About the Role
We are now looking for a student who wants to gain experience working in a finance function.
This is a part-time role, working 20-25%, based in Gothenburg at FlexLink headquarters. As an accountant for Accounts Payable, you will support all tasks related to A/P, GRIR, account postings, and accounts reconciliations. You will have support in your daily tasks from your peers and the accounting team leader but report to the Accounting & Consolidation Manager for the FlexLink Group.
Main activities and responsibilities
Administrate Accounts Payables.
Register vendor invoices.

About the Role
As a Mechanical Engineer at FlexLink, you will guide the Mechanical Design work in customer projects, where we deliver innovative material handling solutions and systems for industrial automation. You’ll work closely with project managers and engineers with various disciplines to ensure customer satisfaction in automation projects.

Main responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle, primarily through technical presentations and collaborative discussions
Be accountable for the mechanical design and ensuring functionality is delivered on time and within budget
Collaborate closely with Mechanical & Controls Engineers to ensure the solution meets required functionality and performance
Support and validate conceptual mechanical designs during the quotation and pre-study phases, including cost estimations

What You Need to Be Successful
A minimum of 5 years of experience in hands-on mechanical design and development of machines, robotic systems, conveyors, or other material handling and automation solutions.
Proficiency in Inventor (or similar tools)
Experience in PLM systems (Windchill preferred)
An interest in technically complex systems, with the ability to collaboratively identify solutions that align with customer and project needs
Understanding production flow, logistics and how machines interact since you will be involved from the quotation phase to delivery of the project.

About the Role
We are currently looking for one person to join us as a Product Manager, we are flexible on location and are therefore advertising this role in several locations where FlexLink have a presence
As the internal Voice of the Customer, you will play a key role in understanding customer and market needs, identifying value opportunities, and developing a relevant, timely, and reliable technology/product roadmap.
The Product Manager leads the assessment of market and product opportunities, crafting the strategy and roadmap for a specific product area in alignment with company goals, user/customer needs, market insights, technology trends, and stakeholder feedback. You will oversee the product lifecycle from inception to phase-out.
This role involves securing alignment and support across departments—including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Service, and Finance—for the product strategy and roadmap. About the role
We are looking for a Project Purchaser who will play an integral role in the many product development projects at FlexLink. As a natural part of driving many RFQ’s simultaneously, you are responsible for selecting the right supplier for the right product, while ensuring optimum cost, lead time and documentation in time for project release.
The Project Purchaser will also conduct various tasks related to product enrichment within the company ERP system SAP, as well as distributing drawings and other technical documentation using the company PLM system. Working as a link between the Supply Chain and the Technology Development department, there is a requirement that you maintain an efficient way of sorting out the most important information and communicating it to the internal stakeholders of each project. This job requires both domestic and international travel.

• Identify suitable suppliers among already established suppliers or new potential suppliers.
• Prepare, distribute and evaluate RFQ’s for all new FlexLink products.
• Negotiate cost and lead times at acceptable levels according to project budget.
• Order initial samples of new products.

You will both supervise a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and autonomously manage full cycle recruitment projects. In this role, you will report directly to the group Talent Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to collect and understand recruiting needs and handle related recruiting projects.
Conducting autonomously the full cycle of the assigned recruitment processes and managing recruiting projects allocation within the assigned team, providing reporting and keeping track of the assigned team’s KPIs.
Defining sourcing and selection strategies according to the requested profiles, choosing and activating the correct source channels.

As Digital Service Project Manager you will drive the design and development of possible digital services for external and internal customer offering and are responsible for the whole customer journey.
