About us At Human centered AI we conduct applied research with the aim of addressing challenges in society and the transport sector. The unit works in a truly interdisciplinary way, where behavioral science and ethics meet cutting?edge expertise in AI and technology. Our applied research employs various methodologies and is carried out in close collaboration with stakeholders in the public sector, academia and industry.
The unit addresses three key areas of expertise: • Human–AI Interaction (HMI) • Data Analytics and Explainable AI (XAI) • Safety and cybersecurity in AI?based Systems
The role In this position you will strengthen both the internal RISE network of AI experts and contribute to establishing RISE as a renowned Machine Learning, Deep learning and AI innovation partner for the industry and public agencies.
With this position, we aim to strengthen our capacity to explore how humans and technology (AI-based) can collaborate even better in future transport scenarios and in society. You will lead out projects with other team members and cooperate closely with industrial and academic partners. You will take a lead in applying for national and international project funding.
Location is Gothenburg and we follow a hybrid work model that allows you to split your working time between the office and your home workspace.

About this opportunity:
We invite applications for an industrial PhD (iPhD) position at Ericsson Research in Gothenburg, Sweden, performed in collaboration with Chalmers University of Technology. The position is a permanent employment with Ericsson. As an industrial PhD (iPhD) you will be employed by Ericsson while also enrolled in the doctoral programme in Electrical Engineering at Chalmers to carry out a research project leading to a doctoral degree. The doctoral studies typically take about 4–5 years. During this period you will work as an iPhD within the Chalmers doctoral school while remaining continuously employed by Ericsson. After successful completion of the doctorate you will continue working at Ericsson Research as a Researcher — your employment with Ericsson continues without interruption.

What you will do:
Ericsson Research develops and evaluates new concepts and standards for future mobile communications. This project explores using a Radio Digital Twin (RDT) to improve spectrum sensing and enable dynamic spectrum sharing for 6G and future networks. The RDT will model radio propagation and spectrum usage in a given area by combining integrated sensing and communications (ISAC) data from infrastructure and devices.
The goal is to develop methods that efficiently share spectrum while protecting incumbents such as satellites, LEO constellations, fixed links, automotive radar, and Earth observation stations, using techniques from signal processing, communications theory, optimization, and AI. You will join the Wireless Systems team, supervised academically and industrially. As an iPhD candidate you will typically spend around three years on independent research and approximately one year completing doctoral coursework, with teaching duties limited to about 10% of your time. Research outcomes are expected to be published in peer-reviewed venues, and successful completion of the doctoral degree leads to continuation as a researcher at Ericsson Research. I tarmarna återfinns kroppens största ansamlingar av både bakterier och immunceller. Samspelet mellan bakterier och immunceller i tarmen kan därför ha stor betydelse för uppkomsten av inflammation och därmed påverka risken för sjukdomar inom och utanför tarmen. Ett skyddande lager av slem (mukus) i tjocktarmen skiljer bakterier och immunceller åt och förhindrar därmed inflammation. Mukus utgör dock även en källa till näring och energi för vissa bakterier. Preliminära, experimentella studier har visat att bakteriell nedbrytning av mukus i tarmen ökar vid ett lågt fiberintag. Vi vill här kartlägga sambandet mellan fiberintag, nedbrytning av mukus och tarmslemhinnans genomsläpplighet för bakterier, virus och bakteriofager. Vi kommer även att studera immunsvaret lokalt och systemiskt, samt inverkan på metabola faktorer. Ett långsiktigt mål med forskningen är att hitta strategier för att förebygga magtarmsjukdomar och hjärtkärlsjukdom genom specifika kostråd och skräddarsydda fibertillskott, som främjar en gynnsam bakteriesammansättning, en optimal barriärfunktion i tarmslemhinnan och en god hälsa.

Arbetsuppgifter 
Som biträdande forskare kommer du att arbeta med preparation och analys av tarmbiopsier och serumprover för att studera kopplingen mellan lokala och systemiska inflammatoriska processer, tarmmikrobiotans metabolism, och mukusbarriärens integritet. Metoder som immunohistokemi och flödescytometri kommer att användas. Övriga arbetsuppgifter som kan bli aktuella är odling av anaeroba bakterier för validering in vitro, att testa hypoteser i djurmodeller samt att, under handledning, analysera data från metagenomisk sekvensering med programmeringsspråket R.

Var med och utveckla nya verktyg för korrekta designtekniker för autonoma system i SynTM forskningsprojekt
Denna tjänst är en del av ett anslag, kallat SynTM (från Vetenskapsrådet), om automatisk syntes av program för autonoma system. Tidiga resultat har presenterats vid forskningsinstitut som AAMAS, ACC, JAAMAS etc. Vårt mål är att bygga korrekta designbaserade tekniker för autonoma system.

Du kommer att arbeta med Dr. Yehia Abd Alrahman (PI) och hans postdoktor Dr. Adina Aniculaesei. Du kommer att ha möjlighet att testa dina verktyg på verkliga robotar.
Vår forskning involverar utveckling av tekniker för formell verifiering av autonoma system, t.ex. regulatorsyntes, planering, körtidsverifiering, modellkontroll etc. Dessutom är vi öppna för tekniker som utnyttjar användningen av formell verifiering inom maskininlärning.

För närvarande utvecklar vi aktivt specialiserade verktyg för omkonfigurerbara parallella system (ReCiPe- formalismen, R-CHECK Model-Checker och SynTM -syntesmotorn ). Du förväntas utveckla verktyg i det robotstyrda operativsystemet ROS2, för att utveckla fallstudier som visar verktygens praktiska inverkan. Det kan dock finnas möjligheter att bredda verksamhetens räckvidd baserat på gemensamma intressen.

Arbetsuppgifter 
Den sökande förväntas utveckla verktyg i operativsystemet ROS2. Den sökande bör kunna arbeta både självständigt och som en del av ett team med programmeringsrelaterade uppgifter i linje med projektets mål, och kommunicera resultaten muntligt och skriftligt.

Kvalifikationer 
För att vara behörig att anställas som biträdande forskare krävs att den sökande har en kandidatexamen inom ett relevant område, till exempel datavetenskap eller reglerteknik, eller en utländsk examen som bedöms motsvara en kandidatexamen. Detta behörighetskrav måste vara uppfyllt innan anställningsbeslut fattas.

Konkurrenskraftiga kandidater förväntas ha gedigen erfarenhet av att arbeta med:


• ROS2-utveckling, Python-programmering.
• Kunskap om verifiering och modellgranskning är meriterande men inte ett krav.

Arbetsuppgifter
Den resurs som vi söker i form av en forskare kommer att bedriva forskning inom projektet ”How does business analytics produce value: Analyzing regimes of organizing” (finansieras av Marianne och Marcus Wallenebergs Stiftelse) i nära samarbete med professor Rikard Lindgren och gästprofessor Ulrike Schultze. Med fokus på värdeskapande och datadriven innovation inbegriper arbetet två specifika uppgifter: 1) Analyser av enskilda fallstudier men också jämförande analyser mellan firmor och verksamheter. Dessa analyser medför en hel del interaktioner och utbyten med projektets samarbetspartners. En förhoppning är att den sökande kan komplettera redan pågående empiriskt arbete med åtminstone ytterligare en fallstudie, vilket skapar intressanta förutsättningar för att både fördjupa och bredda projektets resultat. 2) Utveckling och implementering av AI-baserade matchningssystem för framtidens datadrivna managering av medarbetare och deras kompetenser. Arbetet omfattar analys och design av digitala processer som integrerar både intern och extern data för att förbättra HR (human resources)-strategier och möjliggöra digital transformation av organisationer och verksamheter. Den övergripande målsättningen är att åstadkomma resultat med hög relevans men som samtidigt är tillräckligt konceptuellt intressanta för att möjliggöra den slags teoriutveckling som krävs för publicering i välrenommerad tidskrifter inom informationssystem.



Kvalifikationer

Institutionen för data- och informationsteknik söker en forskare. Anställningen är placerad vid avdelningen för Interaktionsdesign och Software Engineering vid institutionen, med Göteborgs universitet som arbetsgivare.

Idag är AI-ingenjörer och trafiksäkerhetsexperter beroende av datadrivna ingenjörsprocesser för utveckling och bedömning av avancerade förarassistanssystem (ADAS) eller komponenter i automatiserade körsystem (ADS). Att effektivt förstå befintlig information och på ett tillförlitligt sätt identifiera saknade värden i en datamängd är dock avgörande eftersom AI/ML-aktiverade tillvägagångssätt i allt högre grad utforskas även för säkerhetskritiska komponenter som perceptionssystem.

Arbetsuppgifter 
Arbetet i projektet består till 80% av forskning och 20% undervisning inom området mjukvara.

I detta projekt syftar vi till att bedriva forskning inom området beräkningseffektiv informationsinhämtning baserad (till exempel baserad på fyllande kurvor för dimensionalitetsreduktion) på stora språkmodeller (LLM) och grundmodeller (FM) för att stödja den systematiska analysen av fordonsdatauppsättningar. Forskningsuppgifterna i detta projekt är kopplade till detta mål och består av att granska relaterad litteratur och genomföra experiment med datauppsättning(ar) och tillvägagångssätt/algoritmer inom området AI/ML och LLM/FM.

Undervisningsdelen består av föreläsningar, handledning av övningar, handledning av kandidat- och masteruppsatser under högst 20 % av heltid.

Kvalifikationer 
Krav för tjänsten är en doktorsexamen i programvaruteknik eller datavetenskap eller ett relaterat område.

Kandidaten behöver ha:


• Grundläggande kunskap om tillämpad AI/ML,
• Grundläggande kunskap om MLOps (datateknik (förberedelse, rengöring, märkning, …), ML-träning och justering, implementering och övervakning av ML-modeller,
• Erfarenhet av att planera, genomföra och analysera forskning inom tillämpad informationsteknologi, datavetenskap och programvaruteknik genom att använda till exempel Action Research och Design Science.


Dessutom är följande meriterande:


• Goda programmeringskunskaper (Python, C++, Go) och erfarenhet av Linux,
• Erfarenhet av att arbeta med tidsseriedata, helst från fordonsdomänen (fordonsrörelse, video, lidar, radar),
• Erfarenhet av rymdfyllande kurvor,
• Publicerade artiklar i välrenommerade konferenser och/eller tidskrifter,
• Erfarenhet av självgående forskning inom fordonsindustrin,
• Undervisningserfarenhet, och
• Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska

What you´ll do

What skills you bring

Ditt uppdrag


Vi söker nu en erfaren och engagerad BI-utvecklare med placering på avdelningen för data och analys, enheten för regional vårdanalys. Du kommer primärt att arbeta med data inom läkemedelsområdet och vara en av våra experter på området i syfte att utveckla och underhålla BI-lösningar för att ge vården och Västra Götalandsregionen bättre beslutsunderlag. Kännedom om läkemedelsområdet är därför meriterande för tjänsten. Du kommer att vara en aktiv part inom ett område som växer i betydelse inom Västra Götalandsregionen

På enheten kommer du att vara en del av teamet som arbetar med visningsytor och analys. Det är ett team som fokuserar på:

att skapa beslutsunderlag via insiktsfulla rapporter och indikatorer för uppföljning.
analysera data från olika källor.
optimering, underhåll och uppdatering av befintliga BI-rapporter.

Du kommer att arbeta nära andra förvaltningar, avdelningar och staber för att förstå deras behov och krav på rapportering och analys.

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du:

Ha en relevant akademisk utbildning gärna med inriktning på Business Intelligence.
2-3 års erfarenhet av arbete med visualiserings verktyg och att utveckla BI-lösningar i Power BI.
Goda kunskaper i , meriterande med R, Python, Tabular Editor, Visual Studio eller Denodo.
Kunskap inom läkemedel eller läkemedelsdata meriterande. Det är en fördel om du även har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete med data kring hälso- och sjukvård.
Erfarenhet av att arbeta med storytelling.
Ha goda kunskaper i svenska.
Besitta goda kunskaper i Office 365 och dess olika funktioner.

Join AstraZeneca's R&D Data Office, an industry-leading enabler of data and AI strategy. As the Product Manager for one of our in-house built Discovery & Exploration Platforms (AZ Clinical Trials), you will be responsible for setting and driving the vision and strategy for products within their scope. The Wallenberg Center for Quantum Technology – WACQT – is a 12-year initiative, that started in 2018. The goals of the center are to advance Swedish academia and industry to the forefront of quantum technology, and to build a Swedish quantum computer. The position is at the Quantum Technology Laboratory (QTL) at the Department of Microtechnology and Nanoscience (MC2). QTL conducts research within the field of quantum technology, focusing on quantum computing, quantum sensing, quantum transduction, quantum thermodynamics, and quantum foundations. MC2 conducts basic and applied research into future electronics, photonics, bio and nano systems.

The position has two parts: improving analysis and handling of large amounts of data, including the use of machine learning techniques, and helping in developing our project management in the center.

VTI, Statens väg- och transportforskningsinstitut, är en uppdragsmyndighet som bedriver tillämpad forskning och kvalificerade utredningar inom transportområdet. Vi är cirka 240 medarbetare och har en årlig omsättning på omkring 280 miljoner kronor. Om rollen

Som forskare på DOU förväntas du stärka upp enhetens arbete med att bearbeta och analysera stora datamängder och att utveckla arbetet kring den forskning som rör vår nya avancerade mätbil och de data som samlas in med hjälp av den. Du kommer att vara i framkant av teknikutvecklingen och utveckla metodik för att analysera och visualisera data från mätbilen och andra datakällor för att förstå väginfrastrukturen. Du kommer att bidra till att möta (klimat)utmaningar inom transportinfrastrukturen. Med hjälp av den senaste tekniken för vägytemätning kommer du att vara en del av lösningen för en mer hållbar framtid.

Ämnesbeskrivning 
Moderna mjukvarusystem blir alltmer uppkopplade, vilket möjliggör smartare och bättre produkter. Inom fordonsindustri sker uppkopplingen på flera plan – mellan fordon, mellan fordon och infrastruktur och mellan fordon och dess tillverkare. Autonoma bilar och over-the-air uppdatering av fordons mjukvara är bara två exempel på avancerade funktioner som är möjliga tack vare den uppkopplingen. Samtidigt finns det ett flertal risker med uppkopplade fordon, bl a inom området cybersäkerhet.

Vårt projekt adresserar utmaningar som uppkopplade system medför utifrån mjukvarans säkerhet. Projektet syftar till att utforska och utveckla mjukvarumekanismer som öppnar upp fordon och infrastruktur för uppkoppling på ett säkert sätt. Det kräver multidisciplinära studier av frågor som rör hur fordons-, infrastrukturs-, och tillverkarnas mjukvara är konstruerat, vilka nya s.k. attackytor finns och vilka mekanismer behövs för att kunna säkra våra transportsystem i framtiden.

Arbetsuppgifter 
Arbetet i projektet består av forskning (80%) och undervisning (20%) inom områdena software engineering, samt nätverk och systemutveckling.

Forskning består av litteraturstudierna och fallstudier av uppkopplade system inom fordonsindustri. I den första delen av projektet ingår studier av befintliga mjukvaruarkitektur och kommunikationsprotokoll inom ett fordon. I den andra delen av projektet ingår studier av kommunikationsmekanismer mellan fordon och dess infrastruktur och andra trafikanter. Den tredje och den fjärde faserna av projektet medför utveckling av prototyper av mekanismer för att detektera och förebygga attacker på fordon eller infrastruktur, som är kompatibla med existerande och framtida lösningar. Resultaten skall bestå av prototyper, systemkrav och icke funktionella krav för mjukvarusystem. 

Undervisning sker vid institutionen och består av föreläsningar, ledning av övningar och handledning av kandidat- och masters exjobb. Undervisning kommer högst att omfatta 20% av arbetstiden.

Behörighet 
Behörighet för anställning som lärare regleras i Högskoleförordningen 4 Kap och Göteborgs universitets anställningsordning.

Behörig att anställas som postdoktor är den som har avlagt doktorsexamen i relevant ämnesområde, till exempel inom software engineering, mjukvaruutveckling, nätverksäkerhet, eller tillämpad datavetenskap eller som har en utländsk examen som bedöms motsvara doktorsexamen. Doktorsexamen ska vara avlagd senast vid startpunkten då anställningsbeslutet fattas.

I första hand bör den komma i fråga som har avlagt examen högst tre år före ansökningstidens utgång.

Svensk nationell datatjänst (SND) utlyser nu en till två tjänster som forskningsdatarådgivare och söker dig som är intresserad av att arbeta med dessa frågor både nationellt och internationellt.

SND är en svensk forskningsinfrastruktur för forskningsdata vars centrala uppgift är att skapa förutsättningar för forskare att beskriva, dela och återanvända forskningsdata. SND har skapat ett nätverk av svenska lärosäten och myndigheter och bistår deras forskare och stödfunktioner med stöd och rådgivning i rutinerna kring hantering och dokumentation av forskningsdata. Verksamheten utvecklas ständigt för att möta de förändringar som sker i arbetet mot öppen vetenskap. SND bedriver inte egen forskning.

Göteborgs universitet är värduniversitet för SND som bedriver sin verksamhet med finansiering av Vetenskapsrådet och ytterligare åtta konsortielärosäten. Mer information finns på snd.gu.se.

Tjänsten som forskningsdatarådgivare har placering vid SND:s kontor i Göteborg, men med möjlighet till distansarbete enligt GU:s regler.

Arbetsuppgifter 
Som forskningsdatarådgivare arbetar du med att främja tillgänglighet för forskningsdata genom rådgivning och kontakt med forskare och stödfunktioner på svenska lärosäten och myndigheter. Du arbetar också med att främja möjligheterna för att återanvända data för bl.a. ny forskning.

Rollen som forskningsdatarådgivare är bred och arbetsuppgifterna anpassas löpande efter verksamhetens behov och efter dina särskilda kvalifikationer.

Som forskningsdatarådgivare kan du bland annat komma att:


• ge råd och stöd om datahantering och delning av forskningsdata till lokala stödfunktioner och forskare
• arbeta praktiskt med att granska och dokumentera forskningsdata för att göra dem tillgängliga
• medverka i utveckling av standarder, metoder och verktyg för dokumentation och tillgängliggörande av forskningsdata
• medverka i workshoppar och undervisning om hantering, delning och bevarande av forskningsdata
• presentera SND:s verksamhet och tjänster för olika intressenter och samarbetspartners
• leda och medverka i interna och externa projekt.

Deltagande i externa möten och arrangemang i Sverige och utomlands ingår i arbetsuppgifterna varav resor i tjänsten kan förekomma.

Kvalifikationer 

• relevant akademisk examen på avancerad nivå
• erfarenhet av att arbeta med forskningsmaterial och ha förståelse för forskningsprocessen
• vana att hantera och dokumentera datamaterial på ett strukturerat sätt
• goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande är:


• doktorsexamen
• erfarenhet från arbete med öppen vetenskap, särskilt inom forskningsdata
• utbildning i eller erfarenhet av forskning inom ämnesområdena medicin- och hälsovetenskap, naturvetenskap eller teknik
• kunskaper om metadatastandarder som används vid dokumentation och långtidsbevarande
• erfarenhet från arbete i eller tillsammans med forskningsmiljöer eller forskningsstöd
• av forskningsdata
• pedagogisk erfarenhet från undervisning och framtagning av undervisningsmaterial
• erfarenhet av att arbeta i dokumentationssystem för forskningsdata, t.ex. DORIS
• kännedom om kontrollerade vokabulärer, taxonomier eller ontologier inom forskning

The role
The team Data Science and Research (DSR) at Etraveli Group consists of Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, ML Ops Engineers and Data Engineers. The DSR teams operate within Content Inventorisation, Revenue Estimation and Ticket Pricing, while at the same time, they need to maintain, enhance and grow Data Architecture together with the increase of traffic. As our new Data Scientist, you will work on a variety of problems in the field of data mining and model development. You will also support internal customers with data integration, data research, and conceptual creative thinking around new ways to present, produce and store information. Prepare yourself for artificial intelligence development, automation of configuration options and business decisions, creative use of regression models, recommendation systems, predictive modelling, and mathematical optimization, as well as data consolidation and data mining challenges.
Main responsibilities
To be successful in this role you need to be able to:
Perform data analysis, data mining, and data visualization to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.
Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems and optimize processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, data requirements, and success criteria.
Clean, preprocess, and transform data to ensure its accuracy and integrity.

Ideally, you are also able to:
together with Machine Learning-, Data- and ML Ops Engineers implement the models into our services according to best practices

Requirements
University degree in a STEM discipline. A PhD is meritorious.


Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role in a corporate or research environment.
Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
Proficiency in programming Python.
Experience with statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, seaborn).
Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Understanding of time series forecasting techniques is a bonus.
Familiarity with and database querying for data extraction and manipulation.
Excellent command of spoken and written English

Ämnesbeskrivning
Ett av forskningsprojekten vid avdelningen handlar om att utveckla datorspel för kognitiv profilering, pedagogisk utveckling och underhållning. Spelen individanpassas automatiskt och kan användas av barn och vuxna, med eller utan intellektuell funktionsnedsättning. Projektet är ett samarbete med Karolinska institutet, Sahlgrenska akademin, Stockholms universitet och Ågrenska.


• Ett av spelen handlar om att samla poäng genom att navigera i olika banor, som är digitala gestaltningar av Markov Decision Processes. Spelarnas beteende analyseras och modelleras med hjälp av reinforcement learning m m.
• I ett annat spel rör sig spelaren i en digital kopia av ett existerande landskap i Unity och lär sig olika ämnen, löser problem och gör utmaningar, ungefär som i en digital poängpromenad.
• I ett tredje spel rör sig spelaren i en gridvärld och löser olika problem som syftar till att överleva i spelet så länge som möjligt.

Ett delvis relaterat forskningsprojekt handlar om att konstruera digitala tvillingar av verkliga ekosystem. I det projektet används spelmotorer för att modellera terräng och AI (främst deep reinforcement learning) för att modellera djurs beteende. Syftet är skapa förbättrade förutsättningar för att (i) studera djurs och människors beteenden i naturliga livsmiljöer; (ii) analysera konsekvenserna av mänskliga ingrepp i ekosystem; och (iii) skapa enkla former av generell AI, genom att delvis imitera hur generell intelligens har uppstått i naturen.

Vi söker nu efter en forskningsingenjör som kan förstärka vår verksamhet inom dessa projekt.

Arbetsuppgifter
Som forskningsingenjör kommer du att arbeta fokuserat med forskning och publicering i nära samarbete med ett internationellt forskarlag. En central del av arbetet handlar om att utveckla spel och datormodeller av spelbeteenden baserade på AI. I projekten används maskininlärning baserad på Python och spelmotorn Unity med ML-Agents, samt olika webbutvecklingsverktyg.

Kvalifikationer  
Vi söker dig som har en akademisk med utbildning inom kognitionsvetenskap, datavetenskap, systemvetenskap, matematik, eller liknande med en dokumenterad erfarenhet av att programmera för slutanvändare. Du skall ha mångårig erfarenhet av att programmera spel, utveckla AI-modeller, samt webblösningar för både klient- och serversidan. Erfarenhet av professionellt arbete med projektets centrala teknikområden (Unity, ML-Agents, github, C# och Python) är starkt meriterande, liksom erfarenhet av forskningsrelaterad verksamhet inom kognitionsvetenskap. God samarbetsförmåga är ett krav för att kunna arbeta i olika projekt av varierande karaktär med människor med olika kompetenser. Mycket god svenska i tal och skrift är också ett krav, eftersom kommunikation med slutanvändare i regel sker på svenska.

Vill du bedriva tillämpad forskning och utveckla simulatorteknologin som möjliggör framtidens hållbara och automatiserade transportsystem? VTI, Statens väg- och transportforskningsinstitut, är en uppdragsmyndighet som bedriver tillämpad forskning och kvalificerade utredningar inom transportområdet. Vi är cirka 240 medarbetare och har en årlig omsättning på omkring 270 miljoner kronor. Huvudkontoret finns i Linköping medan övriga kontor finns i Stockholm, Göteborg och Lund. Till enheten Fordonssystem- och körsimulering, FSK, söker vi nu en driven och tillämpad forskare med fokus simulerings- och simulatorteknologi.

Enheten bedriver framstående forskning inom fordonssystem, farkostteknologi och simulering. Din huvudsakliga uppgift som forskare är att utveckla VTI:s forskning inom simulatorteknologi med fokus på mjukvara, modellintegration samt integration och styrning av fysiska system och komponenter. Du kommer att arbeta i en kreativ organisation med korta beslutsvägar där du bidrar med tekniskt djup inom något/några områden men du har även en vilja, nyfikenhet och förmåga att arbeta brett och tillämpat för att få helheten att fungera. Om dig

Typteori för matematik och datavetenskap

Ämnesbeskrivning 
Projektet handlar om studier av beroende typteori utökad med univalens och högre induktiva typer. Det handlar t.ex. om teoretiska studier av modeller och om formalisering av matematik i ett datorsystem (t.ex. bevisassistenten Agda). Det kan även handla om att vidareutveckla Agda så att systemet blir mer lämpligt för formalisering i homotopi-typteori.

Arbetsuppgifter 
Positionen är en treårig heltidstjänst inom forskargruppen i Logik och typer vid institutionen för data- och informationsteknik. Du förväntas bedriva forskning av hög kvalitet och publicera dina resultat i ledande internationella tidskrifter och konferensproceedings. Du ska kunna arbeta både självständigt och som en del av ett team och kommunicera resultaten muntligt och skriftligt. 

Dessutom förväntas du delta i undervisningen vid institutionen inklusive handledning av kandidat- och masters exjobb. Din undervisning kommer högst att omfatta 20% av arbetstiden. Du kan även komma att anlitas som bihandledare till doktorander.

Den sökande ska kunna arbeta både självständigt och som en del av ett team. Förmågan att samarbeta och ta egna initiativ är viktiga egenskaper och så är även noggrannhet och intresse för forskning. 

Vid utvärderingen av de sökande kommer särskild tonvikt att läggas på förmågan att bedriva forskning inom det relevanta forskningsområdet. 

Både svenska och engelska används inom grundläggande undervisning medan engelska är arbetsspråket för forskningen vid institutionen för data- och informationsteknik. Således är både muntliga och skriftliga kunskaper i engelska obligatoriska.
