenar och baseras på den samlade underhållserfarenheten, den nya tekniken och inte minst din personliga profil.

Du erbjuds att vara med på en spännande resa under en uppbyggnadsfas där tyngdpunkten ligger på utveckling av din egen samt dina kollegors kompetens inom verksamhetsområdena. Du kommer att delta i utrustningsprojektet olika faser där du kommer att få utbildning, både praktisk och teoretisk. Tillsammans med produktion och teknikorganisationen, manufacturing engineering (ME) samt de valda leverantörerna skapar vi tillsammans en ny fabrik.

Tjänsten är förlagd på 4-skift.

Vad kommer du att utföra?

För att denna typ av tillverkningsprocess ska fungera så krävs ett gränsöverskridande och prestigelöst samarbete med deltagare i såväl projektet som i en framtida produktion och teknikorganisation. Gjuteriprocessen är högautomatiserad och består av tre delar, smältning, gjutning samt bearbetning. Tillsammans med teamet kommer du att säkerställa att produktionen flyter på som den ska genom att tex. övervaka maskiner och se till att färdiga produkter möter gällande kvalitetskrav.

Underhållstekniker arbetar med att säkerställa produktionsutrustningens tekniska tillgänglighet genom utförande av avhjälpande och förebyggande underhåll inom el/styr respektive det mekaniska området. Du kommer även att arbeta med funktionstest/inspektionsuppdrag avseende ny produktionsutrustning samt utredningsuppdrag avseende tekniska störningar. Det kan även förekomma vissa mindre ombyggnads och förbättringsarbeten i våra produktionsutrustningar.

Senior Risk and Constraints Manager is a global and dynamic organization, managing and coordinate supplier issues in order to support Volvo Cars deliverables according to the yearly VCC business plan.

* Proactively identify, manage, and report supply chain risks and constraints across programs, projects, and running production

What you'll do


The Conveyor Technical Expert is responsible for leading equipment package deliveries within an international, cross-functional environment and ensuring robust development and installation of conveyor technologies (including AGV and AMR) in Final Assembly. The role requires strong program leadership, deep technical competence, and extensive understanding of VCC sourcing processes, equipment standards, and supplier management. The position also requires the flexibility and willingness to travel as needed to support global project activities and supplier engagements.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead equipment package development and execution in global and multicultural settings.
* Drive the installation and sourcing plan, validation, and performance optimization of conveyor technology (incl. AGV, AMR) package.
* Ensure alignment with project milestones, technical requirements, commercial agreements, and plant-specific needs.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across all stakeholders and customers (e.g. PM, Commodity ME, Engineering, IDP, Suppliers, and plant, etc.).
* Develop and maintain detailed installation and sourcing time plans, ensuring all equipment deliverables meet program gates.
* Solid understanding of commercial agreements, including their structure, obligations, and practical application.
* Lead supplier management activities, including performance tracking, risk assessments, escalation handling, and issue resolution.
* Oversee and secure adherence to the Buy-Off Book and ensure all acceptance criteria are fulfilled.
* Act as the package leader and navigate the organizational network and program structure to drive results.
* Ensure alignment between equipment design, product and process requirements, and commodity strategies.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to secure manufacturability and technical feasibility of new concepts.
* Apply strong equipment knowledge to ensure conveyor systems (incl. AGV, AMR) are designed for specific manufacturing conditions.
* Perform and validate lead time evaluations, cost estimation, and technical feasibility studies.
* Ensure compliance with Volvo Standards, plant-specific requirements, and benchmarking best practices.
* Serve as a subject matter expert supporting troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and innovation.


What you'll bring

* Extensive technical experience in Conveyor technologies (AGV, AMR), including specification, design, and industrialization.
* More than 15 years of equipment engineering experience, with at least 10 years specializing in conveyor systems.
* Demonstrated international experience as an equipment package leader or in a comparable technical leadership role.
* Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
* Solid understanding of commercial agreements, purchasing processes, and supplier management.
* Experience leading supplier escalations and technical issue resolution.
* Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence across networks and program structures.
* Strong technical background within the relevant competence area.
* Understanding of Volvo Standards, plant-specific requirements, and benchmarking practices.

Vad erbjuder vi?

Produktionen på Torslandafabriken är uppdelad i tre områden: kaross-, måleri- och monteringsfabrik. 
Just nu genomför vi stora investeringar i Monteringsfabriken som byggs om i sektioner vilka tas i drift löpande under de kommande åren. 
Detta skapar en intressant och spännande arbetsplats med stora tekniksprång som kräver kunniga och engagerade Underhållstekniker.
Därför söker vi nu Underhållstekniker inom områden som El, automation och PLC mm.

Som Underhållstekniker arbetar du med att säkerställa produktionsutrustningens tekniska driftsäkerhet genom utförande av avhjälpande och förebyggande underhåll. I uppgiften ingår också utredningsuppdrag avseende tekniska störningar samt att genomföra ombyggnads- och förbättringsarbeten i produktionsutrustningar. Arbetet bedrivs i nära samarbete med produktion samt i ett flertal nätverk med olika organisationer och leverantörer.
Den högautomatiserade produktionsutrustningen i monteringsfabriken består av PLC-system, robotar, transportsystem, dragare och produktanpassad mekanik. Då systemintegrationen är hög, kommer du som Underhållstekniker att arbeta i många olika typer av produktionsutrustningar.
Monteringens underhållsavdelning består av runt 100 personer uppdelat på olika roller och skift, där Underhållstekniker ansvar för drift och underhåll av fabriken. Här arbetar även ingenjörer, planeringsavdelning samt driftövervakning. Alla dessa roller samarbetar i olika forum och team för att driva utveckling och resultat framåt.

Du och dina kunskaper

Vi vill att du har gymnasieutbildning inriktad mot industriautomation/El-styr och teoretisk el-kompetens (motsvarande allmän behörighet). 
Du har också praktisk erfarenhet från underhållsarbete inom el/IT, industriautomation och/eller verkstadsarbeten.
Arbetet kräver B-körkort, goda kunskaper i engelska och god PC-vana inom både mjukvaru- och hårdvaruområdet. Har du kunskap/erfarenhet inom PLC- och robotprogrammering samt underhållssystemet Maximo ser vi det som meriterande. Även kunskaper kring produktions – och underhållsprocesser samt VCMS är något vi värdesätter högt.

Som Lagledare hos oss kommer du att vara den som coachar, inspirerar och leder laget mot uppsatta mål inom QDFIPS och du kommer även coacha lagmedlemmarna i VCMS-arbetet samt i RTM-tänket. Du kommer att skapa och tar fram instruktioner (OIS/WES) tillsammans med laget samt säkrar att de följs (QPS/CSA). Dagligen kommer du att följa upp att teamet håller uppsatta mål. Du förbereder, planerar & fördelar det dagliga arbetet.

Du kommer leda och aktivt delta i förbättringsarbeten och även delta vid Kaizen och M3MU event, därför behöver du kunna arbeta med problemlösning på att strukturerat sätt.

Denna tjänst är förlagd på dag/kväll. Fram till produktionsstart kommer du att arbeta i projektfas under dagtid. 



Kvalifikationer och personliga egenskaper

Vi tror att du har en gymnasieutbildning i botten med minst godkänt i i Svenska 1/A, Matematik 1/A, Engelska 5/A och Samhällskunskap 1/A. Du har även goda kunskaper inom VCMS. Vidare tror vi att du har god kunskap om säkerheten inom arbetsområdet och följer givna direktiv. Har du dessutom tidigare ledarerfarenheter är dessa meriterande för rollen.

Underhållsorganisationen - Casting/Machining rekryterar nu Underhållstekniker. Allt kommer att utföras med underhållsprocesserna enligt Value Driven Maintenance som byggstenar och baseras på den samlade underhållserfarenheten, den nya tekniken och inte minst din personliga profil.

Du erbjuds att vara med på en spännande resa under en uppbyggnadsfas där tyngdpunkten ligger på utveckling av din egen samt dina kollegors kompetens inom verksamhetsområdena. Du kommer att delta i utrustningsprojektet olika faser där du kommer att få utbildning, både praktisk och teoretisk. Tillsammans med produktion och teknikorganisationen, manufacturing engineering (ME) samt de valda leverantörerna skapar vi tillsammans en ny fabrik.

Tjänsten är förlagd på 4-skift.

Vad kommer du att utföra?

För att denna typ av tillverkningsprocess ska fungera så krävs ett gränsöverskridande och prestigelöst samarbete med deltagare i såväl projektet som i en framtida produktion och teknikorganisation. Gjuteriprocessen är högautomatiserad och består av tre delar, smältning, gjutning samt bearbetning. Tillsammans med teamet kommer du att säkerställa att produktionen flyter på som den ska genom att tex. övervaka maskiner och se till att färdiga produkter möter gällande kvalitetskrav.

Underhållstekniker arbetar med att säkerställa produktionsutrustningens tekniska tillgänglighet genom utförande av avhjälpande och förebyggande underhåll inom el/styr respektive det mekaniska området. Du kommer även att arbeta med funktionstest/inspektionsuppdrag avseende ny produktionsutrustning samt utredningsuppdrag avseende tekniska störningar. Det kan även förekomma vissa mindre ombyggnads och förbättringsarbeten i våra produktionsutrustningar.

Du och dina färdigheter

Krav för tjänsten:
* El-kompetens. Auktorisation lågspänning (AL)" enligt Bilaga 1 i ELSÄK-FS 2017:4 alternativt 2-årigt El-tekniskt gymnasium eller motsvarande
* PLC – Siemens TIA portal
* Praktisk erfarenhet från automatiserade produktionsprocesser
* B-körkort

Meriterande:

På Torslandafabriken pågår just nu uppbyggnaden av en toppmodern batterimontering som planeras stå klar i början av 2026. Det innebär en unik möjlighet att vara med från start och arbeta med drift, underhåll och utveckling av fastighetens tekniska system i en helt ny anläggning.

Som fastighetstekniker/underhållstekniker blir du en nyckelperson i att säkerställa att fastigheten och dess installationer fungerar optimalt – både under uppbyggnadsfasen och i full drift. Arbetet är varierande och sker i nära samarbete med både interna funktioner och externa leverantörer. Inledningsvis är arbetstiden förlagd till dagtid, men kan över tid övergå till skiftarbete beroende på verksamhetens behov.

Arbetsuppgifter och ansvar

Dina arbetsuppgifter
I rollen som fastighetstekniker/underhållstekniker ansvarar du för drift, tillsyn och underhåll av fastighetens tekniska system, både förebyggande och avhjälpande. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

· Drift och underhåll av fastighetstekniska system såsom:
· El
· Ventilation, värme och kyla
· Tryckluft, vatten
· Portar
· Felsökning och åtgärd av tekniska störningar i fastigheten
· Medverkan vid installation, driftsättning och optimering av nya system
· Samarbete med entreprenörer och leverantörer
· Dokumentation och uppföljning i underhållssystem
· Aktivt arbete med säkerhet, arbetsmiljö och energieffektivisering

Du kommer att arbeta i en högteknologisk industrimiljö där tillgänglighet, säkerhet och kvalitet är i fokus.

Kvalifikationer och personliga egenskaper


Vi söker dig som har:
· Gymnasieutbildning inom fastighetsteknik, el, VVS, energi eller motsvarande
· Praktisk erfarenhet av fastighetsdrift eller tekniskt underhåll
· God teknisk förståelse och vana att arbeta med felsökning
· B-körkort samt goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska

Meriterande är:
· El-behörighet eller motsvarande el-kompetens
· Erfarenhet av styr- och reglersystem (BMS/SCADA/KEYLOGIC)
· Erfarenhet av underhållssystem, exempelvis Maxim

Vad vi erbjuder

Torslanda Batterifabrik är vårt senaste tillskott på VCT där vi kommer tillverka nästkommande generation av plattformen hel elektriska SPA3 batterier och vårt uppdrag är att tillhandahålla problemfri användning för konsumenterna genom att skapa maximalt värde genom hela batteriets livscykel.  

Som Heavy Repair Operatör på Torslanda Batterifabrik kommer du att spela en central roll i omställningen till elektrifiering. Du kommer att arbeta med högspänningsbatterier för fullelektriska batteripack, där ditt fokus ligger på felsökning, analys, reparation och komplettering av batteripack. I våra förserie faser kommer vi att testa vår process och produkt för att optimera och förbättra där en Heavy Repair Operatör kommer vara med under resan och bidra med sin kunskap och erfarenhet.

Arbetsuppgifter och ansvar

I rollen som Heavy Repair Operatör kommer du att vara ansvarig för att reparera och åter tillverka batterier enligt instruktioner, samt felsöka, analysera, rengöra och reparera batterierna. Planerat underhåll och 5S utförs regelbundet, och störningar löses för att minimera konsekvenserna av fel. Aktivt deltagande i analyser för att identifiera rotorsaker och hitta permanenta lösningar är en viktig del av rollen. Förbättringsförslag skapas och genomförs löpande.

Utöver ovan kommer du även att:

* Utföra administrativa uppgifter relaterade till analys, reparation och tillhörande återkoppling.
* Ansvara för att underhållsuppgifterna utförs i tid och med hög kvalitet.
* Delta aktivt i störningsanalyser.
* Ansvara för korrekt rapportering, administration och dokumentation.
* Analysera återkommande fel och orsaker i utrustningen.


Kvalifikationer och personliga egenskaper

Vi ser att du har gymnasiekompetens, där yrkesutbildning inom fordonsteknik eller elektronik är meriterande. Du bör ha flera års erfarenhet inom relevant område, såsom mekaniker eller tekniker, och goda tekniska kunskaper i HV-batteripack är en fördel. Starka praktiska färdigheter och erfarenhet av att hantera maskiner och verktyg är nödvändiga. Du behöver även ha goda PC-kunskaper.

Arbetsuppgifter och ansvar

Som kvalitetssäkringsansvarig kommer du att utföra regelbundna kvalitetskontroller och tester i labbet för att säkerställa noggrannhet i resultaten. Du kommer även identifiera, dokumentera och hantera avvikelser från kvalitetsstandarder samt implementera och följa upp korrigerande åtgärder för att rätta till identifierade problem.

Vad kommer du att utföra?

Casting - Gjuteriprocessen är högautomatiserad och består av smältning och gjutning. Tillsammans med teamet kommer du att säkerställa att produktionen i gjuteriet flyter på som den ska genom att t.ex. rengöra smälta, övervaka maskiner och se till att färdiga produkter möter gällande kvalitetskrav.

Då produktionsorganisationen under uppstartsfasen är liten så kommer alla inom organisationen att behöva lära sig så mycket som möjligt inom respektive verksamhetsområde. Du kommer därför att erbjudas en utvecklingsplan där du breddar din kompetens inom bl a. kvalitet, säkerhet, miljö etc. Detta kommer att vara en av organisationens framgångsfaktorer.
Under projektfasen kommer det vara dagskift men vissa utbildningsperioder kan komma att ske på andra skift så flexibilitet mellan skift är ett krav.

Vad erbjuder vi?

Målerifabriken (TB) är uppdelad i två naturliga produktionsområden: Förbehandling och Efterbehandling. Här arbetar över 600 medarbetare i ett treskiftssystem.

Vår produktionsutrustning är högautomatiserad och inkluderar PLC-system, robotar, utrustning för tätningsapplicering, målning, transportsystem och produktanpassad mekanik. Som Underhållsingenjör kommer du att säkerställa driftsäkerheten genom att revidera och utveckla underhållsplaner för produktionsutrustningen. At Vehicle Engineering we are little over 2000 colleagues working together on chassi, interior, climate, body and exterior functions, mechanical Integration and a range of vehicle attributes with impact on design and customer experience of our complete product.

Software is a big part of our product development which requires us at Software Factory & Release to lead the software development framework to ensure fast and quality assured integration and release of software products for Vehicle Engineering.

You will be part of the newly established HIL Infrastructure & Operations group consisting of Software Engineering Analysts and Test Engineers developing software test frameworks and test environments such as HIL (Hardware-In-Loop) rigs and test vehicles. We also triage and nurse the software automation flows as part of our daily operation.

The group consists of four areas: HIL Development, HIL Operations, Fleet Operations and Triage & Nursing. You will be part of the HIL Operations team where you will lead the team and report to the Engineering Manager of the group. Som Underhållsingenjör hos oss kommer du vara en viktig kugge i att förvalta & hålla hög tillgänglighet i TC produktionsutrustningar. Detta betyder att du kommer samla in drift-relaterade uppgifter och utifrån data & analyser säkerställa maskinernas prestanda & även utveckla utrustningarna mot morgondagens teknik. Du kommer att jobba med både förebyggande underhåll (FU) som optimerar utrustningen utifrån resurs/tillgänglighet och avhjälpande underhåll där du tar fram felsökningsdokument och reparationsdokument. Uppdatering av all dokumentation sker även löpande då det behövs. Vid behov kommer du ihop med arbetsledning/planering prioritera och optimera underhållsaktiviteter/resurser.

I rollen ansvarar du för den tekniska delen i serviceavtal vid upphandling tillsammans med inköp och att utvärdera de leverantörer som underhåll använder sig av. Du kommer inom ditt fabriksområde också ansvara för att utrustningsstruktur är uppdaterad i Maximo systemet, bereda, lägga upp och skrota reservdelar ur förrådet samt att det finns en ersättningsinvesteringsplan för området. Du kommer se till att underhålls intressen tillvaratas i projekt, ditt bidrag är att fokusera på exempelvis reservdelar, förebyggande underhåll, dokumentation och underhållsutbildning. Som Underhållstekniker arbetar du med att säkerställa produktionsutrustningens tekniska driftsäkerhet genom utförande av avhjälpande och förebyggande underhåll. I uppgiften ingår också utredningsuppdrag avseende tekniska störningar samt att genomföra ombyggnads- och förbättringsarbeten i produktionsutrustningar. Den högautomatiserade produktionsutrustningen i monteringsfabriken består av PLC-system, robotar, transportsystem, dragare och produktanpassad mekanik. Då systemintegrationen är hög, kommer du som Underhållstekniker att arbeta i många olika typer av produktionsutrustningar.

Du och dina kunskaper

Vi vill att du har lägst gymnasieutbildning inriktad mot industriautomation/El-styr/PLC programmering/Robot styrning alternativt mekanik/hydraulik/pneumatik och teoretisk el-kompetens (motsvarande allmän behörighet).

You should have a proven track record of full value flow in machine learning systems, proven experience in building and scaling operational Machine Learning systems and  proven experience in machine learning methodology evaluation used in deployments. What you'll do

The Program Lead is responsible for driving strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to Volvo Cars’ engineering frameworks and compliance standards. This role bridges business objectives with operational execution, enabling flow, speed, and quality across the lifecycle of product and process development.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Ownership & Execution
* Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams and ARTs (Agile Release Trains)
* Define scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations

Stakeholder Engagement
* Establish and maintain formal networks across Units, Departments, and Operational Leads
* Anchor improvements and decisions with relevant stakeholders and sponsors

Process & Compliance
* Ensure adherence to Volvo’s Information Management Directive and PMTI (Process, Methods, Tools, and Information) standards
* Align program processes with related methods to increase efficiency and compliance

Continuous Improvement
* Drive development of definitions for product deliverables and information model elements
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance program performance and user experience

Training & Deployment Support
* Support deployment activities and training initiatives across global sites
* Ensure local contacts are appointed for cross-site coordination when needed


What you'll bring

You would carry a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. You should bring a minimum 5–10 years of experience in software development, preferably in automotive or tech industries. You would have strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe, and product lifecycle management as well as experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Volvo’s internal systems (e.g., BMS, EF Master List).

You bring strategic thinking and problem-solving along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder landscapes. You will have familiarity with compliance frameworks and data governance.

Vilka är vi?

Monteringens underhållsavdelning består av runt 90 personer uppdelat på olika roller och skift.
Till största delen består dessa av tekniker med direkt ansvar för driften och underhållet av fabriken. Till detta kommer även ingenjörer, planeringsavdelning samt driftövervakning. Alla dessa roller arbetar tillsammans i olika forum och team för att driva utveckling och resultat framåt.

Vad erbjuder vi?

Produktionen på Torslandafabriken är uppdelad i tre områden: kaross-, måleri- och monteringsfabrik. Just nu genomför vi stora investeringar i Monteringsfabriken som byggs om i sektioner vilka tas i drift löpande under de kommande åren. Detta skapar en intressant och spännande arbetsplats med stora tekniksprång som kräver kunniga och engagerade Underhållstekniker. Därför söker vi nu Underhållstekniker inom områden som El, automation och PLC.

Som Underhållstekniker arbetar du med att säkerställa produktionsutrustningens tekniska driftsäkerhet genom utförande av avhjälpande och förebyggande underhåll. I uppgiften ingår också utredningsuppdrag avseende tekniska störningar samt att genomföra ombyggnads- och förbättringsarbeten i produktionsutrustningar. Arbetet bedrivs i nära samarbete med produktion samt i ett flertal nätverk med olika organisationer och leverantörer.
Den högautomatiserade produktionsutrustningen i monteringsfabriken består av PLC-system, robotar, transportsystem, dragare och produktanpassad mekanik. Då systemintegrationen är hög, kommer du som Underhållstekniker att arbeta i många olika typer av produktionsutrustningar.

Vem är du?

Vi vill att du har gymnasieutbildning inriktad mot industriautomation/El-styr och teoretisk el-kompetens (motsvarande allmän behörighet). 
Du har också praktisk erfarenhet från underhållsarbete inom el/IT, industriautomation och/eller verkstadsarbeten.

Arbetet kräver B-körkort, goda kunskaper i engelska och god PC-vana inom både mjukvaru- och hårdvaruområdet. Har du kunskap/erfarenhet inom PLC- och robotprogrammering samt underhållssystemet Maximo ser vi det som meriterande. Även kunskaper kring produktions – och underhållsprocesser samt VCMS är något vi värdesätter högt. 
Tjänsten är förlagd på 4-skift.
