Om uppdraget
Familjebostäder genomför under 2025 ett verksamhetsnära förändringsprojekt kopplat till konsolideringen av IT-miljön till Göteborgs Stads gemensamma plattform. 
Ett separat tekniskt projekt ansvarar för inventering, testning och teknisk migrering av IT-miljön.
Detta uppdrag avser projektledning av Familjebostäders interna förändringsarbete, med fokus på nya arbetssätt, kommunikation och användarstöd inför och i samband med konsolideringen.
En central del av uppdraget är att stödja verksamheten och samtliga medarbetare i förberedelserna inför övergången, inklusive förändringar kopplade till nya datorer, arbete i Microsoft 365 samt förändrade arbetssätt för dokumenthantering.
Projektledaren ansvarar för att planera, leda och samordna förändringsprojektet enligt fastställt projektdirektiv, samt säkerställa att verksamheten är förberedd, informerad och redo inför konsolideringen.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Projektledaren ska, i nära samverkan med projektägare, kommunikatör och det tekniska konsolideringsprojektet:
·         Planera och leda projektets aktiviteter enligt fastställt projektdirektiv.
·         Ta fram och följa upp projektplan och aktivitetsplan.
·         Ta fram och genomföra kommunikationsinsatser riktade till chefer, medarbetare och superusers.
·         Stödja verksamheten i arbetet med att rensa och strukturera dokument på delade diskar.
·         Samordna framtagande och förankring av ny mappstruktur på nya delade diskar.
·         Etablera och samordna superusers och lokala stödresurser.
·         Stödja och kommunicera till samtliga medarbetare kring förberedelser inför byte av datorer, mobiler och arbete i Microsoft 365, inklusive vad användarna behöver göra före, under och efter utrullning.
·         Planera och genomföra informationsmöten, workshops och frågestugor.
·         Säkerställa att instruktioner, checklistor och guider tas fram för användarförberedelser.
·         Samverka med det tekniska projektet avseende tidplan, beroenden och verksamhetens readiness.
·         Löpande rapportera status, risker och behov av beslut till projektägare eller styrning.
·         Säkerställa överlämning till linjeorganisation efter projektets avslut.
Projektledaren ansvarar inte för teknisk installation, konfiguration eller felsökning, utan för förändringsledning, kommunikation och användarstöd.
 
Ska-krav, Projektledare (kompetensnivå 3) 
1.     Utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet
Minst treårig akademisk utbildning inom IT, systemvetenskap, teknik, beteendevetenskap eller annan relevant inriktning, alternativt motsvarande dokumenterad arbetslivserfarenhet.
2.     Projektledarerfarenhet
Minst fyra (4) års dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete som projektledare eller delprojektledare i IT-nära projekt eller verksamhetsutvecklingsprojekt.
